Buttrose pulls 'offensive' Q&A episode in Aunt Lydia-style censorship

If you were labouring under the belief that women are free to express ourselves in 2019, last week’s episode of Q&A should put paid to that.
The panel consisted of five women and one non-binary person and was chaired by veteran broadcaster and presenter, Fran Kelly. The ABC apparently received over 200 complaints about bad language and what was interpreted by some viewers to be an incitement to violence.
This “incitement” was, in fact, Egyptian-born feminist, journalist and writer Mona Eltahawy asking a rhetorical question about how many rapists we have to kill before men stop raping us. Hardly an incitement to violence, more a profound expression of intolerable frustration at the unwillingness of governments and institutions to adequately protect women and children from sexual assault.
ABC Managing Director David Anderson declared there would be an investigation into whether the program had breached editorial standards. Chair Ita Buttrose has confirmed that the episode will be pulled from all platforms and will not be repeated. Quite why Ms Buttrose would make this arbitrary decision prior to the commencement of an investigation is something of a mystery.

'Inner-city raving lunatics': Deputy PM's bushfire comments prompt rebuke from mayors

Michael McCormack says those trying to link climate change and bushfires are "woke greenies" — but mayors from fire-ravaged areas of NSW say there is no doubt in their minds that the devastating blazes tearing through their communities are a result of climate change.

'Fairly unusual': The day it forgot to rain on Australia

Old hat': Is there a link between climate change and bushfires?

As Sydney braces for its first-ever day of catastrophic fire danger, it's worth recapping what scientists think about the links between bushfire risks and a warming world. Is there a link with climate change?

Barnaby Joyce says people who died in NSW fires most likely 'voted for the Green Party'
The former deputy PM was addressing his comments relating to the Greens and their position on backburning when he told Sky News: “The two people who died were most likely people who voted for the Green party.” He was referring to people who died in the bushfires in New South Wales.

GREENS GO MAD. BLAME SCOTT MORRISON FOR CLIMATE AND FIRES

The Greens claim global warming is causing the NSW fires, and blame Prime Minister Scott Morrison personally. Here's the science that shows their claim is sick and so wrong that it's deranged. The Greens are just exploiting a tragedy to peddle a fake scare and a fake cure. My editorial from The Bolt Report.

How massive is Bolt's ego? Declaring "What Pitman said when he thought I was, wasn't listening"" Bolt doesn't mention California why? He does, however, the cold snap on the East coast Coldest weather on record in America"  With a collection of media grabs rattled off at speed Bolt attacks Warmists for their "cut and paste" efforts to support Global Warming. Andrew Bolt is the "fool" when he makes out that Global Warming is a single factor that can be denied when it comes to bushfires. However, as far as science is concerned, Warming isn't a "single cause". It's always been far more complicated than that and trends have indicated "warming" is an indirect addition not to just any single event but a "Trend" that's been occurring globally.
It's ever so easy to ignore California's unprecedented bushfires the worst on record. Or the continued burning of the Amazon. The unique dryness of the Qld rain forest. However, it's not as easy to ignore the TREND to EXTREME weather which is increasing along with warming and emission levels in the atmosphere. Comparing individual events on particular dates just doesn't cut it. PITMAN was right when he corrected himself and omitted the word DIRECT. That there is no "direct" connection between Global Warming and extreme weather just as there is no direct connection between smoking and lung cancer. Bolt has grabbed on Pitman's admitted error like a drowning man onto a straw and has hung onto it like a PITBULL. The same as deniers did working for big Tobacco.
As for the politics, Bant and warming activists are on opposite sides of the fence to Bolt's whose yelling back-patting and cheering on his team of idiots like McCormick ignoring the real Science that takes into account Trends and not just single events.
On Trend, the planet is warming. Bolt was the idiot that spent years telling us it wasn't that planet was cooling. Now even he is admitting at is "slightly" but denies any significant or direct effect on the earth. Science isn't the only discipline that takes into account TRENDS actuaries do to, and Insurance Companies and Business react on those studies and premiums are going up not down which Bolt logic that everything is better should reflect but doesn't. Premiums have gone up not just due to inflation like your medical insurance if you're a smoker. However, because of the indirect effect of Climate Change and the trend in the intensity of extreme weather. Business, finance and global politics are paying attention to these Trends which  Bolt claims should be ignored because "weather is weather" just as they once did "cancer is cancer" denying any connection between smoking and lung cancer. Bolt's preaching isn't stemming the tide of change which like the oceans, is rising. (ODT)

Dare I say Adam Bant agrees what is being said here that our politicians have ignored the effects of the build-up of fuel and other conditions over recent years. States that have also been indirectly affected by Climate Change. Bolt seems to be supporting Bant who said it's time governments stopped ignoring these real issues a stopped saying what we keep hearing so often from politicians and Andrew Bolt " the weather is the weather" and that it's only the "belief" in climate change that makes things SEEM worse rather than are WORSE.
If as Bolt and Abbott claim global warming is good, it accelerates green growth then here is Bolt saying the increased fuel-ready to burn is the result of Climate Change coupled with politicians ignoring the fact. The wind patterns in our weather don't operate in isolation either. Greens don't "benefit" from bushfires, but it certainly fuels their arguments more than they do Andrew Bolt's just calling them scaremongers to be ignored.

