Is this all there is? Andrew Bolt sounding the idiot camp follower, fairweather drunk party boy celebrating the position so far away from his. Labour may have lost a battle but not the war. The LNP has moved so far Left they will never dare return to the Abbott position that Climate Change is crap. The 5 or so of the 151 members in parliament that still hold Abbott's views will never dare push against Morrison and Turnbull climate position again. Climate Change is real the science is real, and they will attend to it. Maybe not to the extent the ALP would but neither to the degree of doing nothing that Abbott espoused. If they do, Morrison's will be a one term government. Let's face it it's what lost Abbott Warringah and what forced a swing so gigantic it almost cost Frydenberg his seat. This parliament isn't still divided into the polar opposites Andrew Bolt would like you to believe, and this government will never be as divided as it was again thanks to the ALP. The extreme Right has been put to sleep. One man doesn't make a government, and one man won this election he doesn't even have a cabinet but rest assured they will tow his line. What this election showed was the ALP appealed to the wealthier electorates and not so much to the poorer ones that supported them during the Rudd years. That over the past 6 years they have grown even more impoverished, and the scare campaign run by the LNP and Rural Australia took hold. How could it not with the UAP's $80 million scare campaign advertised on Bolt's Blog daily making Murdoch money and carrying the LNP. Palmer gained nothing will he pay his bills or his workers the entitlements he'd promised for their vote. Nobody thinks so. What it does show conditions nevertheless have got worse over the past 6 years under the LNP, but the 24/7 news cycle spent all its energy saying they'd get even worse under Labour which had the Australian economy at No 1-2 in the world in 2013 a position so far away today.
Rationality and reason never really overcomes fear. Morrison put the fear of God into those already suffering these past 6 years. 2013 Australia's economy was 1 or 2 in the world now its wages are down down down like Coles prices, and the economy is on a slippery slide down too. The wealthy did their bit bullshit scared the poor and the Bejeezus out of them, and the man of God calls it a miracle? Guess he believes Clive and Rupert work for God in a game of Liar's Poker against Rationality and Reason. Even now, we are waiting to see their hand. We know what it isn't. (ODT)
37m PAYWALL Honestly how dumb is Bolt to say sacking leaders isn't bad well then what was he complaining about so much when Abbott got rolled. Is he already stirring for Morrison's? He must have drunk the whole bottle of whiskey on his own. We'd all love to see the Right -wing of the Liberal Party to rise up again but it won't. It's been truly slapped down in Warringah. How long will it take the workers of Qld to realise they were conned bluffed into believing coal was going to be their saviour when it came to their jobs. They may have voted LNP based on a scare campaign this time around but in another 3 years will the LNP run the same one when they are even poorer? Will, there be another Clive Palmer ready to spend $80 mill to help the LNP win? Bolt's dreaming.
CARO AND THE HATERS RAGE AT THE VOTERS
ELECTION TANTRUM Media Leftists vent their fury at the result by attacking voters as dumb, mean and bigotted. Their arrogance and hatred is stripped bare. Most illustrative example? Jane Caro, who called voters "turds" and then demanded the Morrison Government show more "civility". They are the haters they condemn.
Bolt little else to write about has found a woman to kick based on her own admission, regret and apology. The truth of his hate is palpable, and the reality of what he's saying not on Sunday is in no way "knee jerk". It can be read here only if you pay News Corp.
