Recently the LNP and News Corpse pundits keep crying what's the cost what's the cost but given the accumulated evidence what is the cost of doing nothing? This is a global problem that needs to be asked. (ODT)

In last Wednesday night’s Democratic debate, former South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg charged that Senator Bernie Sanders’ policy proposals would cost $50 trillion. Holy Indiana.
Larry Summers, formerly chief White House economic advisor for Barack Obama, puts the price tag at $60 trillion. “We are in a kind of new era of radical proposal,” he told CNN.
Putting aside the accuracy of these cost estimates, they omit the other side of the equation: what, by comparison, is the cost of doing nothing?

NEVER MIND THE TRILLIONS! FEEL THE BERNIE BURN!

Bernie Sanders speaks like a true socialist: "When asked if he had a total cost of all his plans, he said: 'No, I don’t.'... Asked how he was going to pay for everything if he did not know the true cost, he said: '... I can’t rattle off to you every nickel and every dime.'"

What's the cost, what's the cost yells Bolt. Socialists can't tell you says Bolt. Well, it seems the LNP can't manage the Economy. Every costing they made for any of their plans and major projects has skyrocketed. However, what the cost isn't the question to be asked given the evidence of what is occurring! The question is, what is the cost of inaction!!
Bolt never draws attention to that. As for Socialism well, we have seen Socialism for the rich, and the cry for more of it Meanwhile we have seen rugged individualism being foisted on the poor, and it's people like Bolt who have been calling out for more of it. Especially for Indigenous Australians, Muslims, Children in schools etc. bolt's cry everyone is equal and should be treated as such is a clarion call to ignore history and present-day reality which is a handicap race.
Remember it was Bolt the role model parent who said " he only hit on the boy no sex was involved " and he said it multiple times along with "nothing to see here" "move on".

DON'T PANIC, SAYS SWEATING IRANIAN MINISTER. NOW HE'S SICK, TOO

It's getting out: "About 1,000 holidaymakers... in south Tenerife have been ordered to remain in their rooms and will be tested for the coronavirus... after an Italian couple tested positive." And the Iranian official in charge handling the virus has himself got it after playing down the danger. Watch him sweat through his press conference.

Andrew Bolt seems to be enjoying himself, suggesting we watch Iran's Deputy Health Minister sweating in his public announcement on the coronavirus. It says a lot about Andrew Bolt, doesn't it? He's been a long time China, Iran baiter and the voice crying out when these events do occur that Australia isolate itself from the rest of the world. He was very vocal against Australians providing help in Africa during the Ebola crisis. He's even more vocal on Indigenous Australians getting any special treatment as well. He's certainly never been true blue.