Reverse Genderism and Systemic Feminism don't exist but an understandable reaction to Systemic and "toxic masculinity" does. It's reflected in all our institutions whereas Bolt's "toxic femininity" the reaction anger and the demand for change isn't the same. There isn't even an equivalence. One wonders why Bolt even tries to stir the pot other than to maintain the status quo. We have heard him complaining that he's the only breadwinner in his family. Yes whinging that he had to take his family on holiday. That's what Bolt deems female domestic violence is and it's equivalent to male.
Bolt's been on a crusade for over a week now on a daily campaign to denigrate 5 women who appeared on Q&A and the ABC a moronic campaign of abuse of Fran Kelly largely claiming her incompetence her fear when radical women get together they spew "toxic feminity". The "toxic feminity" if it at all exists is the Victorian attitudes and mindset Daisy Cousen's parodies. That no longer really exist in modern-day Australia It's unusual to see a union of 5 women on the show that certainly is a threat to the dominance of men running Bolt's little overproduced obsolete production that supported News Corp's $306 mill quarterly loss. Bolt's in the business of promoting himself as sooo much better than Fran Kelly.
Let's rmind ourselves he tried to do that to Miranda Divine and was sent packing so much so he's no longer got a radio gig.

College Dropout Hannity: Mueller 'Doesn't Know The Law' | Crooks and Liars

Hannity is not a lawyer. He didn't even finish college. But because his sycophancy has earned him the role of unofficial chief of staff in the Trump White House, he apparently thinks he's a legal expert, too. And Fox News is letting him play that part on TV.
Last night, Hannity pretended to know more than special counsel Robert Mueller, who is not only a lawyer but a decorated Marine who served the second-longest term as FBI chief. Hannity, on the other hand, never spent a minute serving his country. He has, however, made big bucks spewing hate about those who have:

Is there something about dropouts and Murdoch Media? There is a difference between Hannity and Bolt, however. Bolt actually tried to convince his audience that he was educated at Adelaide Uni. Did Hannity attempt to lie too?
Bolt has often indicated he knows more about the law in Australia than our judges and courts. That he's more of a scientist on climate than the world's leading researchers. Yet Bolt has spent his working career in the hallowed halls and narrow confines of Murdoch Media only. He has admitted he hated journalistic discipline and avoids research, data and it's verification like the plague. (ODT)

Anthony John Abbott. The End.

Saturday 1 June 2019The first post l ever wrote for The AIMN;…
He was the classic negative politician. There was nothing he saw through the prism of life that wasn’t so. He believed that policies weren’t necessary, that just being in power was all the Coalition needed.
He need only look into a mirror to see the one responsible for his own demise. When talking about parliamentary liars, Tony Abbott held the distinction of being the best.
In fact, he was, in my view, the greatest liar ever to have felt the plushness under his feet of the green carpet in the House of Representatives. It came just so naturally to him.
Tony Abbott suffered foot in mouth decease like no other politician, but never showed a hint of remorse. He was nothing more than a grubby individual who was at home in the politics of taking things down, never building them up.
His area of expertise was in hostilities, grudges and revenge. The back door manipulations that some politicians thrive on.
Typically, even defiantly, he said that he would “rather be a loser than a quitter.” Did he consider the other option of a gentle retirement to allow another person to stand for his seat? No, he was never a team man. He was also known as a supreme leaker of cabinet secrets.
His departure will not only see the end of a first class liar but also a first-class Luddite who not only wanted to destroy the internet, but also the renewable energy industry. He was a man of the past who never realised that it had passed him by.
My thought for the day
Power is a malevolent possession when you are prepared to forgo your principles and your country’s well-being for the sake of it. John Lord

I’m not feeling stimulated.  Are you?

Some Facts overlooked

In the two years that the carbon price operated, electricity demand in the NEM declined by 3.8 per cent, the emissions intensity of electricity supply by 4.6 per cent, and overall emissions by 8.2 per cent, compared to the two years before the carbon price.  It also raised $15.4 billion in revenue to cover the compensation.
Since its repeal, the Coalition has spent billions on its Direct Action Plan and Emissions Reduction Fund, only to see emissions rise by 4.2 per cent from their low in 2013.  Power prices have also skyrocketed during this time.  Increasing gas exports have seen Australians paying higher prices for gas than countries to whom we sell.  Uncertainty about policy has hindered investment in energy generation from helping prepare us for the closure of old coal-fired power stations.
But Matt Canavan wants more coal-mining and new coal-fired power stations.  He also wants banks to ignore the commercial unviability of these projects and for energy companies to stop talking about carbon-pricing and emissions reduction.
It was Labor that earned us a triple-A credit rating and Labor who kept the country growing when all others failed.  It was Labor that took effective world-leading action on the global challenge of emissions reduction.
Labour offered a bank guarantee to support the strength of our financial sector when the world was in turmoil.  The Coalition wants to offer profit guarantees to the dying coal industry and job promises in an increasingly automated industry.
The Coalition’s plan of maximising business profit, protecting unsustainable tax concessions and cutting taxes for the wealthy, cutting the public service and using compliant consultants instead, privatising assets and outsourcing services, and continuing the expensive and ineffective re-named Climate Solutions Fund, will not stimulate the economy or relieve the cost-of-living pressure for low income households.  It will not secure our energy future.  It will not provide job security.  It will not address the lack of affordable housing or the millions living in poverty.
Scott, Josh, Angus, Matt, Peter – I’m afraid you’re not doing it for me.

