Less than 3% were acted on by the courts and even less were convicted. If that's the case then wealth is to be neither flaunted or horded pride is in social responsibility and higher tax simply a reflection of it. Scandinavians are proud of their contributions and investments in Welfare and the future of the next generation. They aren't whinging Golums like Bolt. Imagine transfering your Dutch pride to the Netherlands where the highest individual rate is 52%. You couldn't afford to gold plate your bike.
