Racism is colourless Australia is racist; its dominant culture is racist, and it's culture, and the internalised social psychology has been racist and drags down any institutional and behavioural efforts to change it. Racism refers to the long term, and increasing gap on all social metrics brought about by race alone. If Warren Mundine and Jacinta Price speak of Aborigines needing welfare they are racist of the kind that Bolt defends so hard. Charity cases requiring care rather than poverty case due to lack of opportunity reflecting the differential of power and hierarchy between races coupled with the assumed naturalness of that state of being.
Bolt so blinded by his own white superiority he tries to excuse it by pointing out this can't be a racist event because the perps might just have been Black and therefore couldn't have been Trump supporters, Homophobes, or racists. HOW LABOR WILL CLOBBER THE ECONOMY

Terry McCrann says Labor's franking tax credits grab is part of a bigger problem: "The broader policy package [is] massively destructive... The three big ones are the franking credits clawback, the attack on negative gearing and the doubling of capital gains tax... They add to a near $300 billion assault on the economy." Just as it's faltering.

 The Economy here is another word for the "rich" Labor will attack "Capital" something most working and productive Australians don't have and whose income hasn't or wealth has only increased some 2-3%  while their job security and benefits have been "clobbered". The banks and financial protection and debt creation sectors have hit them as hard as charging 22% interest ++ while the tax minimising and evasion industries and been fingered in the Panama Papers in 2016 for laundering and criminal tax evasion. Now there's a nice package for you McCrann is defending capital that dosh that sits and grows on the back of the work and productivity of Labor 90% of Aussies. That alone would want you to vote Labor, wouldn't it? Did you know the LNP promised transparency naming and shaming those evaders and 2 years later they and Treasury deny it?

Franking credits, on "self-managed", super well for a start only the wealthy are a statistically significant category in that group. They get the cash back from the government because their dead money went into companies that paid tax.  Negative gearing suits them as well because it minimises income tax of those that have too much when ordinary Australians don't. It's all protection for the wealthy getting wealthier that McCrann is arguing for. Sure it's a carrot for workers to invest in a second home finance sector is all about debt creation and risk.  Workers incomes are still rarely high enough to benefit from any negative gearing, and any downturn crushes the bejeezus out of them. Yet again McCrann's merely arguing for the rich, not the Economy.
Doubling Capital Gains tax is a no brainer for fairness when 90% of Australian workers don't have Capital. The restructuring of "fairness" to those that are productive from those that aren't would, in fact, boost the economy not shrink it. How many jobs does it take to sell a $500,000 tax-deductible Bently bought with the capital gains compared if half were taxed and put into Education or Health?
By the way the wealthy aren't putting that money into Fossil Fuels, it's nice to see, but their names can still be found in the Panama Papers about which nothing has been done. In 2015 the LNP government offered them an amnesty fancy that something else McCrann fails to mention.

Unfortunately for Tony, he hasn’t. Voters now want action on climate change, compassionate treatment of refugees and other more progressive initiatives. Suddenly, Abbott, by his own admission, is in the fight of his life against a well-funded quality independent Liberal candidate, Zali Steggall.

I can't remember how many copies of Worth Fighting For, my latest book of columns, were sold in a mainly on-line push, bypassing many book stores. Between 20,000 and 27,000, I think. So the sales figures for Melbourne University Press titles released today suggest the market gave some ABC authors a reality check. Here are some names and sales.

When you're syndicated by News Corp around Australia to the tune of 3++, mill people 27,000 sales of your book online and/or in stores amounts to a strike rate of less than 1% hardly a success for something that wasn't a 'book' in the first place but a collection of old crap in a cover. Whose Vanity has the mirror screaming failed failed failed failed? Given the list of authors Bolt has pointed to who had absolutely no such support as Bolt he looks the clown he is. It's always about access to resources, and all one can say about Andrew Bolt he has Murdoch and the IPA a privilege no authors have. Alone and on his own, he'd have no reach and be on the bottom of that ladder.
It must be noted. Bolt's also been promoted by Sonia Kruger as a significant influencer and enabler of her mindset to be vilifier of Muslims. I wonder whether her legal team will suggest her appealing this Tribunal outcome in the courts. Bolt's News Corp gilt-edged legal team folded after he was convicted. Bolt didn't blame them; he accused the judge Mordecai Bromberg of political bias for finding him guilty and had a massive dose of sulks. I believe it was because News Corp failed to waste more money trying to defending him.  With all that publicity less than 1% hit rate on book sales is pathetic.

