What, like Tim Flannery, now travelling in exactly the wrong bit of Australia? Plus the problem with feminism, and an academic who dances at traffic lights.

Andrew Bolt claims to have been educated at Adelaide University and at the same time rejects the experts that inhabit these institutions. The experts Sinodinos praises. In some weird and strange way Andrew Bolt Bolt puts himself on a higher erudite plane for simply saying " I'm a sceptic". He creates an image of himself as a man who wears his underwear over his suit. How is it he's such  an unique  alumni of that campus? One might actually compare Dr Flannery and ask why Andrew Bolt hasn't been nominated for a honorary doctorate at least. Maybe because he's able to deny science as a method of inquiry on the basis of his dislike of one man. Which does make him comprable to an anti- vaxxer. As for the doctorate I doubt Bolt has the capacity or attention span to earn one. For example he uses the plural "shows" when referring to a singular one.

PETER REITH SUFFERS "BRAIN BLEED"

Terrible news. Former Howard Government minister and Sky News host Peter Reith has suffered what his family calls a "brain bleed". He is conscious and talking, but is in hospital and has withdrawn from his challenge to replace Michael Kroger as Victorian party position.

If anybody knows about brain bleeds it's Andrew Bolt he's also conscious, talking and constantly telling us how socially withdrawn he is. He calls it shyness. I call it the price he's prepared to pay for the job.

Q&A HYPOCRITE GIVES MORAL LECTURE

So refreshing to hear the former head of Al Jazeera (now broadcast two hours a day on the ABC) give us a moral lecture on the ABC's Q&A on how the media should not get close to power. No one on Q&A, of course, mentions that Al Jazeera is owned by Qatar's royal family and promotes the Muslim Brotherhood.

 Strange isn't it Bolt pays such sentence by sentence attention to Q&A and the ABC. He could go on it and has been invited but like Tony Abbott he never does because that would leave him vulnerable and un-produced. The possibility of looking a bigger fool too great. Q&A on the other hand pays no attention to Andrew Bolt because they focus on the variety of opinion their panel offers rather than the person offering it. A contrast to The Bolt Report.

 By the way Bolt works for News Corp the only organization that the British investigated for the corrupt practice of hacking and who had a masthead shut down and staff jailed. Rupert Murdoch pleaded senility the Alan Bond I'm old and don't remember defense and was almost jailed. Today that old senile man is running the White House. Supporting the Muslim Brotherhood has been an Israeli , Saudi and American past time for years as they too wanted to see the end of the rule of the secular Arabic states in the region. Al Jazeera is the odd man out for just being a News Channel. But then it's a private News Channel and doesn't Andrew Bolt support private and "entitled to be biased" and 'fake news'. Isn't News Corp where the President of the USA gets his intelligence from. Isn't News Corp ducking for cover at the moment for being caught out for reporting that Obama asked the UK to spy on Donald? HEY, BILL. TELL JOHANNES WHY YOUR LAW DROVE HIS DAD TO HIS GRAVE

Johannes Leak last week buried his dad, a cartoonist falsely accused: "If the supporters of the Racial Discrimination Act, such as Bill Shorten, want to know what real vilification looks like, they need only look at what happened to my Dad... It was genuinely offensive and placed him under enormous stress. He will be seen as a martyr to the cause."  

  Bolt seems to have a problem and that problem is if it isn't broken why fix it. Malcolm Turnbull is setting himself up for a fall the same one Tony Abbott backed away from much to Andrew Bolt's disappointment. So when the Senate fails to pass this Bill Bolt won't be surprised because it's always been a case of the tail wagging the dog. Anyone can say what they want without legal judgement unless they are public distributors as is Andrew Bolt but then there are strong avenues of defense available to such commentators. Bolt gave up that right of defence because like Peter Foster he was proven to be a liar. That's what Bolt avoids admitting now and by ignoring that fact distorts the argument altogether and  de-contextualizes  it. Why to appear the victim. Like his defense of the guards at Dondale Bolt doesn't mention the guard asking the kids to suck him off. Bolt wants the guards to be seen as the victims as he wants himself to be seen as a victim when in fact he was proven to be quite the opposite. He is a liar the courts found him to be a liar and he might as well have been saying to his victims "suck me off"  because he thought he had the power and could. All he's doing now is playing the role of martyr as loudly as he can because he has News Corp. Bolt rarely says anything informative or new. He rarely if ever adds anything to any argument he tends to hide more than he reveals.

 

 

 

HEY, BILL. WHY SUPPORT A LAW THAT HAD THIS STUDENT SUED?