Donald Trump has extended his tariff diplomacy to Mexico - and markets don't like it.

Wall Street tumbles as 'Tariff Man' Trump throws markets into a tizzy

With trading finished for the weekend, the S&P 500 has formally delivered its worst May return in seven years and second-worst since the 1960s, falling 6.6 per cent. Oil tumbled.
The latest move by the self-described Tariff Man would put 5 per cent American duties on all Mexican imports on June 10, rising to 25 per cent in October unless Mexico halts "illegal migrants" heading to the US.
Trump's Mexico declaration and a Bloomberg report that China is planning to restrict rare-earths exports leave markets set for a turbulent end to what's been a rough month for global stocks.

Fox & Friends Proudly Recalls When The U.S. Defeated 'Communist Japan'

Andrew Bolt believes in the mass model of uniform educational training and claims that a personalised teaching system as practised in Scandinavian countries only produces expensive "Opinionated Know-Nothings. He's proven to be one of those Opinionated  Know-Nothings himself so he knows what he's talking about when it comes to mass rote cheap training practices.
Bolt happens to work for Murdoch Media who specialises in employing O K-Ns and tying them to extremely tight editorial contracts. Here is a perfect example of Murdoch Media in action where Trumps favourite morning hosts prove how America is Great. Afterall they defeated Communist Japan in WW2. Andrew Bolt can be seen to parallel the Opinionated Know- Nothings on Fox much of his time.
This is your brain... Yes, this is your brain while watching Fox News, Sky News, and Andrew Bolt. That well known public indigenous Australian intellectual in his own mind that we are expected to appreciate.

Firstly the deaths due to terrorism in the West have never amounted to anything like the deaths resulting in the chase for Bin Laden. The costs involved and still accruing might well have solved Australia's problems. So what is it Bolt even means with a remark like this? "The ABC's "unbiased" Phillip Adams set an astonishing standard for wishing to ignore what doesn't suit: " If Bin Laden were climate change he'd be saying just that "ignore it". Ignoring Bin Laden or sitting down and talking with him might have saved the USA and Australia from the outcome and expense of the now never ending story

  • Bolt's opinion is hidden behind a PAYWALL and obviously isn't his, it's Sunday after all.  However, does it take into account that Osama bin Laden was a friend and ally of the USA his family certainly were close to the Bushes? They were with Bush on 9/11.
Bolt's denial of Climate Change is fundamentally based on the wasted cost of the combat trying to stop it. To convince us that all alternative energies would cost too much. However not so the money spent in Afghanistan Iraq and Pakistan to date as a result of the chase for Bin Laden since 2001. Apparently, Bot sees that cost as justified. Without counting the costs of American and civilian deaths resulting from the "war against terror" decisions an outcome Bolt deems "right" the financial cost to the American taxpayer has been over $5 Trillion dollars and is still growing.
What solutions could that amount of money have provided for the American economy or done for Australia's if applied to infrastructure, the NBN, Welfare, Pensions, Health, Housing, Education and the deficit.? Fair enough we didn't spend as much as the Americans but how much has it cost us for not "sitting" down with Osama or ignoring him. It's far more reasonable a consideration than what we have done and are continuing to do year in year out.

Yes it's certainly PAYWALL day handballing the work to others in the Murdoch Stable
Terry McCrann definitely a Know-Nothing Opinionator whose opinion is fundamentally based on calling all experts other than himself  " the various idiots otherwise known as energy experts" What's McCrann's expertise? Is it technology, no! Is it Science, no! Is it accounting, we are told it is, but there's no sign of it here is there? Currently, renewable energy technology has, in fact, progressed so fast that coal isn't the cheapest form of energy available so much so how could it conceivably be in 20 years? We see Indian businessmen, coal kings, like Adani bailing out of it and becoming their countries biggest renewable investors. Shouldn't a reasoned financial expert like McCrann take their thinking into account?  Surely they have the resource to research their risks far more than McCrann has. Has anybody actually taken his advice? They must be the idiots he's referring to.
The speed and costs of building renewable plants aren't as long as coal plants clean coal is only some 5% cleaner and hardly a revolution. If one can see and not just assume " global transition" is the goal and is occurring Australia would be the idiots sticking with 19th Century technology. So what we see is a failure to communicate because what McCann is offering is little more than abuse and it's coming from less than a minority opinion editorially driven by Murdoch Media.

Crime gangs: Facts, fiction and furphies

Yes, there is a sinister group (gang, if you like) well practised in the dark arts of moving quickly on the vulnerable for personal gain. They are the politicians who jumped into this debate with the subtlety of a belly flop in a wading pool.
Internal police figures show that of Victoria's 15,000 "serious" crimes ranging from murder, serious assaults, rape and armed robberies to carjackings, around 200 are committed by offenders of Sudanese descent - which means you are 74 times more likely to be attacked by non-Sudanese.
So what do these statistics prove? Absolutely nothing, other than that you can always find a set of numbers to justify an argument.
Piss Weak on Law and Order? Look No Further than Peter Dutton

