The Bolt Report on Sunday, June 21

Bolt's definition of balance is queer and as such he is definitely in the minority.

No wonder Labor MPs want Dreyfus sacked

" he wanted to bring Australian terrorists with dual citizenship home."

Lies and distortion will bring Bolt down yet again in the future. 3  Defamation cases lost an unknown number of settlements made. and a conviction under the RDA and he thinks himself a victim.

Oops: Shorten told Royal Commission in 2002 bosses shouldn’t secretly pay union fees

Bolt has been running his own commission or witch hunt on Shorten to take the heat off Abbott who when ever he says something makes Australia cringe and the world snigger.

Why is the ABC so scared of debate?

So Bolt idiocy shows that he's simply against the ABC for, no political balance, no subject balance, no gender balance, no age balance whatever suit's him on the day. He didn't even listen. He tries not  to reveal his true beliefs that traditional marriage even though not universal should be and enforced by law. He simply want's others to say it for him

What Bolt would have us know

In recent debates over marriage equality, anti-LGBT groups and activists have trotted out the same tired "horror stories" about the supposedly negative consequences of same-sex marriage on religious liberty, including that:

All these claims were thoroughly debunked years ago, but news outlets tend to cite them without checking the facts. Journalists should avoid lending credibility to anti-equality myths and hold commentators who push this kind of misinformation accountable.

What Bolt doesn't want us to know

When discussing the potential impact of national marriage equality, journalists should cite empirical data from states where same-sex marriages have been legal for years.

Massachusetts, for example, has allowed same-sex couples to marry for over a decade. A recent report by the Associated Press examined Massachusetts' state marriage records to judge the results of what it called the "longest-running real-world test of what happens when gay couples are allowed to tie the knot." The investigation found that Massachusetts has maintained one of "the lowest divorce rates of any state - both before and after gay marriage was legalized."

Vermont, which was the first state to introduce civil unions -- almost exactly 15 years ago -- and has allowed same-sex marriage since 2009, reports similar marriage and divorce data, with an annual 0.3 percent dissolution for same-sex couples versus an overall divorce rate of 3.8. In fact, a study by the National Institutes of Health shows that gay married couples actually report less conflict in their unions than heterosexual counterparts.

Similar findings in other states suggest that legalizing same-sex marriage produces tangible benefits, including a bolstered economy. These positive effects of legalized gay marriage debunk much of the anti-gay speculation surrounding marriage equality.

Opponents of marriage equality frequently use flawed social science to produce so-called evidence of the harms of same-sex marriage. The majority of available evidence shows that there is no difference between the outcomes of children raised by same-sex couples and those raised by opposite-sex couples. Yet marriage equality opponents continue to push the myth that same-sex parenting is harmful to children by citing flawed research. Journalists should be prepared for opponents to reference an infamous paper authored by University of Texas Associate Professor Mark Regnerus - a widely discredited study frequently used by gay marriage opponents purporting to show that children raised by gay parents suffer negative consequences.
Arguments that gay marriage will lead to an increase in abortions or higher rates of divorce are based on similarly shoddy social science and media should be prepared to respond to bogus appeals to anti-LGBT research.

Pitting religious communities against proponents of marriage equality is a common practice in the media, but it ignores the fact that most religious people support legalizing same-sex marriage. Media outlets have historically had trouble separating anti-LGBT animus from sincere, mainstream religious belief, framing the debate instead as a "God vs. Gays" issue. A recent study found significant margins of people in major religious groups -- including 84 percent of Buddhists, 77 percent of Jews, 60 percent of Catholics, and 56 percent of Orthodox Christians -- support same-sex marriage. Among all religiously affiliated Americans, supporters are in the plurality, with 47 percent favoring same-sex marriage, compared to 45 percent who oppose it.
Aside from misrepresenting support for marriage equality among religious people, elevating the "God vs. Gays" myth reinforces the right-wing campaign for anti-LGBT "religious freedom" laws. Coverage of the marriage equality decision will offer media outlets an opportunity to accurately portray the support for same-sex marriage among religious groups, and dispel inaccurate tropes about religion and gay people.

