A culture of self-harm in Australian detention centres appears to have
reached crisis point. Incident logs from the Immigration Department,
obtained under freedom of information laws, paint a picture of
depression, desperation and violence.
Parties and donors only need to declare donations over $13,000. By
donating just under that amount to each state and territory branch a
donor could give more than $100,000 and remain in the shadows.