The issue of law and order is squarely in Dutton’s domain, and while he has no responsibility on state matters, he has a major one on federal ones, particularly border protection. Which makes it all the more galling that while he wastes his energy on matters that are not his concern, he has been derelict on one in his own backyard. The problem is not that Dutton is too tough - it is that he is not tough enough.
For nearly 12 months the state government, at the request of senior police, have asked their federal counterparts to change the law to make it illegal to import Bute without a legitimate reason and still the loophole remains large enough to drive a truck (filled with drugs) through it.
So while the Feds can legitimately brag they have stopped the boats with asylum seekers on them, they have done stuff-all to stop the boats filled with 1,4-Butanediol. And make no mistake, more people are hospitalised from Bute than from being bashed by Sudanese crime gangs.
Yet we do have a serious black crime problem. In Australia, an Indigenous youth is 24 times more likely to be imprisoned than the community average for that age bracket. It is a national disgrace.
Rehabilitating young offenders is not the soft option, it is the smart one. The alternative of policies driven by anger, fear, half-facts and the pursuit of headlines or votes leads to more crime and more victims - and history shows that if you shut the door on people, they eventually want to kick it down.

    Andrew Bolt's Blog,23/1/18; Whose outdated Greer or her Millenial critic; Politicians forgetting the facts;

Team Doyle lining up outside Melbourne Town Hall in August 2016. Tessa Sullivan is on the right.

     Germaine Greer challenges #MeToo campaign

"My feeling is we ditch rape altogether [as a crime] because it's hopeless. I have seen the police working up a rape case trying desperately hard to build it up so it will stand up in court - and wasting their time.
"The burden of proof is too high and that's because the tariff is too onerous. Rape is a daily crime, it's not spectacular. What we need is a coherent law of sexual assault."

This is why Germaine Greer is out of touch

Greer even floated the idea of doing away with rape as a crime altogether and replacing it with a "coherent law of sexual assault" which sounds tremendously exciting and deliberately provocative.

We have no need of a public contrarian or provocateur, we are too busy fighting our small ideological skirmishes on social media. If we need a cultural reference to illustrate our point, we tag our friends in a meme, for we have no need to speak about an old-fashioned comedy that appeared on television. Why would we? None of our peers would have seen it.

More of Robert Doyle's alleged victims keep silent fearing they too will be 'vilified'

A number of women have decided not to lodge official complaints with the Melbourne City Council investigation into sexual harassment claims against lord mayor Robert Doyle because they fear being identified and "publicly vilified".

At least one person told The Age negative media coverage of former councilor Tessa Sullivan's harassment allegations meant they feared being "publicly vilified" if they were identified. They said this would damage their professional future.

"Certainly the perception is strong in many people they will be blacklisted."

Speaking generally, Mr. Bornstein said most of the clients he had represented preferred confidential settlements without public exposure.

" The recent global focus on sexual misconduct had emboldened women, he said. Former clients who had signed confidentiality agreements in the past had been in touch with Mr. Bornstein to see if they were now able to speak publicly."

Nationally Reilly in her comment that Germaine Greer is out of date unwanted and has entirely missed the point is what she claims Greer to be out of date and missing the point despite the fact that she's of this generation a millennial. The reality of what Greer is saying is exemplified in the case of Robert Doyles alleged victims and their fear with only a few emboldened by current events.

Greer is talking about our Culture our systems and social structures that determine our patterns of our behaviors as individuals. That "me too" may have emboldened some women to speak up but it fails to grasp the fact that the systems under which we operate all and need to be changed and the normality of their class nature revealed. Sexual assault of women for Greer is normal and not exceptional in our society speaking up against Weinstein , Woody and Doyle might draw attention to it but not in any revolutionary way no matter whether social media gives voice to more individual women or not. Without changing the nature of the system and it's social structures that normalize men's predatory and machismo behaviors nothing will have changed nor equality gained.

Greer's practical method to start to change the individual relationships between men and women is to change our laws to a "coherent set" where sexual assault is recognized and taken for granted as a normal part of our current aberrant Culture and Social System. Metaphorically speaking we seem unable to accept that in order to change the trees you need to have a notion of a forest in which they exist that needs changing. It's that point that keeps Greer relevant today and the millennial Reilly an outdated and never-ending mole whacker. The Social structure that determines the trends in our behaviors and acceptable social psychology needs changing it took time but changing the laws on homosexuality eventually changed our laws and attitudes on marriage equality and will inevitably lead over time to safe schools social media won't.

President Donald Trump's tax cuts are forecast to benefit economies of the US and the countries it trades with as the US ...

Treasurer says we need to seize opportunity as IMF sees US 'sugar hit'

"  Half the upgrade was due to the $US1.5 trillion ($A1.88 trillion) in tax cuts. Its forecasts assume that the hit to US tax revenues will "not be offset by spending cuts in the near term" meaning that the economies of the US and the countries it trades with will benefit as the US budget deficit deteriorates."

When some 10 multinational Corporations control the world's economy what can one expect but to declare tax cuts are a global benefit and Trump is right. Why is their opinion so significantly different and divergent from the reality we in Australia have experienced in the past decade Inequality gap grows as Australia marks a huge leap in billionaires.

