Bolt, says he believes in a free press but only a corporate and privatised one, not a public broadcaster owned by the people themselves. Bolt believes in mistakes, fake news, and privatised hidden persuaders calling themselves informers while selling a false product in order to sway. But he doesn't believe in the goals of investigative reporting based on data and evidence in an attempt to inform a nation. Basically Andrew Bolt doesn't believe in an informed voting public that just might interfere with the interests of a holy few because he simply doesn't believe inequality fairness and prefers to sell us that we have arrived at the best of possible worlds today that simply needs constant and minor adjustments that don't upset the balance of power an privilege that exists today. 
Bias for Bolt is the ABC because it threatens the flow of narrative that justifies the current balance power. If it weren't for the ABC there'd be no Royal Commission into Banking. If it weren't for the ABC there'd have been no revelation of just how trite the Royal Commission into Trade Unions was. Bolt would get away with his silent on banking and not be questioned for it. He wouldn't have been caught out for overreach and bias on the Union inquiry or Abbott's mistakes and Trump-like failures would have been easily ignored and Murdoch's efforts to boost him less obvious. 
Bolt makes little or no effort to show how boosted by News Corp's amplified attacks on the ABC supported by the IPA have boosted the government to cross the Statutory lines that guaranteed the ABC it's independence. The majority of the ABC board weren't chosen on merit but political lines which were in effect over-ridden by Fifield.
There was a concerted assault on the ABC and it blew up in the face of those that tried and now in true form Bolt's deflecting the blame by moving on and trying to deny the new Chairman-elect her credentials largely because she's a woman. All the previous directors many of whom were and still are friends of the LNP have openly declared the Government was in error and had overstepped the lines of appointments, budget and procedures of complaint that have occurred in the past 5 years in the concerted effort to neuter the ABC. They will now be forced to take that to the next election. The bias doesn't "stay" as Bolt says but the assault and Independence of our public broadcaster has been saved along with the values of ethical journalism. Bolt plays whack-a-mole as a distraction to avoid the central issues involved.

Remember the argument on whether building submarines was critical or just political. There was a need far greater than was to improve the relationships with our neighbours. Well, Abbott certainly stopped that and he handed the Pacific on a platter to China. He cut Foreign Aid and the Chinese moved in. He instead went to war in the Middle East and hoped Ukraine where subs were sorely needed.
Abbott's efforts were purely symbolic and so his efforts to be the Pivot of the Pacific were actually put on hold while he was threatening to shirtfront Putin and become an honorary member of NATO. Abbott's approach to subs was more like our Woomera rocket give the plans to the Japanese and let them build one for us. That was his approach to our new symbolic subs too. Meanwhile, China took the diplomatic and commercial approach and have increased their influence over the region.
The Submarines have been used as a political chess piece for the internal politics of the Liberal Party more so than Australia's immediate need.
It seems we sold our Northern Port to the Chinese so strangely enough, there doesn't seem to be the urgency Bolt's talking about. Will the Americans rent the Darwin Port off the Chinese waterlogged is the very idea of the necessity of Subs which was adopted by Abbott but the cheapest ones possible which after delivery will turn out like his NBN the cheapest possible and one that's been going in reverse ever since.

Bolt's "almost certainly innocent conservative" ignores that even Brett Kavanaugh's male best friends have coming out saying Trump's SCOTUS nominee is "certainly not as innocent as he makes out" As can be expected Andrew Bolt leaves that out of his post. So much so even Trump has shut up defending him and has deferred Kavanaugh to the FBI investigation. The only thing "almost certain is" no matter the FBI result the Republicans will still vote for him.
 Bolt's outrage is News Corp's posturing Downunder for Bolt to get some recognition for himself in the eyes of head office and his boss the organ grinder Rupert.
Matt Damon's silence on Weinstein is in no way equivocal to his skit on Kavanaugh. Weinstein wasn't running for SCOTUS the highest court in the country. But then Bolt does believe in Corporate Government in a Corporate run Nation, doesn't he?

 What's funny is how shyly Bolt directs his readers to Coulter without any real comment.
Coulter tries to fend a cohort, a group. of statistically recognizable White Republicans how by running through and collecting a very singular group of unrelated individuals and suggesting them to be a group of like-minded thinkers to form her committee of better approved "optics" than the GOP committee in question too scared to question Ford for the sole purpose of claiming a case for reverse Sexism, genderism and racism existed against the Republicans. However whenever Coulter says anything publicly she sounds as believable as Trump which hardly helps those she's defending but then a committee of White male Republicans is hardly a defendable group. Any wonder Bolt doesn't bother to even try he just points.

Coulter also said she was raped too and she's got over it while defending both white men and women who sympathize GOP heroes. But then Coulter has so often made an idiot of herself simply by saying things that were patently false in the media. She is Donald Trump in a skirt after all. " Unless necrophiliacs whites have since WW2 utilised mass killing via superior technology to do their killing for them. Reversing everything is the logic of the Bully and it's clear patently obvious when Bolt does it as his role models are Fox News celebs. Reverse Racism, Sexism, Genderism and bullying is a policy that has no basis or logic in reality. It's devoid of social and historical context and is simply another form of harassment from the top down why? Because they can and have the resources and any form of protest is then called bullying again. However, in Truth, the reverse doesn't exist all of the above is a one-way street. The very fact Bolt wears a suit and calls out for manners exposes him for what he is a person who plays at being believed only he doesn't believe himself.

Remember when the Imam said women shouldn't dress provocatively and display themselves as meat in public. Bolt said the same thing recently that he wouldn't let his daughter wear clothing he didn't approve of. He mocked Islam and the Imam back then for advising others on what Bolt has said and he's publicly slut-shamed women in his rants for being "irresponsible" and blaming men for their bad behaviour. Bolt mocked the Imam but was really mocking himself back then.
 Let's not forget Australia invaded Iraq and killed a million Iraqis over a lie and has continued to bomb the crap out of and boycott the Middle East and in that context, the Imam was simply providing a historical explanation for September 11. Suicide bombers are simply a reflection of the lack of access to technology there are far fewer events in Syria given Israel has been a defacto airforce for rebels some of whom we call terrorists.
Remember after the Barcelona bombing Bolt called for Christians to be as determined and heroic in their beliefs as the suicide bombers were in theirs that day. In fact, he called them brave and he even called for war, a jihad for Christianity and called Christian youth today as gutless.

Bolt calls himself a moderate do you hear moderate Muslims acting and calling out demands as he does? Well, Bolt sounds very much more than a moderate Christian Imam. He's advocated increased bombing in the Middle East. He supports the brutality of the Israeli's in the Middle East today, in fact, lies on their behalf in Australia and hides the fact that they aid and arm those we call terrorists in Syria.
One thing is certain Bolt has been appointed to his position and not elected it's why he's not a politician he doesn't have the respect of the majority of Australians. He's doing a propagandists job only extremists would line up for and doing it for political strategy alone. Why has Bolt raised this issue today when Muslims aren't even in our 24/7 news cycle today? Nothing better to do but raise a divisive matter that only his "indigenous mob" will read?

 I wonder what his daughter thinks of him?
