anti-feminist , a racist, a religious discriminator, anti- Climate Change, and an ultra-white orthodox
Christian Nationalist, a Trumpster who admires pay for comment Fox News and hates real journalists. Bolt is totally anti-Woke, and therefore so pro-Putin. In fact the LNP all are and dream of the day when they too had Putin's control over this country.

In practice, racism and white supremacy are a “changing same,”
constantly adapting over time to fit American society in support of the
maintenance and expansion of white privilege, white power and white
control.
Scott Morrison said instantly “Ukrainians were“refugees”
and would go straight to the top of the ladder” Not so Iraqis,
Aghanis, or Africans and definitely not those who arrived by boat. They
are “illegals”, first “asylum seekers” maybe but will never be settled here in
total contravention to the International Convention which we signed.

D’Agata apologized after describing Ukraine as “civilized” compared to
places like Iraq or Afghanistan, but he is far from alone. Others have
similarly expressed shock that a war could happen outside a “third world
nation” to people who “seem so like us.” In response to such examples,
the Arab and Middle Eastern Journalists Association released a statement
condemning “orientalist and racist” rhetoric and demanded that
newsrooms apply the same consideration to all victims of war.

‘How smart is that?’ And he’s gonna go in and be a peacekeeper…Here’s a
guy who’s very savvy.” Later in the interview, Trump continued to gush:
“I knew Putin very well. I got along with him great. He liked me. I
liked him. I mean, you know, he’s a tough cookie, got a lot of the great
charm and a lot of pride. But the way he—and he loves his country, you
know? He loves his country.”
Morrison's response a ban on 25 Russians coming to Australia. Meanwhile Murdoch who is Australia's biggest private media distributor and L-NP propagandist is supporting Putin's Russian invasion of the Ukraine. Fox News'Ingrham was providing Donald Trump a media platform while the Ukraine was addressing the world about the Russian invasion. Tucker Carlson was central to the Murdochian love-fest for Putin spending millions apologising for Putin. Morrison has made no mention that his media master actually supports what he "claims" he doesn't. Not a peep from Morrison about Murdoch whose currently Russian State Media in America.
Morrison's response "a ban on 25 Russians" from coming to Australia, but nevertheless an opportunity for a photo-shoot with ruffled hair, an appropriate panicked appearance and urgent statement as if he was shirt-fronting Putin.
What is significant is that Murdoch's Fox News which is promoting Putin, providing space to Donald Trump to cheer Putin on rather than reporting what's actually happening and Scott Morrison is ignoring any action that might annoy his media master. Not a word of criticism coming from the Australian Government on what Australia's largest media owner is doing. Not a single complaint or sanction he's applying against 25 Russians who haven't the influence on us that Murdoch has.

Tuesday, when he again called the Russian leader “smart.”

3h ago America pulled out of Vietnam to win the war for peace. Trump pulled out of Syria to win the war for peace. Now Iraq wants the Americans gone for Peace as does Afghanistan. Amazing how America such a peacemaker moving in and out other sovereign territories generally disadvantaging those they co-opted as allies when they first moved in then deserting them.
Here is the reason Andrew Bolt is little more than a media ape. Any peace on the Syrian border hasn't been Trump's success; it's been entirely Putin's because of Trump's failure. Trump started a war to defeat ISIS and get rid of Assad. He achieved neither.
He has handed the Middle East to Syria, Russia, Iran and Iraq and lost control of the oil and has had to increase troops in Saudi Arabia. In the meantime, he's supported a bloodbath in Yemen.
Israel is now in a less comfortable position as Trump has actually helped unite the Shia in the area. At the same time showing the world how America treats its allies and can't be trusted. The biggest losers have been Israel, the Kurds, and the US reputation as peacemakers. In the meantime, Yemen is a humanitarian disaster in the hands of the US and Saudi's.

Their instincts are right. Our world is replete with complex matters that need discussing. We need philosophers, thinkers and even politicians of courage to help us find our way through this. We live in the age of character assassination. What we now desperately need is a counter-revolution based on the importance of individuals over mobs, the primacy of truth over offence, and the necessity of free-thought over this bland, dumb and ill-conceived uniformity.
Let us compare Bolt to what's being said here:
1) Ours is a complex and diverse nation, and we need the diversity of thought and ideas to find our way through it. Andrew Bolt, however, works for an organisation that eschews the variety of thinking not just in Australia but the English speaking world. He actually attacks Scientists Academics and the very institutions we have that encourage the difference of opinion. No safe schools or Institutions for Andrew Bolt.
2) We live in the age of character assassination. Yes, we do, and News Corp enables Andrew Bolt to do just that. He, along with his ilk, drove Yassmin Abdel-Magied out of the country a 28-year-old with more to offer Australia skill wise than Andrew Bolt ever has. She is far better educated than Bolt. An engineer, author Yassmin was more productive in her short years than Andrew Bolt has been over his entire 60 years, and she was a role model for young women today. Christians just offered their condolences publicly in Christchurch. But right-wing morons like Bolt want to create a divide where in Sri Lanka there was none until media like Sky News broadcast live the shooting in Christchurch to the world for 17 minutes before they were cut off. Now that's the way to stir things up are they the doppelganger of ISIS media trying to just that, to stir things up?
