ON TONIGHT: THE ABC'S MOST DISGUSTING REPORT YET

CREDLIN: TURNBULL SACKING NOW "OPEN CONVERSATION" WITH MPS

Peta Credlin on The Bolt Report says it's now an "open conservation" among Liberal MPs whether to dump Malcolm Turnbull. (And former Queensland LNP Premier Campbell Newman told me tonight it's time Turnbull went. The polls today are the last straw after last week's sell out Budget.)

What a play,a farce  by two Abbott supporters, two bleeding hearts discussing the current state of affairs in the Liberal Party today. Of course there are Liberals discussing Turnbull's sacking 'openly'. Who are they? Abbott's supporters the suited men in the Monkey Pod Room. They haven't any time to be secretive or play leaking games anymore. They are the men who have no future unless they can raise Lazarus Abbott. Andrews, Abetz  Dutton etal the usual suspects are now in "open conversation". 

 Bolt and Credlin  are on the box attempting to stage a desperate media strategy a 'guess what's new conversation' on which we are permitted to eavesdrop to push the monkey agenda forward.  It's a  farce more like a bad school play than a piece of  media politics  with Bolt writhing and swaying with feigned frustration being soothed by Credlin . What an agonising parody of political persuation you'd expect to see on SNL or Charlie Pickering's show but it's on Murdoch's  Sky Channel.

This is  Murdoch media larger than life and something you'd expect to see  presented on Fox News USA doing the heavy lifting for Trump. However it had the feel of a comedy a badly performed school concert about it. So, so badly produced and in  no way convincing. Credlin however was the better actor of the two. Bolt thought he'd do it like an opera.

 

BUREAUCRATS LET FAKE REFUGEES STAY

What kind of bureaucrats let liars stay?:  "Six Iranian boat people were caught holidaying in their homeland after lying on their visa applications about fearing for their lives if they had to return there. But Administrative Appeals Tribunal bureaucrats have foiled Immigration Minister Peter Dutton’s attempts to deport the Iranians." 

Nothing but perfection demanded by Bolt however no complaints about refugees killed or injured while in Australia's hands under the leadership of Peter Dutton. All this nit picking by Bolt is meant to excuse Dutton's incompetence. Bolt's descriptions of what has occurred couldn't be vaguer. Is Dutton prevented doing his job by bureaucrats and even the whole Tribunal process? We don't know and won't find out. It's one man  Peter Dutton against the the bureaucratic world. Remember how he was to supervise  the intake of 12,000 Syrians how many have been accepted in the past 2 years? Do we even know?

 Bolt's link here is a Paywall to his Herald Sun hardly award winning journalism easy accusation a banner to capture our attention and direct us  to  News Corp's Herald Sun promising us the truth about a conspiracy of evil rendered against the heroic Minister, all for political purpose to bring him down. What does the public really think of Dutton famous for Boomgate? Well they call him Potato Head.

One thing is for certain about the evidence provided here no time frame has been given for the six Iranians and why and when they fled  Iran nor is any consideration given for the changing 

circumstances that might have occurred since they left. There are more unanswered questions in Bolt's post  than answered ones. It seems this post had another purpose other than raising bureaucratic and tribunal error. The above graphic shows the equivalent quality of Bolt's post.

 

LYONS: MORRISON FOR PM?

John Lyons on the Treasurer's handling of a Sky audience last night: "It was clear from the questions that many people turned up ... wanting to vent their anger...  But it was equally clear from the answers that Scott Morrison cannot be discounted ...  as a serious contender for the leadership." But Ken Henry blasts his spin on banks.

  Yes but  approach by Bolt here is boosting the banks. The yes is a token offered so as not to appear too biased the but is the real message delivered and paid for in advertising by the banks. Am I being a cynic and Bolt is really trying to deliver us information rather than propaganda. The "but" could easily been John Lyons countering the banks couldn't it?

