A can-do Labor government builds lots of useful stuff and beats a feeble, inarticulate Liberal opposition of Liberal Left persuasion. But apparently this shows just shows voters rejecting a far-Right takeover of the Liberals. Wow.

Not today Andrew Bolt not today Michael Kroger resigned as President of the Victorian branch of the Liberal Party and that's a good thing. Strange Bolt suddenly calls the Andrews government a "can-do "one which he wasn't doing prior to the election and is now burrowing into what's left of the thin crowd of conservative Liberals and calling them 'we' rather than what he regards as " inarticulate Liberal opposition of Liberal Left persuasion."Bolt. It's amazing that the demonising of 3 women by the right-wing of the Liberal Party and the amplification of it by the Murdoch Press has failed to bring about the swing of their constituents to them it seems to have resulted in the reverse. Do Albrechtsen and Bolt actually believe voting women are as thick as they are and that the reality of politics is simply too hard for female voters to comprehend? 

How aloof and paternally Colonial of Bolt and Albrechtsen to apply the Stolen Generation defence to the ultra-right and use it against Banks, O'Dwyer and Bishop. As was their claim no evidence of Stolen Children can be found simply because the historical paperwork only shows good intended Christian Welfare policies applied these women today weren't bullied. Because if you search Hansard and the Culture of the Parliament today it shows the normality of what they call misogyny to be the robustness of politics today. Even when Tony Abbott the minister for women declared their place more suited to the kitchen and ironing board than the parliamentary chamber that's simply the robustness of our political culture.

Children seem to prefer to invest in the evidence and logic of science more than cadet reporter Andrew Bolt whose waiting for the second coming of Superman to save the planet. They are marching not only against science deniers like Trump but our own government who prefers not to place their faith in new technologies but in those of the world's most global polluters. 
There's nothing Messianic in children striking because they clearly see they are about to inherit a broken planet ravaged pillaged and burnt out by short-term thinking of the grubby interests of profit takers like Adani whose interests are solely in a quick $60 billion dollars more. While Children seem to want to inherit a clean estate and want to start now. Bolt only wants some to be able to afford the clean air offered to those who can afford it in a privatised world of the future.

The children in the students' strike for "action" on global warming have poor  spelling and less science. One interviewed by Junkee makes a string of false claims: "Soon, there could be no such thing as Antarctica... There could be no such thing as polar bears. Why is it Andrew Bolt ignores the peer-reviews of Judith Curry? Because she is his latest Messiah of Global Climate Science the final word on anti-warming? It was for some 20 years we were told that title belonged to Roy Spencer when Bolt broadcast the news that the planet had been cooling since 1998. Why do leaders like Trump/Murdoch spend so much energy trying to bury reports of real science released by their own government scientific bodies like the EPA and world institutions like the IPCC to promote outliers like Spencer and Curry? They are trying to make the release of  scientific information illegal in the US on the grounds of National Security making them look more like Latin dictators not leaders of world Democracies
 While others like Bolt look for that single superman or woman to promote on which the world should base their final climate judgements on, today it's a poorly regarded Judith Curry. The fact is there are today fewer and fewer deniers of global warming than there are scientists that agree and that speaks for itself. 
It wasn't so long ago that Andrew Bolt along with Abbott simply called warming science "crap" the planet was actually "cooling" and the science for warming was actually a "religion" This week Bolt's stopped that and now says it is warming but the science and scientists are just alarmists preaching crap because it's not warming that fast and the extreme weather we see today is no justification for  thinking otherwise or changing anything we do about producing energy. Just because old technologies are dirtier, less efficient, more expensive and have more deleterious consequences than the new shouldn't sway us.
 Why is the third world turning away from fossil fuels? Because their healthier cleaner cheaper energy is far more positive than fueling climate-induced mass migration and wars in maintaining and militarizing security over their "have-not"  populations.  It makes little sense promoting energy resources if the profits need to go on ensuring populations don't riot so a shift is being seen worldwide away from fossil fuels