How will these significant facts in Cole Latimer's article be addressed by the expected applause of global business to Trumps sugar gift to the rich? Billionaire wealth in Australia increased by 300% while the average Australian's wealth increased by 12%. Why was this not a part of the Treasurer's analysis? I was in Kununurra and my motel faced the school i watched the kids playing together they were all just kids and all just Australian kids at that. However, at what age did the indigenous kids come to realize their place in that tale of two cities two peoples where I heard white shopkeepers ring the police and move "the flower pots " from under their verandahs the elderly indigenous Australians trying to escape the 40-degree heat.
A short drive out of town took you away from the neat town whose biggest buildings were the Cop shop, Social Welfare, and Woolworths and it took you the slums called public housing not a white man in sight. Only some 200 years of whiteman's colonial Christian beneficence on show which according to them was occupied by an ungrateful and idle culture. Just when did those kids in that schoolyard black white and brindle begin to change and become "Flower Pots"

"I had to consider that I might be wrong earlier today, when Tony Abbott suggested that the landing of a whole heap of illegal immigrants on January 26th, 1788 was good for all Australians – even those who only became Australians in 1967 when they were granted a promotion from part of the flora and fauna to actual people.
You see, Tony suggested that the indigenous population was lucky to have been colonised by the British because, after all, he’s British and it was better for them to have been killed by good British germs and raped by good British people and bayonetted by good British steel. And I had to admit, I thought to myself, imagine if the French had got here first and forced them to eat croissants.
As for the whole invasion nonsense, as someone pointed out, there was no war so there was no invasion. Although that does make all this talk of “home invasions” a bit of an over-reaction.
Whatever, I did have pause to think and just wonder. Could Tony be right about this? Were the massacres somehow more humane because they were carried out by sensitive soldiers and ex-convicts?" Rossleigh AIM

LONDON ATTACK: WHY LET IN PEOPLE WHO HATE OUR FREEDOM?

"4 per cent who said — looking the pollsters right in the eye — that they supported suicide bombings. And 4 per cent of Britain’s Muslims works out to be more than 100,000 people."

Given women and children aren't suicide bombers and the majority of UK Muslims don't come from the Middle East, and  are British or don't fit the profile of the radicalized danger group Bolt talks of it leaves him with somewhere  less than 0.01% of young men half of whom the police are aware of. Given that in any population  3% of people have severe mental health problems or are seriously criminal Bolt's statistics don't match any argument that Muslims are  more dangerous than anybody else among the British population.
What it does tell us is that we have a racist  Andrew Bolt trying to be a n expert manipulating figures to prove his pre judged conclusion which essentially is one of hate or degree of dislike for anyone different from him. Paranoid psychopaths have been defined with those characteristics unable to see the other side of any coin other than their own. Given that a % of young Muslims hear Bolt's attitudes of hate and animosity expressed  on a daily basis by a fringe of alt right press daily and are  encouraged Islamist radicals to point them to listen to the Andrew Bolt like press on the social media it's surprising events like this don't occur more often. Bolt is the no News Corp is the biggest promoter of radicalized youth in the Anglo-sphere. These events  aren't generally carried our by Bolt's religious zealots  but very angry young men pushing back against the treatment meted out to them by the likes of the Andrew Bolt's of the media. It's push back the same sort of push back being revealed today in the NT  Royal Commission into Juvenile Justice. Andrew Bolt  is the untrained bigoted  prison guard thug  calling out to young Muslim boys to "suck my dick"
These kids don't" hate our freedoms" they want to feel a part of it. Bolt is the freedom hater he's a born Australian why is it he hates this place so much? He has 2 passports when the majority of most Australians born here don't. He doesn't holiday  here  he prefers to spend his money overseas absorbing other cultures not ours. He's Europhile like he claims others are Islamists. Ask whether or not he buys Australian. His bragging over the past 3 years suggests otherwise even his dogs and garden aren't an Australian variety. He hates our Education system in which he floundered but pretends to have completed his education in. Ask Adelaide University and they will tell you otherwise. He was once a cadet journalist but his journalistic standards have been regarded as less than respectable in our courts. He's a convicted  failure of  facts and attitude of how we as Australians regard ourselves and expects them to be whatever he chooses them to be. context and history when he opens his mouth is generally non existent. He hates the fact that we see Indigenous Australian Culture as an asset for him it's an expense needed to be buried under the carpet as it always has and he prefers the culture eradicated. Multiculturalism," fair go" sex, women, our region and our associations are all things to be criticized and not praised while $2.5 bill Australians being ripped off by business of Superannuation not important.
Why let people who hate this place called "our country" so much stay? Andrew Bolt  is a prime example of whose passport ought be taken off him a disgrace who should be shown the door.  But I'm not an Andrew Bolt and don't exclude him. I'm more pissed at the finance provided by organizations like News Corp that encourage and give breathe to  ass holes like Bolt  who don't appreciate what being Australian even means. Australian are migrants and yes we love the place.  We hate whingers
like Bolt who really don't belong  but we even give them the opportunity to change.

Was the white man offended from the get go when they the British took their land?  Was "reverse racism" apart of  the indigenous armoury when they were given 10% of the wages by white men were for the same jobs? Oh yes Bolt tells us it was entrenched at Don Dale where prison guards were made to feel victims of juvenile hate why? Because the kids couldn't accept the "locker room banter" of "come here and suck my dick" jokingly said by the guards. Or that for economy the costly reform and reeducation programs were removed and the punishment programs were upped in their place? You can talk about these things freely Bolt of course you can and you do in the defense of the guards. You were always able to say this bullshit and you do  about the harassment the poor Don Dale guards had to suffer.I wonder whether you will continue to do so as the chaos and truths starts to come out. I notice Bolt hasn't said anything in the last couple of days. Obviously thinking on yet another alternative set of facts.
How is it true Andrew Bolt that you don't mention the law in the NT that Police can arrest Aborigines if  the police  suspect Aborigines of hostile thoughts and that any number of charges can be brought from just that suspicion and your banging on about "free speech".High Court upholds controversial 'paperless arrests' in the Northern ...

