I knew it would be a preposterous hit job from the moment I received a series of deceitful emails from one of the authors, Jim Rutenberg.

Whatever has been written in Murdoch's tabloids will have nothing to do with reality but all to do with denying it. It appears Bolt was done like One Nation his ego like theirs drove him to seek fame with the NYT and he's been done and entrapped by his own ego. He squirming like the Don when he gets caught out.Just doing it like Trump changing the language to try to change the narrative by sheer volume and claim "investigative journalism is fake journalism". Bolt has done the same with One Nation being busted by Al Jazeera, and basically the ABC maintaining he's the real investigator who the spreads opinion of the highest bidder and calls it news. Bolt is little more than an ex Obit writer who became a millionaire working for a billionaire and refuses to admit the facts real journalists have uncovered.
One need only look at the history of disasters Murdoch Media has caused in the English speaking world and even what the ex-journalists that worked for him have said to know the bs is flowing from Bolt. Bolt is covering his tracks for the sake of the puppet master rather than anybody else not for the purpose of news. Murdoch was declared not fit to be a media mogul in the UK. He owns most of Australia's media voice and wants the ABC broken as he did the printers in the UK. He was kicked out of China and found his natural home in Capitalist and monopoly heaven the USA. If you look back to early 2000, you will discover Murdoch doing an Alan Bond and feigning early onset dementia.
Yes he's doing a Trump, but he's been doing that for years. Didn't you know the earth was cooling, women were victimising men, blacks are racists, and Muslims bring hate on themselves the way Catholics did in the 50s. He's protecting himself because he obviously answered the questions put to him by Rutenberg. NYT appreciates Bolt's advertisement.
