This allows Bolt to segue into the decision brought down against Bolt using Kimberly Kitching's opinion  who whilst a member of the ALP was rumored to having a tryst of some kind with Andrew Bolt. However Bolt documents some cases not all suggesting political bias or controversy was involved. It's implied because Bolt tends to be gutless in instances like this. However given all Federal court  cases are by their very nature controversial and Bolt has selected  only some specific ones  heard by Bromberg any bias is all on Bolt because he's had a bone to pick with this judge acknowledged by his peers as a suitable choice to sit on the Federal court which couldn't be said of Bolt being judged to sit on any panel by his peers in media. Bolt has in fact been chosen for his extreme bias to do what he does. However this is personal and there is revenge involved. However Mordy played AFL and wouldn't have even noticed Bolt's attempted push in the back.

Warren Mundine was appointed by Tony Abbott he isn't the selected or even elected choice of  Indigenous Australians. Having said that it's quite clear Malcolm Turnbull wants an inquiry that is broader than just on man's opinion. Andrew Bolt seems to have issues with that. After all Warren Mundine is Bolt's expert on his Report. He just might not be as relevant supporting Bolt's views that all Aboriginal problems are part of their Culture rather than anything to do with what white Australia can be seen to be doing out of some misinformed guilt. Had Abbott managed to appoint Lomborg as his adviser  on Climate there would have been a cry of thunder. It goes to show just what a token Mundine actually was. Mundines personal disappointments get more amplification than that of the people he seems not to represent that says more about Bolt and Mundine than the actual problems staring at Indigenous and Australia as a whole there has been a history of Turkey's laid since Colonisation. As for Mundine talking in the abstract he is just another voice one which Bolt seems to thinks deserves special attention why? Is it the color of his skin, that he was an Abbott appointment or because he agrees with Bolt. There are discussions we can't have about many things that restrict free speech Bolt isn't arguing against them all why?

This is a global activity it hasn't anything to do with "Hazelwood". Australia has to either join the world in changing and it can either be a laggard or a leader. Unfortunately it's very much a laggard. How is it Australia is the only country on the planet subsidizing mining and not even taking royalties from the mega miners? How is it these miners are accessing cheap labour via the 457 visa scheme and how is it  they are developing technologies to reduce their labor force by half. What single advantage are they promising Australia rather than just their own bottom line. Who cleans up the mess when they have gone?

 What we are looking at is a sunset industry while our government has it's foot on the throat of a sunrise one. Bolt is gasping like a fish out of water I'm afraid and he knows it.

It's why they are a joke.  To answer Bolt's question no it's not embarrassing it's natural not to live in fear.

"I don't care about facts I'm only interested in the politics" That is the nub whose side are  Boltsters on?

What Bolt fails to grasp or he intentionally  distorts for the sake of politics is the fact that the widening income and wealth gaps are not the result of immigration at all but is the consequence of Corporate  belief that for them to continue to grow globalization remains necessary. What we are experiencing is unemployment, hidden underemployment, the casualization of labor and the expansion of 457 visas. All because Corporate need has moved it's source of labor off shore and where unable to they have imported it. 7/11 Coles and Woolworths are examples of just how labor has been squeezed. 

What we are feeling is a consequence of the Corporate chase for the dollar which runs counter to any notion of 'we' as Australians. While the downward pressure on labor has seen wages flat line we are witness to Crown's CEO wanting to x3 his income and the board increase their's by 50%. Just look at what's happening to CUB who are trying to cut the wages of some workers by 30%.

 The size of houses and apartments are getting smaller why? People can't afford to buy what was once the norm and with interest rates so low wealthy investors are competing for property  and pushing rents up. Australians are becoming what was considered an Aboriginal and living their  life style. Overcrowded housing, cutting back on health, increasing youth unemployment because education is too expensive dropping out with no jobs are available etc etc. Bolt calls it Aboriginal Culture Immigrant Culture  it's not it is however the Culture of Poverty the need and means of survival with all it's problems visible.

None of this is due to immigration, religion, or diverse life styles it's due rather to the Corporate take over of Australia and any move to take responsibility for the betterment of the country is now judged only on the basis of corporate benefit by right wing media like News Corp. People like Bolt are mere workers pushing the corporate cause.

He tries to argue that common humanity is the reality achieved and denied by the Left wing. In other words there is the fundamental denial of what is.

It's quite obvious why Andrew Bolt supports Lionel Shriver's reductionist argument that everything and anything goes simply because everything an element of fiction anyway. How dare anyone try to censor a Writers Festival? It seems more than contradictory and hypocritical that Bolt only last year called for the censorship of persons at the Festival of Dangerous Ideas in Sydney simply because they were ideas coming from a Muslim. Here he is admonishing Yasmin Abdel -Majeid for walking out on Shriver why? Because she is Muslim and more so it seems she was invited to Turnbull's dinner with Waleed Aly.