 

SYRIA ACCUSED: BURNING BODIES TO HIDE MASS MURDER

We've seen this before, albeit on a larger scale: "The United States on Monday accused the Syrian regime of installing a prison crematorium to destroy the remains of thousands of murdered detainees...  One newly released image ... shows snow melting on the roof of a building attached to the Saydnaya military complex north of Damascus."  

16 Another "yes" " but" post by Bolt "And the even more depressing fact: the regime's enemies are capable of equal horrors or even worse." Bolt The regimes enemies happen to be our allies and even more so Israel's allies so what is Bolt saying here that we are capable of worse? ISIS is certainly not attacking the Syrian regime withe the force that the Kurds, Al- Nusra and others are. Others being supplied by Israel and the US. So who is Bolt referring to here?

 

ABC SAYS LOVING PARENTS ARE UNFAIR

How a mania for "fairness" just makes us all equally stupid: "The ABC has questioned whether parents should read to their children before bedtime, claiming it could give your kids an “unfair advantage”...  ABC presenter Joe Gelonesi [said:] "Perhaps — in the interests of levelling the playing field — bedtime stories should also be restricted.'"

  Bolt's banner is a lie the ABC are not saying anything but they are reporting what been said. Andrew Bolt proudly wears the badge of media liar simply to gain attention and hope of influence non thinkers.
 The fact is there is no competance test for parenting no licence required to have children there is however to have cats' and dogs. So what's Bolt's tack on this "He wasn't complimenting them on their enterprise, prudence or hard work." Bolt  that the rich deserve complimenting because of their richness. Sorry Bolt inheritance brings on idleness not enterprise poverty brings on hard work and prudence. Workers however are time poor while the idle rich have all the time in the world to waste and they do. Who can afford the expensive drugs and liquor but the idle rich and their kids without the eye of the law on them and if caught they able to pay for a defense. The rich, many are in fact functionally dysfunctional and therefore hidden in plainsight and believe in that entitlement. It's why Safe Schools are so important.
The fact that the nuclear family only appeared 200 years ago is significant that it's not necessarily the most universally functional for raising children. The Israeli Kibbutz is a modern day example of not raising kids in Bolt's family fashion as are other communes that have survived since before the 70s. The Nuclear family is rapidly changing with the changing economic times and their seems to be a resurgence of the extended family along side single parenting and multiple families living in the same house. Necessity it seems is the mother of invention and unemployment,casualization of labor along with other social factors are bringing on many changes in the urban landscape. Bolt however insists the nuclear family is some how a universal must  and not just relative to social circumstance. It's why he 's railing against Safe Schools but he's swimming against the tide.
As for the ABC reporting on conversations of philosophers Bolt even finds that both dangerous suggesting that the ABC is promoting alternatives. Reporting on anything that make you think is dangerous which Bolt finds strangely advantageous for him. He can comfortably distort what's happening and blame the ABC one and at the same time. Denying and in fact saying nothing of value. However Bolt's example the living model of a family that promotes inequality via  nepotism and when who you know plays more of a role in Bolt's child rearing practices rather than does merit and education thus smashing the notion of  fair play  and a level playing field. James his son  works for the IPA. Is he being groomed?

 

CHANGING PMs DOESN'T WORK? THEN EXPLAIN RUDD'S SUCCESS

Sky's Peter Switzer joins the Liberal MPs who claim dumping Malcolm Turnbull won't work: "Anyone in his/her right political mind who thinks killing PMs works in the Australian political context hasn’t been paying attention since Julia Gillard knifed Rudd in the back." But they all forget a second leadership coup involving Rudd - one that did work. 

16 Switzer joined the majority of Liberals that say "it won't work" Oh dumping Turnbull might work if the Conservatives had the numbers that might well work with the support of News Corp and the IPA but the outcome and the consequence for an election certainly won't. Yes Murdoch killed Gillard and helped Rudd's popularity but does Bolt for a moment think Abbott could ever be as popular. Not a single word about Abbott's lack of charisma is there? Who is the Rudd in the pack or is it the Rudd in the back? Abbott the pugilist is going to give it a go along with the support of Murdoch's men just watch the media noise emanating from News Corp & 2GB now that Fairfax has been nobbled.
