Revenue collection isn't something that needs to effect all of us given that 60% of us don't earn enough to even pay tax as a consequence the ATO needs little or no staff to supervise this level of society.  When the ATO staff  the experts at auditing this top end of the tax scale have been made redundant and negotiated tax collection is made even easier are we supposed to expect that revenue will increase or become even more difficult.
