The President is goading Democrats in the House to impeach him. And he's daring Republicans to risk their political careers by declaring him unfit for office. 

The Trump administration's decision to host the next G7 leaders' summit at one of Trump's own golf resorts isn't just another brazen rejection of presidential norms.

It is, on its face, a clear violation of the US constitution. It's even more likely than before that Trump will become just the third US president to be impeached.

The constitution forbids American officeholders from accepting "any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever" from a foreign state without the approval of Congress.

Yet Trump has awarded his family company a massive contract to host a gathering of the world's most powerful foreign leaders.

RAINING ON PAUL BARRY'S WARMING HYSTERIA

ABC BIAS EXPOSED I caught the ABC's Paul Barry leaving out half of a quote from a climate scientist - the half that showed he was wrong to claim this scientist didn't really mean to say there was no link between global warming and drought. Then Barry tried another trick to wriggle out of this. I deal with this shabby trick in my editorial on The Bolt Report.

1) A Scientist dr Andy Pitman didn't mean to say there was NO link between global warming and drought he meant to say currently there has been no DIRECT connection made. When Pitman clarified what he meant what did Bolt do but says "he's only covering his backside" Whacking the ABC, Paul Barry and the scientist to boot.

2) Bolt then turns to Meteorological data to make a point about Global Science and droughts trying to insist he's addressing and comparing apples with apples. Aren't I more intelligent than the expert scientist? No Bolt's not by a long margin smarter than anyone only louder maybe. What a personal ego trip Bolt's on ME ME ME posturing like another ego-maniac Trump

3) However, he doesn't mention the trending connection found when droughts globally were studied and that their intensity was found to suggest that an indirect relationship might exist between droughts and planet-warming data.

4) Suggesting Bolt has selectively chosen a collection of localised data to fit his argument against a global issue might be a stretch as he didn't choose it, but he did focus on it

5) When Bolt puffs up and says, 20 years of data compared to 100 is irrelevant when it comes to warming. Ok, remember when Bolt kept insisting the Planet had been "cooling" since 1998 and 2018  Roy Spencer's data proved it as we were approaching a milestone of 20 years of cooling. Well Bolt certainly doesn't push that barrow any longer does he? The very idea that 100 years of rain data Australia proves or disproves global evidence shows how mentally blunt Bolt is.

Andrew Bolt truly is an egotistical thug and unreasoned intellectual fuckwit. If it weren't for the ABC Bolt, Kenny and Jones wouldn't have been corrected and the scientist Andy Pitman Bolt declared on his side would have been listened to instead of so severely maligned by him.

The Hypocrisy Edition of the Bolt Report
Bolt's podcast disappeared off air why? It was clumsy amateurish, but at least it was the crude Bolt. I suspect they vanished because it showed Bolt up for who he really is an overproduced popinjay who I doubt even writes his own scripts. He reads the autocues given him each night and introduces guests. His columns are little more than repeats of the same as are the topics he once presented on radio. His blog is a mixture of ads but much the same. He was and is the epitome of Fake News.
The radio gig and the podcasts are now gone the blogs a mostly ads for print media and not even his own. While his columns are mainly repeats of the Bolt Report produced by others and Bolt one bragged that he worked an 80 hour week no shame on his part that he didn't acknowledge the work of others. Andrew Bolt represents the essence of the expression that has lasted for hundreds of years and coined by the British "Going Dutch". Bolt's a loner in every aspect of his life an unashamed user of others a model of a fake mini-me Capitalist in my opinion, and I'm struck by just how false he is each time I see him on video and contrast that with his podcasts. 
As for his editorial well that's the old cherry about the manners protest and equivalence they are just all the same? No right-wing, left-wing, Indigenous, Reclaim Australia or the Unions they aren't necessarily the same they only appear to be. How dare they be so ill-mannered, unpolite and not protest by the "rules". After all, Bolt doesn't block or hog the airways, does he? Yes, it's the privileged-class crap about style overriding meaning. The difference between a suit and tie over the workers blue singlets, blocking the intersection, or politely standing on a soapbox. Manners, style take priority to forget the context and substance just look good. It failed when Trump said it after Charlottesville, and it fails here too. A popinjay speaking down to people is a twat no matter whether in a studio on a soapbox neat and tidy still a twat who is paid not to listen and merely speak and fail to differentiate between rules and substance style and meaning.

Rowan Dean is hardly the person to distinguish between fact and fiction is he? He is, after all, an ex Advertising Salesman whose life was fiction and he's merely taken his skills to Murdoch's Corp the largest PR org in Australia advising the Liberal Party on how to sell their clients policies with their guaranteed help. Bolt and Dean just prove the point.
 As for "charitable dollars" when have either of these two wankers been associated with anything charitable but themselves?

 On Friday, the department called in the CSIRO and Geoscience Australia to give them a verbal briefing on the promises made by Adani. Most unusually, both organisations produced a letter dated the same day saying that the promises addressed some of their concerns whilst “noting that there are still components of that advice that will need to be addressed through the approval of the research plan.”
Suggesting that “Both CSIRO and Geoscience Australia have confirmed the revised plans meet strict scientific requirements” is a real stretch. Reading their actual report shows that many of their concerns remain, but they were obviously pressured to write a letter in response on the same day they got a briefing from the department last Friday.
 Considering Adani’s loose relationship with the truth in the past, giving approval on the basis of promises is madness.

How is this an example to Australians of the separation of powers of the Church and State? How is it a show that is not meant to influence the appeal process any biased way? Dan Andrews is perfectly right in his criticism of this behaviour.

Whatever the Liberal Party is doing with the ultra-cons if at the helm they won't ever serve the interests of the Australian people again.  Their Melbourne Club attitudes simply ensure they remain an anachronism a scar on the Australian historical landscape, as welcome as another Black Friday bush fire and just as useful. 

Andrew Bolt' conservative logic is a bit like Mussolini's tanks during WW2 one forward gear and 5 in reverse. Well next to her Bolt sounds a blithering self- promoting braggart. Abbott's my friend, Tim Storrier is my friend, and he's a victim like me Dom in this cruel Australia. I'm it, Dom, I went to the Archibald's don't interrupt me and on and on he goes using his son as his stooge.
Yes, Bolt sounded just the same on a podcast with his son James sponsored by the IPA where they just did the KKK shuffle on the heads of the South Sudanese girls for what? For entering a beauty pageant and did Bolt laugh you'd think his face cracked. 

BISHOP COULD HAVE WON? NOW EVEN ENTSCH SAYS NO

Jule Bishop says she could have beaten Bill Shorten, but just 10 MPs agreed with here in last year's ballot. Now made that nine: "Warren Entsch, one of just 11 ­Liberal MPs to vote for Julie Bishop in the August leadership spill, says he should have voted for Scott Morrison."

One man with the resources to preach to 3 million plus a day but has the reach and ratings at best of 1% with the backing of $millions in production costs wasting advertisers their money and reputations.