In a report released ahead of the COP 24 climate summit in Poland, the World Meteorological Organization pointed out that the 20 warmest years on record have been in the past 22 years, and that “2018 is on course to be the 4th warmest year on record.”
“This would mean that the past four years – 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 – are also the four warmest years in the series,” the UN agency said in its provisional report on the state of the climate this year.
The “warming trend is obvious and continuing,” WMO chief Petteri Taalas told reporters in Geneva.
The report shows that the global average temperature for the first 10 months of the year was nearly 1.0-degree Celsius above the pre-industrial era (1850-1900)

Bolt's bullies think the world is warming, tolerate gays as role models for children, want safe schools, think Muslims are Australians just like him and women don't just belong in the kitchen and ought to feel they are as free to do what they want just as Bolt is. Bolt's bullies see multiculturalism and diversity as a positive and not as a division to use to create fear. To think otherwise like Bolt is to be the victim of an oppressive society run by bullies.

BANKS CHANGES MIND TO TAKE REVENGE ON DUTTON

Senator Jim Molan has slammed the preselection process which saw him relegated to an unwinnable spot on the NSW Senate ticket and warned he is "not to be taken for granted" if Prime Minister Scott Morrison doesn't intervene to save his political career.
Speaking on Perth radio on Sunday, Senator Molan said he had been courted by other parties, but would stick with the Liberal Party for now.

The backbench MP has threatened to run as an independent at the next election if he is dumped and has not ruled out sitting on the crossbench next year - a move that would further weaken the Coalition's grip on power in the House of Representatives.

 Firstly why does anyone think the Liberal Right is back in ascendancy? Forget Victoria wasn't Molan just dumped? Isn't Abbott being challenged? When a minority is on the attack it's called a revolt that's  English when the majority a fighting back it's not a revolt it's exactly that 'fighting back'. Bolt seems unable to understand or speak the Queen's English but that's never stopped him calling that debate.

Abbott's acts of 'persuasion' have been 'white-anting' within and without the party and always directed at Turnbull and now Morrison but at the majority consensus vote or no consensus vote. At every opportunity doing it so much, nobody in the Liberal Party wants his help. He's electoral poison and the swing against him in his own electorate proves that. Caulfield, Brighton and Malvern in Victoria show the benefits the right-wing can deliver the Liberal Party correct? Sukar, Tudge, and Hunt are all now sweating and being very low key while Kroger has resigned and Bolt has avoided talking about that, why? Abbott's always been the little helper in the background.
 Apparently being a regular on The Bolt Report did Kroger and the Liberals no favours. He heard his own supporters telling him to go. Maybe Bolt should put his hand up and his reputation on the line and save the Victorian Liberals at least instead barking orders from the bleachers. Bolt praises Jacinta Price honesty about saving Aboriginal women from Aboriginal Culture but as she points out European women doing the same and Bolt certainly has his back turned. Bolt, however, wants to see Aboriginal women become more European something that disturbs Price because she knows well that she too  has internalized elements of European Culture that have oppressed Indigenous peoples even more.
 Then along comes Bolt who claims he's Indigenous too and a victim of oppression as well. Maybe he needs to be locked away stolen and assimilated in the name of Welfare but the question assimilated to who other than diversity and the recognitnition of systemic adversity?

Ryan and Kelly use Reith to plot against Kroger

Peter Reith on The Bolt Report  seemed embarrassingly short of knowledge about the Victorian Liberal Party he wants to lead. Question: so why exactly are Kelly O'Dwyer and Scott Ryan, two of Malcolm Turnbull's supporters, using him to try to topple Michael Kroger? 

 Bolt calls Reith "short of knowledge". You couldn't get anyone more short of knowledge about most topics than Andrew Bolt yet it doesn't prevent News Corp using him on Climate, Education laughably even the Economy as if he were an expert. His publications even tout him as an expert. Peter Foster gets arrested for doing the things Andrew Bolt gets paid for selling false product. "I like Reith but" Well there is a lie from the get go Reith wasn't an Abbott supporter by any stretch of the imagination Peter Reith warns Tony Abbott: 'Keep your head down'

and he's said a lot more besides. The fact is Kroger is an essential on the Bolt Report should Reith get up his presance would be tarnished and Reith you can be assured wouldn't be there in his place. A state school for Islamism

Reckless immigration policies and weak leadership in NSW produce Punchbowl Boys High School - a school that does not tell police of threats by Muslim students to behead children; bans an Islamist deradicalisation program; has a teacher incite children against police; stops police visits; and bans female teachers from public events.

