ON THE BOLT REPORT: SCOTT MORRISON
The PromiseHe's my guest tonight, and will either regret it or show why he is a much better Liberal Prime Minister than Turnbull. On Sky News at 7pm.
The Reality
Andrew Bolt spent 2 years spitting venom at Julie Bishop and Scott Morrison for backstabbing his mate Tony Abbott for giving the Prime Minister-ship to Malcolm Turnbull. He couldn't have been more chummy and less hard talk than he was with Scomo last night. Light years from what he'd advertised was going to be the case when Morrison appeared on his show. He was going to put the bunsen burner on the Liberal leader's stomach instead he hit him with a feather duster. As an interviewer Lee Sales, Emma Alberici and even the ABC's pet dog and mascot would have had Morrison for breakfast with in-depth questions.
Bolt without any evidence of his own kept implying Turnbull was leaking on Morrison and Morrison simply waved Bolt away like a fly. Bolt had nothing with which to back his and only his opinion. Unlike the backstabbing and sniping, Abbott did to Turnbull on 2GB. Bolt did wind up telling the truth when he laughingly said his paltry audience might suspect that Bolt had Morrison on his show for nothing more than self-interest to boost his ratings. He laughed in almost embarrassment at himself for having said that. Effectively the only piece of truth on the night. Morrison sat there most of the time wearing a bemused Mona Lisa Smirk looking at Bolt for the promised Bunsen burner that wasn't even a spark.
According to Bolt if your a true Liberal you can't support Climate Change. Doesn't it follow then that Tony Abbott isn't a true Liberal if Alex Turnbull isn't? Abbott doesn't accept anything the Liberal Party put forward under Turnbull the leader he said he would support. Besides isn't the Liberal's choice in Wentworth Turnbull's pick. His son as an Australian citizen has free choice. Apparently Bolt's son's, daughter and wife don't.
Peter from Bellvue Hills once had a blog site that Andrew Bolt claimed as his own has anyone noticed just how depleted Andrew Bolt's blog has, in fact, become since his troll quit working. Bolt floods his site for just one day a week with posts and does little or nothing the rest. He's the guy who claimed publicly and loudly that he works an 80 hour week on his carousel of crap. However never really on Friday, Saturdays and Sundays Mondays he directs us with Paywalls to his columns Tuesdays, Wednesdays a little cut and paste flood and Thursday's Paywalls to columns once again with a flood if Wednesday has been slack. In other words, the Blog takes up about an hour a day. The man has called others bludgers for what it is they do. Peter BH absence has revealed him for what he actually does.
Alex Turnbull said in his video the IPCC report “frankly was terrifying … and it's seemingly insane to me that we could not be doing something about this and soon”.

In order to give some substance to his claim that the Coalition is for lower taxes, Scott Morrison has chosen to bring forward by five years tax cuts already legislated for small and medium businesses. To use his oft-repeated phrase, these are nothing new, they are ‘existing’ legislation, just fast-tracked for an election sweetener as Coalition governments always do.According to ProMo, this will allow tradies and hairdressers and family businesses to hire more people and give wage rises to their staff and invest more in their businesses.
Sounds good…until you actually examine the real implications of this announcement and which businesses it will affect.