LIBERALS WON'T WIN THIS IN A WEEK

The  Turnbull government is too desperate, talking up Monday's “good” Newspoll and other fickle signs of hope. But Tuesday's shocking Essential poll is a warning that they won't get out of this hole without months of work - and shouldn't blame their free speech reforms when the next Newspoll corrects.

Here we have Bolt turning to the polls. That same activity that put egg on his face last October when he mocked Donald Trump confident that he couldn't win an election. The News Corp hack Bolt crawled back turned 180 degrees and began praising Bolt and condemning the journalists he was agreeing with before hand. It's easy when you work at News Corp  every day is different context doesn't exist verification is unnecessary only the message of the day is what counts. That message can be dressed in fake clothes and more often than not is. Grabs from truths of yesterday 2004 that turn out to be wrong today can be applied as if they will be done tomorrow as history and time have no relevance. The relevance is the message and the access to the technology to distribute it that's all that counts.
Bolt has been spreading his shameful Islamophobic message since he saw it's effects at the Cronulla riots and realized what a great political tool it was. He's applied it to Indigenous Australia, Climate Change,Marriage Equality, etc and has never faltered. He's even applied it against his own sister and never allowed her the right of reply on his News Corp space because moderation of that space is control in the avoidance of truth.

    TERROR ATTACK IN LONDON

    TERROR ATTACK IN LONDON

Another Islamist attack, this time outside Britain's Parliament. Three people killed and 20 injured by a jihadist who stabbed or drove into them.
" Another Islamist attack, this time outside Britain's Parliament." Bolt
This Andrew Bolt's  "news" his links make no mention of whether or not the attack was or wasn't "Islamist". In fact the suspect remains unidentified.
2 stabbings occurred in Melbourne yesterday Bolt makes no reference to them why? Is it because if  the same logic were applied here he might run foul of the RDA. If so the Racial Discrimination Act works. If changing the word to "harassment" raises the bar and extends hate speech it would give Andrew Bolt Carte Blanche to call any act Islamist and simply declare that it was merely his opinion no fact required. Because each event reported in this manner would be declared a one off  and  therefore not repetitive or therefore  regarded as "harassment".

LABOR PLANS MORE POWERS TO SHUT YOU UP

The Racial Discrimination Act has already been used to persecute cartoonist Bill Leak and seven innocent university students, as well as to ban two of my articles opposing identity politics. Incredibly, Labor now wants make that sinister law even broader so that gay marriage zealots could shut up their opponents, too.
The LIE  publicly issued"The Racial Discrimination Act has already been used to persecute cartoonist Bill Leak and seven innocent university students, as well as to ban two of my articles opposing identity politics." Bolt. The articles weren't banned for Section 18C but Section18D that the the 2 articles were proved to be LIES and set a tone that was intended to be racially vilifying. If Bolt can say this in public about the ruling of judge Mordecai Bromberg it proves his freedom of speech hasn't been contravened at all. Because what he is saying is as racially offensive simply pleading his innocence in the face of his conviction which was proven. Can Andrew Bolt provide a single society throughout history where his notion of speech freedom existed, Name one in his great western European Christian tradition that he's now not slagging off. His silence is deafening. But the he's more indigenous than Australian Aborigines too.

EVERY INTAKE OF MUSLIMS COMES WITH THIS DANGER

When we take in Muslim refugees we are betting big on being able to weed out radicals. And betting the children won't radicalise: "More than 500 Iraqi and Syrian refugees bound for Australia in the past year under the government’s humanitarian program have been refused entry after ... their names were on an international security watchlist."
"When we take in Muslim refugees we are betting big on our security agencies being able to weed out all the radicals. " Bolt
Just how many radicals have been weeded out of 500,000 compared to say the Irish, Croations, or simply the Australians born here. Bolt is openly harassing a religious minority in Australia why because he can. Imagine if all the Dutch immigrant children turned into Andrew Bolt's. He's certainly no role model for or sterotype of what it meand to have Dutch ancestry or is he? Heaven help the image he portrays of his fellow country men. I be Andrew Bolt retains two passports despite the fact he is 60 this year and was born here.
Imagine If Bolt were a Dutch refugee applying to come to Australia and ASIO did a check on his suitability to come would he be accepted? Here is Bolt demanding to be treated as an individual and not a category taking up a category to prove his point.  The  500 Bolt's referring to could have been flagged for any number of reasons. I was given an ASIO file I was three when I arrived my parents weren't given one. That alone shows the stupid desperation of Bolt to prove a point. However I do agree that Bolt needs to be investigated as to why he was radicalized and his brother and sister weren't.

Andrew Bolt's Blog,24/1/17; Oh shit Bolt's back!!! Hypocrisy.... Made in China; The model of free speech advocated by Andrew Bolt is exemplified by Donald Trump,

Trump haters burn Muslim immigrant's car

Here's more proof that Trump haters are the evil they claim to oppose. The limo that anti-Trump anarchists torched during the riot at Trump's inauguration was owned by a Muslim immigrant.