Pearson should explain: would a “white Australia” still fund the black “First

Nations”

Bolt's principle " one people bound by one law," yet his blog banner is distinctly racist.  We know that is what Bolt is ultra racist so it is expected and clear cut. Under the constitution everyone needs to be treated equally yet he doesn't lead by example.

Under Bolt law anyone one is entitled to be wealthy however under Bolt law not everyone is entitled to be disadvantaged. Governments need to be the definers of his blurred world. Illegitimate  disadvantage needs strict definition and control.  However the notion illegitimate privilege simply doesn't exist. In other words there is no such thing as systemic disadvantage or privilege . Yet Bolt's focus and attention is never on illegitimate privilege. Bolt refuses to acknowledge any positive discrimination for the wealthy is illegitimate but certainly decries it  if offered to the poor.

As far as Noel Pearson is concerned he agrees with Bolt as do most indigenous they don't care about constitutional distinction. They in fact agree with Bolt. he refuses to acknowledge that because it destroys his argument of inverse racism. Bolt's rhetoric that because definitions of colour, race ethnicity culture and history are blurred they don't  exist. However look at his blog banner  they certainly do exist for Bolt. They exist as much as Bolt when declares ideological groupings left and right exist. Groups do exist even though blurred.

Just because definitions of gender, age,  sexuality and race are blurred it doesn't mean they don't exist and don't impact on people's lives. Reality is relative and  socially created. It is  defined by the distribution of power. Pearson simply asks for changes to the conversation to be listened to from the bottom up and not the traditional top down and that to be recognized by Government. He represents the indigenous, however women, Muslims, the unemployed and workers really want the same voice as offered by this government to the IPA, Business Council, Mining Lobby etc etc. That's too hard for Bolt to digest.

Turnbull is less the wrecker than his critics claim

Link is a paywall to make $$$

I think the last thing that Turnbull would like to hear is any sort of praise coming from Andrew Bolt.  However it's significant that Tony Abbott tore up the Magna Carta on it's 800th anniversary. He also now has distorted the advice given him by Brett Walker SC his adviser on this. Much the same as the now distortion of the views of Dr Karl and the Inter generational report. People are used conned and abused by this government for political advantage.

Any claim that the government take away the citizen rights of of dual or any citizens without judicial conviction is unconstitutional. Abbott may be considering turning some form of rendition. Arrest and transport selected Australians to a Guantanamo a place where where these citizens have no access to Australian law or representation. After all if Australians are held in foreign lands our embassies aren't compelled to do anything to acknowledge their existense.

Catholic Church falls to the pagan greens

"It is tragic to see the Catholic Church fall to the pagan faith of the nature worshippers."

So As I said yesterday Bolt the doubt merchant.

1) He claims Science to be a religion and no longer a methodology an epistimology of reasoned thought and the way we gain knowledge. It's merely a faith. He promises never to see a doctor again and to pray before turning on the light switch.

2)  He lies about the facts  and data collected.that there has been no warming in the past 17 years. A fact proved false and acknowledged by 97% of the worlds Climate Scientists

3) Declares the Pope is no longer infallible and should be disregarded as a  pagan. Any Catholic that pays heed is a heretic to true christian belief. That god determines all.

4)  Our beliefs our education our knowledge of the world is in fact as much state of ignorance as extreme Islam, Judaism any belief system. Bolt is a lauding scepticism except if your the ABC or Gillian Triggs

6) Is Bolt the new Ron L Hubbard and preacher in the church of Newscorp?

7)  Will  Abbott say yes I believe the Pope and do wear a condom when fucking the climate ?

The Age can’t trust its Abbott-hating ears

" A small detail, yes. But it indicates that when it comes to attacking Abbott, The Age hears what it wants to hear and makes the worst of it."

All media other than Newscorp are Abbott haters. Sounds the the words of a cult in the making to me. Evangelistic in it's tone. The world needs a total reinterpretation according to the book of Murdoch

Shorten-led union donated to Shorten election

How is it the Business Council of Australia can donate to the LNP but unions can't donate to Labour?