GUESS THE POLITICS OF THE ABC'S GREEN

One of the least self-aware ABC presenters is Jonathan Green, now paid to discuss black dresses and which fruits are sexy.  Recall his petulant complaint at once being pinged as Left wing: "How does Greg Sheridan have any clue what my politics are? We've never met... Beyond parody." Beyond parody is his recent opining, an insight into ABC bias.

The McCarthy era was long ago however Andrew Bolt lives in Senator Joe's aura when he singles out Johnathon Green and the ABC for not just being notable but for being "illegal". When between  the ABC Green Sheridan and himself the only person convicted of illegalities has been Andrew Bolt. But not just vilification but lying as well. One only needs look at his Wikipedia CV today to note that Andrew Bolt continues to lie and vilify in the hope of inciting some negative action against Green and even more so the ABC. Bolt is for the freedom to take this incitement to it's extreme and should it have negative physical consequences not be blamed. However if the same occurred to he or his family he ought not be considered either in that instance to be a participant either. Yes Bolt want's his cake and to eat it too sharing space isn't part of that. This whole day of posts seems to be a deflection a deflection from Bolt's extremely lost week in which Pauline and Gert didn't achieve the massive heights and glory Bolt had predicted for them. Go back to the above "Fake News" post and what you will discover is the liar and vilifier he is. Disparagement, discreditation, smearing seem to be his primary tools of trade.

Bolt selects and singles out crime in a multicultural country from which he either generalizes directly or implicitly about what it was that caused the crime. Bolt certainly doesn't choose his cases randomly or with any statistical logic he chooses his cases to justify the conclusion he wants which is flawed anyway. Australians with no migrant or ethnic connections have been convicted of stalking far more times than Iranians however they are fine and are never brought to our attention by Andrew Bolt because should they have he just might be forced to run his argument that our culture is at fault. No Bolt wants to focus on this Iranian why? One because Bolt  refuses to accept him after 5 years as a 'new Australian' refuses to accept his crime was possibly due to things other than his Culture. That even the use of his Culture as an excuse for his behavior might not be warranted and is irrelevant in the circumstances. What we do know is the crime is relevant to Andrew Bolt and it's relevance is that it was a crime committed by an ex-refugee in Multicultural Australia and that Andrew Bolt is anti- Multiculture in Australia. The fact is if Australia is a multicultural country it would be abnormal for crime not to be which is  what Bolt would like us to believe. The exception in this case is why is the rate of crime among Iranian here lower than others? Why isn't Bolt praising Iranians for that rather than condemning them for one mans act. Bolt is into Identity Politics for political expediency.

 

TURKEY THREATENS TO DROWN EUROPE IN MUSLIMS

Turkey is threatening to drown Europe in Muslims. President Erdogan urges European Turks to have five children and "be Europe's future", while his Interior Minister warns Turkey could send 15,000 refugees to month to "blow the mind" of Europeans. Turkey's Foreign Minister even warns of "wars of religion" there.

 The man who is so insistent on the 'Free Market' ' Free Speech' is practicing what he preaches but it seems he doesn't like the fact that those tools and options are at the disposal of Turkey as well. It's what hate speech is based on and it tends to drift towards and in real terms when practiced among nations has brought them to war in the past. Why shouldn't that  occur given the direction and the vigourous terminology Bolt uses in his conversation debate or whatever you'd like to call it with Turkey. It could become another Vietnam or a reason to invade as we did Iraq a Nth Korea on the brink with Bolt the mouth whose  advice would be to invade perhaps? Yes his thought processes helped create the Vietnam War and the  Invasion of Iraq and every other fight in between by the creation of the freedom to create fear. and that's what he does. He's raised and wants to raise the bar  of hate always higher.

This is his perfect storm post trying to conflate events that aren't at all associated to created the fear that can drive small children to tears and incite hatred among otherwise civilized people. Bolt in the past 9 years has managed to raise the level of Islamophobia in Australia from 9% to 33% creating fear in small children that have never met or have never seen a Muslim Well Done Andrew Bolt it's in fact a measure of how un-Australian you are. Further it's a measure of just how un-Dutch you are given the results of the Dutch election. 