Bolt somehow thinks if your a writer anything is acceptable even hoaxers who steal identities, appropriate culture, news which is fiction and presented  as reality simply because  all writing is a personal experience and fiction. Well it certainly wasn't the case of of Helen Darville /Dimidenko who wrote The Hand That Signed the Paper She falsely claimed she was Ukranian and released her book as an autobiography under the the name Helen Dimidenko  won the Miles Franklin literary award and was caught out. Bolt would it seem defend her for doing it. Strangely enough she is lawyer and now personal adviser to another Hoaxer Senator Leyonjhelm currently running his claim that he was vilified by Mark Kenny under Section 18C of the RDA. Helen is now Helen Dale.

Bolt seems to be on the side and applaud  insensitivity and  cultural disrespect in writing because it's all fiction anyway much the same as his argument that because he was born before those that came after him he has the right to be called  indigenous , a first Australian  and therefore  has equal right to recognition greater then those Aborigines born after him a greater right in fact than Noel Pearson. There is no bounds to Bolt's Solipsism ego and self interest. In fact no reality.

What's Bolt's interest in Shriver and Majeid none really just self interest. He was censored under Section 18C and it still hurts that there exists a 'we' that interferes in his 'me' world.  He really doesn't give a damn  about Shriver/and Majied or any principle. After all he had a Hizb ut-Tahrir speaker censored and removed from the The Festival of Dangerous Ideas in 2015 and now  instead of defending that right he's denying it and once again revealing his hypocrisy. Bolt doesn't sell us his work as 'fiction' does he? But then he doesn't win prizes either he says he hates them and if he did he's refuse them just to let everyone know.

They have also said that there is no evidence to suggest they are refugees or Asylum seekers. 1million refugees who according to Bolt are single young men don't seem to have caused the chaos across the EU but only specific to a few cities. If it were wide spread then a case might be argued but it seems too constructed to be believed. Something the extreme right wing anti- Islamic groups would be too happy to promote.  It might explain Bolt's marathon blog as well.

 

 

How untrustworthy Obama betrayed Israel and destroyed peace in the Middle East

How is it Bolt never turns to the history of why we are faced with the current situation in the Middle East and Israels involvement in it. That it was always in Israel's interest to destroy the Secular Arabic States After all Israel was surrounded by Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Lebanon and Libya. All governed by dictators  that had access to resources the West relied on. Resources that paid for organized armed forces, health, education and jobs for it's people. Israel was and is  far happier with the tribal anarchy we see today than it was with a united Pan Arabic Front. Today all services are buried under the rubble of Western interference and invasion that left millions dead and displaced.

Since the 80s and 90s  the destruction of Iraq,Syria and Libya were talked of  and fundamentalist rebel groups were encouraged and sponsored by the Conservatives as they are still today. In fact Israel  today is the de facto air force for Al Nusra Front and others we call readily call terrorists. 

The only "untrustworthy" thing Obama has done is acted in accordance with the facts and stopped the Republican lies that we were being sold by Bush. Even Murdoch has a large oil investment in Syria's Golan heights occupied illegally  by Israel. Genie Oil is operating  under Israeli protection in Syria in illegally occupied Syrian territory. So how can you expect any truth from Bolt?

Bolt is back simply running advertorials for Murdoch media the no news center of Australian print media.

Somehow Andrew Bolt links the actions to a few union officials to the inability of the current government to govern not because it has a spending problem but because it has  a falling revenue problem. A revenue problem based on the fact that our largest Corporations and businesses  have had a long term  governance problem based on a philosophy of  criminality by fraud and one that insists on tax avoidance. The weakness of the government has been to prosecute. Business supports a whole industry of accounting, law firms  and politicians for just that purpose.

 It allowed  Dick Smiths to promote and sell  Australians Xmas  gift cards that will never be redeemed. Cards whose face value is in fact worthless and always was. Smiths isn't the only corporation that issues unfulfilled promises VW is just another. These  fraudulent business promises are as hollow as those that Wall st bankers made when selling  sub prime mortgages backed with AAA ratings by paid agencies who  knew they were worthless. That caused the GFC crash in 2008 and when push came to shove only one broker was prosecuted.

The financial restructuring that Bolt is talking about is not one that Australian Labour and families need to pay for but that the business class needs to address for money outstanding.  Those who fail to do so need to be taken to task far more urgently than the unions and Australian workers. However the opposite is happening and the average  Joe worker is yet again in the line of fire to bail Australian business out cuttin penalty rates just one example.
