What a prick Andrew Bolt is and you couldn't expect him to be anything but a low life putting a negative spin on anything Malcolm Turnbull does simply because Rupert Murdoch and he have a past. It beggars belief that Bolt can spin a story with such negative innuendo. Given the poor reputation Tony Abbott gave us when it came to foreign policy. Malcolm Turnbull was wise the shrug off the incident. Turnbull and President Hilary Clinton will also continue have a wonderful relationship after 2016. It really doesn't bear well for Murdoch's future print profits or his ability to steal ABC digital.
The reality we are an independent country. The US has a military capacity in 174 countries. Many of which are secret and not known to the rest of the world or us. All however are there to maintain an influence. Are we actually informed of those relationships, not at all. Given many of these relationships are covert and commercial in their government contracts Bolt's OMG posturing are little more than spin. Spin with little reality to truth. Ask your self this When the Americans have just sined another $1.29 billion arms contract with the Saudis were we informed. Ask yourself how is it ISIS without planes or drones continues to have access to shiny new Western world weapons then ask yourself have we ever been informed?Then ask your self how naieve was Andrew Bolt when he tried to push Tony Abbott into the extreme right wing position that even Abbott refused to answer or agree with?

Are Syrian politics too hard to fathom and fatuous comments easy? Bolt certainly doesn't care they are all Muslims it's why he posted it.

Bolt's like a dog with rabies barking and frothing at the mouth ready to attack anyone and everyone. He head bangs the wheels of passing cars. Tony Abbott distinctly opposed Andrew Bolt's every suggestion on Sunday's Bolt Report including the one suggesting more soldiers are needed in the Middle East than we have already. Furthermore it was Abbott wh said the decision was not in the hands of Australia. What doesn't Bolt understand it's quite clear and simple. Bolt simply refuses to acknowledge what Abbott actually said on the Bolt Report preferring to quote Abbott's past statements as if nothing has changed. Why might that be? Keeping us up to date is not in Bolt's interest. Saying what Bolt wants is and using whatever means he wants to support it also is and it's fine if it means distorting the actual views of a friend . With a friend like Bolt no need of enemies.

There is no problem with the Mufti whatsoever the problem is all Bolt who simply refuses to accept any opinions other than his. He's called for the sacking of the Pope and the heads of all our major Cultural institutions. He disparages Indigenous leaders the ABC and leaders of the Arts. He doesn't provide any critiques when he debates he either comes out with the formulaic comments of a Tea party conservative or just disparages people. In this case as with Waleed Aly it's disparagement without analysis. It's just bullying not worth reading.

What we have here is Bolt calling Turnbull "insane""stupid" "unvengeful" an " Obama" and "pathetically weak ". Is this the sign of a reasoned thinker or a firebrand preacher. Bolt sounds like the fruit cake general out of Dr Strangelove it was funny when a movie. Muslims are after his bodily fluids. Bolt wants revenge nothing less w a Guernica, a Dressden even a Hiroshima poured on Raqqa. Revenge is all he sees as the solution rather than anything after no compromise will do.
He even calls on a journalist as ignorant as he is for support one who claims Syria and Iraq are the same when they aren't. He also quotes a retired GOP general with political agenda rather than one actively involved in finding a solution to the problem. He might well have asked his postman.

Andrew Bolt declares himself the prophet. By the length of this blog one can guess it will be a disconnected cut and paste. A selection of unconnected events to prove some point that he knows should convince us more troops are needed on the ground. Look at me I'm Andrew Bolt.
So what a surprise to find him jumping around like a flea from one event to another just to try to discredit Walleed Aly. He's gone to all this trouble not for any reason but put down Aly. Bolt has even turned to chaos theory and uncorrelated events to tell us ISIS is an immensly organized force. Don't let Waleed Aly tell you otherwise he is a false prophet and a Muslim to boot with an agenda. Who out of the two is supporting ISIS here? Aly or Bolt?

Unfortunately all of Bolt's self promotion as a guru is simply repetitive and is modeled on the tactics of the fascist media of yesteryear . Goebbels blamed the Jews for not only Germany's problems but the world's. Right wing media groups did the same when Franco was in power. The Communists wanted to destroy the world and they were everywhere a hidden international force. Like Senator McCarthy the subtext of Bolt's writing is to search for and eradicate Islam because that's where the Isamists hide. Don't mention politics or that Sunnis are persecuted in Iraq and now in Syria it's Islam. Bolt doesn't do the same in the cases of Christians Bhuddists, Hindus or Israeli terror is not all the same then for Andrew Bolt. Bolt is literally asking us to tear the house down at home taking control and bomb ISIS back to the stone age in a repeat Guernica in Raqqa.
So given Bolt's argument ISIS has already won because according to him they are everywhere hidden among Muslims and protected by sympathetic lefties. That's what Bolt demands we believe and it's what ISIS wants us to believe. The difference between he and Waleed Aly. Aly doesn't give ISIS the credence Bolt does. He doesn't couch things in such simplistic and ideological terms. He doesn't deny their existence or their intent let alone their wish for the power to achieve their goals. He is far more realistic and reasoned than Bolt. Like radical extremists in Latin America they are dangerous but have not taken over the continent or the radical Hindus in India they exist. Ali doesn't give ISIS the credit Bolt does. That doesn't mean they don't have sympathizers capable of doing domestic damage but neither does it mean a call for the internment of all Australian Muslims which no doubt Bolt would like.
This whole long blog is Bolt grandstanding and disparaging Aly who has far more credibility than he does. When we are faced with incredibly complex situations Bolt simply relies on sweeping generalizations.However this is something he wont tell us.
How is it Andrew Bolt is little more than a Fox News Parrot. He has no ideas of his own only those he imports from right wing central Fox News. The only racism that exists in the USA is the reverse racism by the minorities taking over American campuses and the left supports them. The police should go in and restore order.

Bolt prefers to attack the Mufti the Pope the Judicial system all from some vague high moral high ground of his own choosing. Paris for Bolt is the war against Islam not a war against home grown French extremists. The French certainly are treating it as such they aren't doing a Bolt what Bolt is hoping for. Australia is treating it as such and aren't doing a Bolt either. Obama is pathetic. Bolt however is doing a great job in radicalizing himself and calling on others to become has hateful to Muslims here. He knows if he can encourage a backlash the Gray Zone will be reduced. Isn't that what Baghdadi is calling out for a backlash against Muslims and not just terrorists. Destroy the infidels if they don't convert to Islam. Bolt is crying out destroy the Muslims if they don't become more like "me" and renounce their faith, reform it . Bolt believes he's the prophet.

Bolt seems to believe the judicial system should be changed daily that it should no longer be systematic treating everyone equally. It should be flexible enough to meet the arbitrary whims of those in judgement of the circumstances. Sentencing by referendum instead of a judiciary would be prferable Sentencing by Bolt even more so. Isn't that the same as handing suspected criminals over to vigilantes? Maybe it would be better we checked the weather first before carrying out sentences by opinion. There needs to be some consistency in carrying out the law, hands up.

Unfortunately equality under the law serves justice far better than making it up as you go. Systems are never perfect but they are more likely to be Just .
