I think this is more a post about the bitterness that Bolt feels losing his close up and personal relationship with a PM. The suggestion the two events of Abbott and Rudd share any similarity is spitting in the face of every day Australians.
Abbott was told in February that after 6 months the party would judge his performance and his time was up. He knew it was real we knew it was real and the time was coming. The polls showed what the public thought and the party executed just that. The board came together and voted him out because they wanted a new chairman and got one without the skulduggery and conspiracies of Labor.
Bolt to declare it was some sort of Cesarian removal like the Rudd/Gillard/Rudd affair shows Andrew Bolt just makes things up for reasons so far removed from reality it's simply unreal. What a waste of space he is as a political commentator.He even hinted he'd make a great leader of a conservative party but he remains one of the most shocking people in media I've ever witnessed.
When old news is old news you'll see it from Bolt it's space-filler. I wonder if his mate Tony called him and broke the news or did he get it off the ABC. No he got it off Murdoch's News Corp churnalists at news.com.au
Here's what Bolt doesn't tell us they said

Bolt can't help flashing his lack of skills in logical thinking. He takes a single example and from that concludes "every male a brute" It just makes makes Bolt look a fool on any scale of reason. However it's Bolt's most favored form of false logic.
As for his use of it against Tanya Plibersek accusing Turnbull of "mansplaining" during question time it may possibly have been true as Bolt and any number of Turnbull critics have accused the PM of thinking he knows more than everyone else and speaks condescendingly. So if that is the case when speaking to a woman in that manner then the descriptions apt and isn't specifically sexist on Pliberseks part but simply accurate. Bolt just throws the word sexist about showing he has no idea what he's on about. He should ask his wife I'm sure she could womansplain it to him.
Ego before anything don't let Waleed Aly get any credit I'm the principle media man here even when just a guest. Aly sat back didn't want center stage Bolt want's it before during and after simply put all the time. It's exactly what conservatives do there is no room at their top. However what a wanker he really is to say " I didn’t rule out Waleed’s suggestion, but I suspect I’m actually more likely to start the party I have in mind than Cory is." I might be better placed to lead a Conservative Party. What an ego.
Bolt's repeats his hackneyed comments about poor Tony with a pout Abbott wasn't allowed to reveal his true self. As if he copped more flack than any party leader before him even John Howard. Abbott has 30+ years in politics and as he himself says he knew the rules of the game. Bolt is trying to sell us short and spin the tale humble and shy recluse please give us a break.
Abbott wasn't shafted he was on probation on probation by a seriously divided party a coalition. Nationals, Conservatives,and Liberals factions as large as any in the Labor Party. Abbott tried to rule them with an iron fist and it failed. He needed nuanced negotiation. It was something John Howard paid attention to and Abbott ignored. He promised to do better but couldn't it was not his style.
When is a promise not a promise when is the judgement call due? Abbott wasn't stupid he heard the rumblings and publicly denied them. His office heard them. He knew they were there. Bolt is "sad" well he shows no such sadness or compassion for people suffering real pain currently being felt around the world and in Australia today. Sorry the implied morality is there within Graham's words Bolt. Compassion is reserved for the powerless confused and unconvinced. We see it not only in your hatred of Gillard or the way you manipulated the death of a three year old Aylan but then yesterday expected the world to sympathize because your son was having his tonsils out. You truly have a "let them eat cake" attitude. So screw the tears for Abbott he drew the line in the sand years ago and showed us on a daily basis. He has restricted this nations freedoms like never before in it's history. I correct that he's taken us backwards closer to the days of the ball and chain and frontier wars. Imagine if PDL were Abbott's militia and had the right to bear arms how much blood there'd be on the streets

To point out that sectarian political issues exist in Russia is to state a matter of fact. It's not to say there is a religious war raging in Russia. It's like saying there's a political sectarian divide in Northern Ireland. Is Bolt about to suggest we are not allowed to talk about that elephant? Obama could just as well have said Russia was causing problems for some of it's Muslim citizens . Would that have been wrong? It's happening here that the largely Christian government of Australia is creating a sectarian divide between it and Muslim Australians. Had that been said you'd couldn't stop Bolt ranting. Rowan Dean's justification of selecting Christian Syrians was just so wrong because he was justifying our right to control the selection process over and above the UN. Rowan Dean decided who are the most needy which may or may not be true but we signed an international agreement not to be the arbiter. Once again Abbott made us a stand alone nation in it's approach to uneven handed humanitarian aid dehumanizing Muslims in the process.

Goes to show how easy it is to buy friends in the ACT big house. It shows how deals need to be struck something Tony Abbott was particularly inadept at. He struck a deal back in February no he was given a chance back in February. A six month reprieve to improve his game or else. The continued string of gaffes that the media weren't supposed to report and the Canning swing of 8-10% had everyone on edge again worried about their jobs. The six months were up. Certainly everybody was aware of that there was no disloyalty at all. A board room meeting needed to be held and a judgement made for the shareholders sake that was the agreement.

Andrew Bolt certainly shows his idea of heaven with comments like this. His thought of bliss is being rich but alone and unaccompanied by baggage like his wife. The must have Merc in the garage of course, paintings on walls which indicate a large house with lots of walls no salon hanging for him and ticketless opera. Needless to say a big sign "No Trespassers ". Oh, and sufficient whiskey Tassie or otherwise to keep from wishing for a friend.

As usual Andrew Bolt is pointing the gun in the wrong direction in order to protect Rupert's preferred new leader who in fact was the real Brutus in this story of betrayal because he brought the numbers with him. What Bronwyn Bishop, Arthur Sinodinos did was nothing compared to the mortal stab of Scott Morrison's. Bolt leaves him totally out of the picture leaving Rupert's boy unsullied a polished turd. If anyone believes Abbott was this naive saintly monk walking the corridors of parliament unaware that his days were numbered then he deserved to go. What was his office doing for him? What were the press doing for him? Where were his advisors and was his 30 years of experience in the bloodhouse? Mr Terrific as Bolt kept telling us had simply run out of friends.