How typical of Andrew Bolt selecting a single event to generalize from rather than the general event to explain the individual case There were more protesters across America against Trump's inauguration than there were attendees and one car was set on fire. That USA's biggest protest in it's history was held the next day and 3 million attended. Yes Bolt is a master at using alternative facts as important and used to distract from this much bigger reality. After all one tree doesn't make a forest but the concept of the forest is a means of explaining the trees within it. He doesn't mention that owner of the limousine company while an Muslim didn't seem to see himself as a victim because he was a Muslim. His car however a stretch limo was a symbol of something quite different and not the way Bolt has amplified his faith.

Trump haters burn Muslim immigrant's car
Is there an election to be held next week no not at all! Donald Trump was just inaugurated as  President with a poll rating of 32% the worst in the modern American era and Bolt applauds him. Turnbull's down turn could well be due to little more than an Australian reaction to Trump and not Turnbull whose popularity isn't as low. Bolt back and  is as contradictory as ever.  Hilary Clinton should we remind Bolt received 3 million more votes than Trump yet Bolt's enthusiasm for that poll is a  hearty celebration when in October he hadn't a  positive word  for Trump. He wasn't even as harsh to Turnbull as he was to the Donald. The word hypocrite  and loser comes to mind a in Bolt's case shows no bounds.

Why are Trump haters so intolerant?

Why are Trump haters so intolerant?

A Trump hater finds herself sitting next to a (polite) Trump supporter on a plane. Result: abuse, lectures and demands that he move seats. In fact, she is so self righteously abusive that she is thrown off the plane - to the cheers of the passengers.

Where does Bolt find these singular reports of exceptional instances to distract us from the larger reality such as Trumps inaugural speech describing America in the worst of terms. An abuse of America in order attempt to justify changes and threaten  the majority of Americans identified by their cultural differences only on the basis of protecting a powerful white minority. His us and them distinction has been applied majority of foreign nations allies and enemies  as well. 3million protested and showed their desire for Trump to be thrown out of office.  3 million more voters supported Clinton. 3 million isn't just an exceptional statistic to be disregarded. Bolt fails to pay any attention to the scale of events worldwide against Trump. They are far from statistically insignificant.

    Who let them in?

Image result for Images of anti-immigration

One thing sure has not changed in the month I was away. Here is today's example of runaway African crime in Melbourne, again raising the question: who let them in? Did it not occur to our politicians that they were probably putting Australians in danger?
    Towing the Murdoch line
As expected Bolt's back to suggest 4x16 year olds and a 17 year old alleged to have committed multiple crimes, black Africans are representative of the 36,000 juvenile crimes committed in Victoria in the past 12 months. That black micro minority is of far more importance to Bolt than the question of why so much juvenile crime exists at all or why?  The question why so much middle class youth deviance goes unreported by the media generally isn't mentioned ever by Bolt. He even fails to mention the only juvenile Dutton hopes to deported was raised here for 18 years and happens to be a New Zealander.
It seems Bolt is more intent on having Africans removed not because they are  Muslim because they often aren't nor because they don't uphold Christian values because they often do . The 36,000 offenses  that have been committed in the main by white Christians. It leaves us with the conclusion that Bolt has focused on the Africans simply because they are black and it suits his political conservative agenda against refugees to distinguish them from others. Bolt could just as well targeted his campaign against Greeks by publicizing every crime or misdemeanour committed by one and had he done that we'd have thought of him for what he is. Right wing racist , anti immigrant bigot.

    Guilty hello

Image result for Images of pretense at apology

I did not say goodbye before I went on holidays. I thought I'd blog on my break but it turns out I was having too much fun. So with some guilt I say I am back from next Monday. That's when I resume my newspaper columns, Sky News show and radio show.

Yes the bullshitter will be back on Monday. This hollow sorry is really an ad for his shows he hopes he hasn't lost any ratings by so rudely ignoring his supporters for 5 weeks. The hollow sorry is an example of the 2017 spin you can expect.
Bolt doesn't believe or accept the  excuses of other Australians but expects us to believe in his pretense at 'sorry'.  He was too busy to acknowledge his supporters when he left in 2016 No Merry Xmas no Happy New Year not even a postcard blog sharing of his holiday he was too busy '. Now that he needs an audience he's kow-towing, what a suck.
One can predict this self declared fair dinkum Aussie didn't even holiday in Australia and that's the most likely reason for his silence. He couldn't wait to get out of the country.  However we are expected to believe this twat with his robotic, pedestrian and weekly job covered by others like Peter BH will snap back on Monday as Australia's public intellectual. He is  still on his 5.5 week  holiday and the best he can do is advertize himself  in the hope his audience hasn't left him.  As there aren't many  5.5 weeks should be sufficient to to realize what a bullshitter he is presenting his opinions.