 

TERRY MCCRANN: HOW DUMB IS ANDREW LEIGH?

Terry McCrann: "Andrew Leigh must immediately step down as Labor’s number two treasury spokesman. Simply, we have Leigh publicly announcing that he doesn’t have the faintest clue of the most basic elements of the financial system.  And he has done so in the most humiliating fashion."  How typical of McCrann and Bolt to team up with a link to a PAYWALL and no link to verify the abuse of Andrew Leigh. This is little more than an ad. How dumb is that to think it will generate subscribers to the Herald Sun.

DUTTON VS THE BULLYING LEFT

Immigration Minister Peter Dutton is, unlike most Turnbull ministers, fighting back against the bullying Left: "Dutton will launch a fresh attack against chief executives who urged Malcolm Turnbull to put the legalisation of same-sex marriage to a parliamentary vote... 'The issue here is not gay marriage, it is activism with other people’s money.'"

  It shows what Bolt actually thinks of most Australians and just what a minority he belongs to with their backs to the wall. Trouble is we wear thongs Bolt doesn't he's the one most likely to wear jackboots. Increase Defense, National Security, ABF etc these are the things Bolt thinks we need so who does his cartoon represent. It's not ordinary Australians that lean left and believe in a 'fair go'

BILL LEAK: HIS FIGHT CANNOT END HERE

Bill Leak was possibly our greatest cartoonist, and certainly our bravest. His death from a heart attack is a shocking loss and something needs to be said not just about his talent and his courage, but about those who so hounded him. Here is my editorial from The Bolt Report:

  Something  needs to be said about Andrew Bolt who uses Bill Leak as his personal adverisement for himself and his show even before Leak's family  had chance to say anything anything shows the calibre of Bolt. Bolt simply used Leak for his pet purpose implying Leaks death came at the hands of the HRC. Bolt  really used Leak for his personal issue of a ratings grab and attention. He used Leak to promote himself and his tawdry little over produced anal show he stacks with conservative clones all singing in chorus like Macbeths witches. MCCRANN; BRING BACK COSTELLO

Terry McCrann says there's only one hope for the Liberals if they won't replace the dud Malcolm Turnbull with Tony Abbott: bring back Peter Costello.

Sorry he and Howard kicked off a trend in the rise of spending and the GFC ensured it 9 years after the GFC and it's still been rising because Abbott raised the debt ceiling and put his foot on the accelerator. So it goes to show McCrann is into appearances much more than the realities of the Public Good.

From about the 20th-ranked economy in 1982, Australia had risen by 1996 to sixth in the world — behind only the United Arab Emirates, Norway, Singapore, Japan and the United States.
That’s measured by the variables: income, growth, wealth, jobs, inflation, interest rates, taxes, economic freedom and credit ratings.
By 2007, however, at the end of the wasted Howard years, Australia had slipped back in the rankings to 10th place.

There was no excuse for this deterioration. The structural reforms of the Hawke and Keating years built the foundation for Australia to beat the world — as eventually happened in 2010, when Australia rocketed to the top of the world’s economies."

Six serious blunders cost Australia dearly.
The first was selling off productive assets. These included airports, the National Rail Corporation, Dasfleet, Telstra, the remaining share of the Commonwealth Bank and many other valuable enterprises.
Had Australia retained some or all of these cash-yielding assets, current angst over debt may well have been allayed.
The second serious failure was failing to invest in infrastructure needed for future development. The funds were certainly available, especially as the mining boom accelerated.
The third was failing to lift compulsory superannuation savings to strengthen retiree security.
The Keating Government had planned to increase contributions from 9% to 15%, so baby boomers could enjoy retirement on incomes close to weekly earnings.

The fourth was selling 167 tonnes of Australia’s gold reserves at near rock bottom prices just before the price rose spectacularly. According to one assessment, the fire sale returned just $2.4 billion. Had the gold been sold in 2011, when the nation needed cash during the global financial crisis, it would have fetched about $7.4 billion.
The fifth disaster was losing more than $4.5 billion gambling in foreign exchange markets between 1997 and 2002.