Labor leader Bill Shorten supports a law that had seven Queensland students sued after complaining that a computer room reserved for one race was racial segregation. Could he explain why he loves a law that law that turned Callum Thwaites' life into a nightmare and threatened to ruin him?

 The reason Bolt was found guilty was he lied. Facts and tone proved he had no defense. Here he is doing the same pretending to be the victim of something that isn't fact. CHRIS MITCHELL DEFENDS PAUL KELLY FROM ME

Before you read Chris Mitchell's piece complaining of my criticism of Paul Kelly, consider this. 1: I believe in backing a principle, not a side. 2: I don't believe commentators can persuade many voters to back a loser. 3: Pretending Malcolm Turnbull is doing fine defies the facts, won't prevent his defeat and makes you seem dishonest with readers.

Might I point out from the get go there is no link to Chris Mitchell's article which one would assume would be the starting point of Bolt's rant. All links are to Bolt by Bolt hardly a verifiable debate.

Lets be clear here Bolt quotes Mitchell whose English is clear and succinct and understandable. Then we have Bolt's rant in reply. A 59 year old professional dribbling a message that I dare say can't be understood is not a good look Andrew Bolt. Your ego is the biggest thing in this post and it's more than showing. Can somebody explain  to me what the fuck this man Bolt is saying? He tried to tell us he's more Indigenous than any Aborigine younger than him. When  does the world stop laughing at him and begin laughing  with him. We know what he's trying to say but it makes no sense in the context. 

However here he is a man speaking with a sock in his mouth. Any wonder reasoned thinkers like Waleed Aly leave him for dust and ignore him. Paul Kelly more often than not doesn't bother and Chris Mitchell foolishly waves a red flag here. Basically Bolt is all over the shop conflating whatever he can find in his archives of ramblings to pretend he's delivering wisdom. Just look at the number of links he exhausts us with. There's more acrobatics here than Circque du Soleil.

Bolt doesn't devote his energy to bring down Shorten he rarely speaks of him his energies are focused on Turnbull for Abbott that's not a principle that's a side and it happens to be the side Bolt claims Abbott is loyal to. Bolt is his media puppet doing the scrapper's work for him. While Tony is being  ever so loyal. Abbott you see is hamstrung he is a natural fighter a thug by nature trapped in the backbench among those who once hated him when he was trying to be PM a leader. If he sticks hi head up and shows the knuckle head bruiser he is he amplifies the party division even more than it is now and piss off the those he did before. So all he has on a day to day basis is to shut up  and let corrosive daily commentary of   News Corp's Bolt and 2GB Hadley,Price etc to run it's course. Now if this is belief in a principle and not a side Bolt is clearly speaking bullshit and his gobblygook rant becomes clear. It's all a deflection so he can duck back into the world  of white-anting he so loves.

They are speaking to all Australians and it feels like that. Blair and Bolt like snotty nosed public school boys are saying it to those they regard as lesser people and that's more than obvious. When it comes from Bolt and Blair there is a lot of people who they identify as not worthy of being Australian. They might say the word "mate" but you know it sounds hollow, it sounds unnatural and difficult to believe. Turnbull sounds what he is and what he believes himself to be. Bolt go back and read Kipling's poem "IF". You might just learn something Kipling was a conservative.

 

 

 

Let’s talk those extremists into the ground

What would have Tony Abbott done? Increased the Security budget even more? Got Dutton to pick a name out of a hat and removed their citizenship. Alienated the Islamic community as much as he could by raiding more kebab shops? Simply creating even a larger sense of panic. Abbott would have asked what's the most we can get out of this politically. He wouldn't have addressed the problem as one to solve but as one to run with.

 Bolt's Imperialism extends to  the English language which indicates just how thick Andrew Bolt in fact is. The Grand Mufti is the "spiritual leader of Muslims" Islam's primary language is Arabic. He speaks at least 3 languages if not 4. How many does Andrew Bolt speak fluently? The Pope's first language isn't English either Andrew Bolt does that make him less intelligent?

 Maybe Bolt could criticize  the Mufti for his age and dress as well? Andrew Bolt's bigotry, ignorance and jingoism is an embarrassment to this country. It is the crass  sort of soft bigotry that has him yelling at blind people in the belief they are also deaf and mentally handicapped. Speaking English slowly and with an accent to people who also speak with an accent is Bolt believing that non English speakers are in someway less intelligent than English speakers. Yes there is all the time in the world for a PM like Turnbull to meet Australians if  he believes he serves them. Unlike Abbott who preferred to act as a king. Why did Abbott stay away from the Parliamentary Cafeteria why was Howard  drawn to it? Who was the better leader?
