The Australian judges are by and large left wing activists. The UN are activists. Our institutions are in the hands of activists. Bolt says he's surrounded by activists out to get him. Why Sweden found he had no case to answer and allowed him to leave the country. the prosecutor was sacked and another appointed arbitrarily changed the decision.  No Waleed Aly wouldn't But Bolt would and has done. He's maligned the Grand Mufti  countless times not with humour because Bolt is incapable of humour but with despite  for who he is and what he represents. Bolt has neither respect for his knowledge of Islam nor the congregation he represents. Bolt makes out that he knows the truths of Islam even better .

 The Catholic Church has a lot to answer for and Pell was it's CEO at the time. All Bolt does is treat him as someone exceptional above other men because he was the leader of the Catholic Church here. How is it this claimed agnostic pays Pell more respect  than Catholics do more than priests do and more than other church leaders? Catholics don't view Pell holier than themselves he's a man a sinner that devoted himself to the service of the organization and a professional career. Pell did not perform miracles he was not exceptional and as such is bound by the rules of the land. His priests were why is he not?

Bolt the agnostic wants the us  to throw the baby out with the bath water. Turn our backs on the law and  somehow  leave Pell in peace and in the hands of god and not Ceasar or the Royal Commission, why? Simply because he's old and ailing and has a medical certificate. It wasn't so long that Catholics were not regarded as legitimate MPs by Australian WASPS particularly in Cabinet. They couldn't be trusted. After all everyone knew their priority and loyalty was to Rome before the King  Queen or country.  The separation of church and state was sacrosanct and the only parliamentarians who could guarantee that were Protestants.

 Even today Bolt the agnostic  rails against the influence of the pope on Climate change. yet here he is advocating for  Catholic influence on parliamentarians in fact demanding it. In the same way he demands women and gays to speak up against Islam in a country where domestic violence is common, affairs the norm and wife rape rarely mentioned. Why aren't the politicians doing something. Bolt even has the ignorance to call Pell the Church's "most senior leader" . Why pray tell is Bolt so loose with his facts?

Humour is best served from the the bottom up and everyone was too busy laughing Fr Bob included. Minchen was very funny. Another conservative faces purging

There's more in fighting in the Liberal Party than there ever was in the ALP it seems. Or is it yet the continuation of the conservative tactic of division. Unity isn't good for conservatives they need to inflame events. I was always told the Liberal Party was a party of individuals free to put up their hand if they wished. Not so says Bolt. " Factional warriors are planning to defy Malcolm Turnbull" Tony Abbott  seized on an opportunity "warning the emergence of another contender in Hughes would be seen as a challenge to Mr Turnbull’s authority." The contender is a 'Leftie" and need to be called because saying he's moderate is calling others "right wing" All this bruha seems the internal tactics of the "right wing" trying to create an atmosphere of divisiveness selling the narrative that Turnbull has lost his shine. If they manage to get to Europe bolt refers to them as breeders determined to take over the Western World.  If he talked of minority groups here in the same way he'd be charged under Section 17C of the Racial discrimination act. Section 18C allows for discrimination yes it does. It allows for positive discrimination and attempts to bring about equality in a socially constructed reality where power is not equally distributed.  Bolt believes it's arbitrary and reverse discrimination.Bolt working for News Corp wrote and distributed 2 articles that not only vilified a group but were declared filled with un substantiated errors of  fact and as such were poor journalism. Section 18C was there to protect the misuse of power. Had Bolt's articles been delivered elsewhere as truly personal comment and not as Herald -Sun columnist they would have gone to the wicket keeper with nothing coming of it.

 What Bolt's claiming for is the freedom of hate-speech by those in authority when in authority. Police to suspects, judges to those in the dock, MPs to constituents, teachers to students etc. Any attempt at positive discrimination is a threat to those in power any attempt to level the playing field as such 18C does is an existential threat to those like Andrew Bolt it's why he promotes the legislation of hate-speech and an uncivilized society.

However the fact that these cases don't regularly come before the courts indicates that the law is there to check the boundries and Andrew Bolt chose to do just that. Bolt always talks as if there is equality of authority and power and never mentions it. He does however allude to it and so do his lawyers in reigning him back. The the man on the street doesn't require that luxury

Why can’t Laundy name names?

Bolt doesn't believe in "tribalism" " Craig Laundy is the new Assistant Minister for Multicultural Affairs, partly to help him win over the many Muslims in his electorate." but he sure uses it. He believes in "free speech" but rails against it. Bolt cries for dropping Section 18C and promotes for the legislation of hate-speech but obviously not for "anyone". He even finds feminists "pathetic" as generally does "gays". You see what Bolt doesn't like is equality when it threatens the neatly constructed power structure of the social reality that exists anything that challenges that is an existential threat and should be prevented. Aboriginal struggle becomes reverse racism,  meetings of Australian Muslims become national threat, feminists become fright bats and pathetic, and gays not at all like real men. Good: Turnbull turns back to spending cuts

  After five wasted months of mixed messages and talk of tax rises. Abbott and Hockey spent 7 months keeping a tight lid on what their budget was too look like. It promised surpluses ahead . In the end it turned out not only to be a collection of lies but the most unwelcome budget ever received in the history of this country. Hockey and Corman so misguided by it were caught sitting back like fat cats smoking cigars having dealt an austerity package that had an ice blocks chance in hell of being passed. Abbott the leader had little to do with it's construction even though having an economics major he was a self admitted klutz with figures.

 "Turnbull should have used his (now waning) popularity from the start to make this case strongly to the public. But at least he’s making it now."

 Bolt believes in emotional politics Abbott style which often ends in a bag full of lies rather than a  rational head that Turnbull has taken any reason why?  Absolutely Abbott's a right winger an extreme conservative at heart so that's all it takes. It's a very Hitleresque in style. Alarm, panic, monuments, new uniforms ,speeches before flags is what it takes to  rule  by rod. Turnbull and Gillard on the other hand stand accused"Yes, this is flirting with death, given the feral and obstuctionist Senate and the handout-dependency of the public." Well the Senate is what it will be in a democracy and it needs dealing with Gillard did it by negotiation and did a far better job than Abbott did in having bills passed. Turnbull and she have some appreciation of the fact they work for the public good unlike Bolt who seems to have no mutual respect for the electorate and prefers the royal Antoinette style of "let them eat cake" leadership. 

However they  did stop the boats after Labour had slowed them to a trickle. Abbott said no to the Malaysia solution but yes to Manus and Nauru. Spent heaps on watching us go to war, Border force uniforms. and grew spending to a record high in 2 years. He became the international comic character  of leadership on which Donald Trump may have modeled himself.