What's disturbing here this is all NewsCorp  referrenced by Andrew Bolt as a source but not a single source or authority is named. It's printed as urgent to the max yet nobody has fled the danger zone or made any formal complaints. The whole report reads as if it were made up to fill space and Bolt has used it for exactly the same reason. Will he be featuring all these unnamed people on the Bolt Report?
It explains why it's a cut and paste job by Bolt  thanking yet an "anonymous reader"  to simply substantiate a smear of a particular school that Bolt really knows nothing about
Journalism 101 FAIL
Muslim immigration has been part of the Australian landscape for over 150 years. Indigenous Australians experienced it before the the arrival of the European invasion. Only 9 years ago  research shows  only 9%  of Australians showed any negativity towards it. However since Tony Abbott became opposition leader and PM and since the Cronulla riots when Scott Morrison suggested it might an opportunistic political  maneuver to use anti-Muslim sentiment in his electorate politically. Since then it's beeb a cause legitimized by News Corp at every opportunity providing statement like everybody has a right to be a bigot from our Attorney General. News Corp has not promoted anti- Muslim sentiment but has provided the platforms to legitimize it which has risen it to 30% to date in 9 years.

So yes domestic violence doesn't discriminate and Bolt is a case in point trying to deny what statistics don't show. Even Bolt suggests  that statistics are to narrow and  he might have a point but that narrowness doesn't protect  middle class and upper class women from the psychological and physical violence middle  and upper class men like himself. Whose camouflage is purely economic and how well he supports his family  with Tiffany lamps paintings etc. Bolt puts his family in the cross hairs every day he vilifies and that's domestic violence. The evidence is he has to move his kids but why not his wife too?

Had there been a state election we would have heard about it that money belonged to the members of the Liberal party the money better managers.   Basically Holmes and the ABC are prepared to examine themselves as critically as it does other issues something Bolt never does.  He has been called to court countless times lost and never self examined but accused our courts of left wing bias.   Bolt's purpose the same as a Tobacco lobbyist who tries to maintain the jury is still out on cigarette smoking to someone who has lung cancer. Sure as hell he doesn't encourage his kids to smoke. It seems he hasn't taken that cause up  and started to smoke to prove his point that science is just a thought bubble.  The Barrier Reef is ill at the moment and the doctor says so Bolt says bullshit we don't need to do anything. Debt keeps soaring, but which leader will save us?

Typical Dutchman doesn't want to share the load when it comes time to pay the bill and always looking for someone else to pay it. Abbott doubled the debt and said it was fixed. That we had a spending and not a revenue problem. So not only is Bolt Abbott a liar but our GNP is growing yet Bolt keep saying the sky is falling in. There is one thing Bolt isn't and that's a Jewish business man. You make money with other peoples dosh to do that means to be in debt. You spend money to make money that means debt . What we have since the easy days of the mining boom when Howard saved nothing we have reduced revenue yes that's right we have a revenue problem because we are in a state of transition. Yes we have a debt problem. The wealthy and corporations are not paying their taxes and Abbott sacked 3,500 staff from the ATO.The Panama Papers have squarely put  Abbott and Bolt on the wrong side of history in saying the unions have been ripping us off and the wealthy and corporate beneficiaries are paying their taxes. Yes we have a debt problem but it's not ours we are owed money.

Kroger vs the Turnbullites

Bolt never said a word when Kroger told Abbott to "pull his head in" a week ago. He never said a word about how Abetz helped cover up Mantach's theft in TAS and was happy to see him handed on to Vic. However he  savaged Reith for criticizing Abbott. It seems  he needs  to hold Kroger up as some sort of hero why? He needs him for the Bolt Report. Not a shot fired in anger at Michael. Bolt is extremely selective when he targets people and it's not on principles.  Conservatives don't stick together their politics is very pragmatic what ever suits them on the day and furthers their personal interests. Now why hasn't there been a mention of that in Australia's largest but least trusted media group? As for McCrann he just the chorus at News Corp.