The sixth was squandering the proceeds of asset sales and the vast rivers of revenue from booming industries by handing it out to middle and high income earners as election bribes.
According to a Treasury report in 2008, between 2004 and 2007, the mining boom and a robust economy added $334 billion in windfall gains to the budget surplus. Of this, the Howard Government spent, or gave away in tax cuts, $314 billion, or 94 per cent.
Sales of businesses yielded another $72 billion. And yet Australia’s cash in the bank when Howard left office was a pathetically low 7.3% of GDP.
 Several other countries were much higher: Chile 13.0%, Sweden 17.4%, Finland 72.5%, United Arab Emirates 100.8% and Norway 138.8%.
Constant crowing by the cocky Coalition about the strong surplus it left is laughable. Even Algeria [20.9%], Bulgaria [10.2%] and Kazakhstan [14.4%] had better books in 2007 than Australia.

FASCIST LEFT VS HANSON

His photo tells you more about Bolt than it does Fascism. 1) Indigenous and Young Australians it appears are a danger. 2) Mussolini the Father of Fascism actually saw it's supporters in Uniforms and Suits. 3) The banners would indicate these young people were very much against Bolt's ignorant flip and they are quite the opposite of Fascists. 4) It goes to show how even Bolt ignorance is enlightening.

 

WHAT WE IMPORTED

This "award winning" writer seems a smart alec, proud of the mayhem and sheer cruelty of some of his fellow Muslim students and only to eager to blame everyone else. But when he describes his "Leb" culture at work at Punchbowl Boys High, I can only wonder again at the madness of having imported it.

All week Bolt's been on about Punchbowl High without revealing a single source to the facts he's been putting forward . Today he admit's it and he does in his very last sentence " I do wonder when we will be told the truth by authorities that we deserve." Bolt

What have I said all week the man hasn't a clue what he's talking about and he's making it up as he goes along even more than the Daily Telegraph which is based in Sydney.  This whole week was about using this story to generate a PAYWALL and gee up antagonism in much the same way 2GB did to get listeners sparking and throwing fuel on the Cronulla riots. The reality " when we will be told the truth"Bolt. Fact, Bolt admits this is fake News.

However Bolt whose never left Melbourne claims otherwise. He's claims to be more competant than any forensic experts. What is obvious Bolt with low TV ratings of  less than 50,000 is extremely envious of Waleed Aly whose ratings run at close to 1 million. Truth Liberates the Germans are practicing it in their schools on a daily basis today and are proud of it.  The Dutch hid their past and are only recently accepting their Nazi connections.The Germans are saying sorry every day in order to not have history repeat itself and insuring a very different Germany in the future. 

Bolt can't abide by this because that does mean change. Changes he can't accept such as company boards made up of 50% workers. It also means  saying sorry and that does mean liberating indigenous people daily for however long it takes erasing what  it took  227 to miscreate.

Islamophobia is always the one to run with even if the facts don't fit. Forget the FBI , forget his ex-wife, forget his father, forget the notion of American homophobia,  forget the UNHRC statistics but go for Islam. Not radical Islam anymore but your every day run of the mill Islam and make out it's the only seriously homophobic  culture in the world and not just a "straight" problem,why? To divide Australians in a way that just doesn't divide out 3% of us but it's intended to divide that 97% of us into making a choice. It is there to deflect and distract us from the real division in this country  the economic division and  our class differences. Islam is just the side show Bolt wants us drawn to  away from the main game our class differences. The primary difference that effect our daily lives and who as a consequence we should vote for. Donald Trump has done the same. If we paid attention to what effects us the most we'd have a Labor government.

Where they giving him another $474 a night making it $711 per night or were they splitting it. No matter how the break up went the perks  are awfully good. Bramston seems to be whinging about Oakshot whinging and Bolt is posting the whinging on his whinging blog. Happy lot aren't they. However I smell envy because how often does Parliament sit? Like Bolt Donald Trump presidential candidate who if president will have his finger on the red button takes the opportunity to put his slant on the event saying it's supported everything he's ever said about Islam as well. The two are simply fictional characters out of Dr Strangelove.  The reality .Straight terrorism . I might point out Bolt raises every act committed by Muslims worldwide paricularly in the EU as examples for  locking refugees out of Western Christian territories like the EU. Every fart a Muslim makes is recorded by Bolt. But when good old white Russians and English men riot in the streets of France he says nothing.