Why did civilians try harder than police to stop him

Why did civilians try harder than police to stop him

I know it's too early to conclude police failed. But looking at the video of the Bourke St killer doing burnouts at the Flinders St station intersection moments before killing five people, I cannot help but notice that two civilians tried harder than two police officers to stop him. What orders were they under?
Yes Bolt's back and calling for a greater show of strength from our police force, militarize it in the worlds most liviable city. Why because he might feel a little safer. Yes it's the demand of the minority 1% right to feel safe from the unpredictable rabble that surrounds them. We already have a major expansion in private security but Bolt hates user pays in these circumstances.
Dan Andrews has increased the police force more than any of his predecessors particularly any Liberals and here Bolt is suggesting the  state needs even more policing. The fact is crime in the main has been reduced but Bolt draws these moronic generalizations not reflected in the statistics from amplification of single cases. Bolt unfortunately has returned  to argue 2017 as he did 2016 and avoid the reality of the material inequality that divides the majority from a wealthy minority whose fortune has been handed down purely through marriage, inheritance and cultural exceptionalism rather than any meritocracy or even distribution of opportunity. Bolt's focus this year like the last will focus on attending to cultural rather than economic divisions and avoiding any need for discussion of rights or the unequal distribution of opportunity which might require major social reconstruction or even the examination of his pursuit of delivering moot points and 'alternative facts'.

The Left first trashes free speech. Now trashes democracy

Image result for Images free speech denial

First the Left trashed free speech. Now the Sydney Morning Herald's Peter Hartcher goes the next step, praising China's dictator above the elected Donald Trump: "Trump is an angry north wind of threats and bluster; Xi is the benign sun promising prosperity."
The Conservatives like Bolt and Trump focus on the negatives while resisting any notion of real change. Trump protectionism fails  to promise Americans jobs with a real livable wage but does promise American Corporations lower taxes, subsidies and protection from foreign competition. The increase of domestic security and the greater policing of citizens free speech. Laws in fact that can fine public protestors by fines as much as $10,000 and or imprisonment.  The land of the free America already houses 25% to the worlds prisoners.
Trump has said he'd was going to lock out  the press for those promote him and his announcements. Is it a coincidence that it's Fox ,WSJ and Breitbart he intends to favour while cutting any funding from public news forums and even the arts. He intends turning information into sponsored advertorials and calling it  news using Rupert Murdoch to make a financial pig of himself to the detriment of Democracy and journalism.  This is the model of government and media relations promoted in the UK and Australia by Murdoch as well.

The anti-trump Left are the fascists they denounce

Imagine if Hillary Clinton had won the election, and it was Trump supporters taking to their streets to insist she was not a legitimate president. Imagine Trump supporters cheering when one of their most famous faces told of dreaming of "blowing up the White House". Wouldn't the media damn them as "fascists"? So why go soft on Madonna?
Image result for Images of madonna in jail
Is Bolt calling for the jailing of Madonna? Yes he is as was Newt Gringich but American law at the moment prohibits it. Bolt seems to support the Trump/ Gringich argument that America needs laws to prevent not  hate speech but public anti-government protest. Yes there is a difference between the criticism of the Left from that of Right. The criticism of the right is founded on the resistance to any change  that calls for the redistribution of wealth economic ,cultural or opportunity that has allowed inequality to develop over time. The notion of fairness for all doesn't apply and the 'we' is the critique is ignored. Whereas the criticism  of the Left tends to describe the inequalities that help favor a minority over the majority whose need  for change and solutions encourages hope for the 'we' rather than just the 'me'.  Facism is Corporate control and government alliance to define it as other than that is twisting the fact and creating little more than a moot point. As far as Trump is concerned Bolt fails to admit that the social realty in America  is totally confused that Trump has no solid base of support neither left or right.

Bourke St massacre: cheap justice and biased towards offenders

Image result for Images when compassion is bad

What role did Victoria's legal system play in the death of five people in the Bourke St massacre?  First we learned   the alleged killer was out on bail. Then  we learned  we   rely - incredibly - on volunteers with no legal qualifications to act as bail justices. Now we find the state  seems to train those volunteers to be "compassionate":
So compassion is a weakness in Bolt's mind unless offered to conservatives. Yes the alleged killer was out on bail on bail for traffic offenses  and not for any major criminal offenses.  Bolt it seems wants more jails built because sure as hell if no bail was permitted where would Bolt house the increased numbers on remand. He pays no attention to that. Bail justices are there and represent us the innocent. They are neither police lawyers or judges they represent us because we are all presumed innocent until found to be guilty under British law.
Apparently Bolt prefers a populist show of hands and that accused people should be deemed guilty until proven innocent. The decision made largely on the basis of single cases  as they occur and how angry we are rather than a neutral process. But that's Bolt he doesn't believe in objective processes the science of statistical analysis and science are just opinion the equivalent of religion as far as he's concerned. The feelings and bias that's  generated by a single case, that can encourage mob rule, the vigilante in us all is preferred by Bolt.

Newt Gingrich Thinks Madonna 'Ought To Be Arrested'

Madonna joked about blowing up the White House so now Newton Leroy Gingrich wants to put her in handcuffs? OF COURSE he does!
Yes the land of free speech regrets having the First Amendment and free speech. but has difficulty in preventing it. So the new government intends to boycott free speech. elect the press welcome and lock out the the rest from it's press conferences. It intends to favor media corporations prepared to support it's program of alternative facts Fox News ,WSJ owned by Murdoch and Breitbart previously run by Trump adviser Steve Bannon. It seems that the notion of free-speech seen as protest will have laws focused to repress it. Andrew Bolt favors this system to the one we have and will continue to support the American Dream.
