In 2011, nine people identifying as Aboriginal took me to the Federal Court, which ruled  I'd broken the law with two articles in which I said, among other things, that they could indeed identify as Aboriginal, but could also identity as white, or both. Doesn't Andrew Bolt love to turn his life into his personal Opera? He has no respect for "we", our internalised social history or even our Nations institutions. He acknowledges them only when they bring him to centre stage as a hero and it's what he's attempting here yet again.  Even in this his editorial he knows but only admits to some saying he might be self-indulgent when he is to the core. Bindi Cole hasn't joined Andrew Bolt at all. She was talking about herself and he remains totally certain and single-minded right-wing prick he has always been. Cole, on the other hand, speaks to her conflicting internalised social psychology and duality while Bolt doesn't for a moment budge from his absolute certainty. Abba couldn't have written a better title to a pop song than Bolt's banner BINDI SUED ME, NOW JOINS ME. 
The fact is it's all a fantasy, a lie. Bindi didn't sue him under our Defamation laws. Bolt was found guilty under the RDA and particularly for having overstepped Section 18D because he was found loose with his facts and had used of a tone that could be interpreted indefensible under Section 18D of the Act. He was brought there because of his refusal to mediate in a complaint made to the AHRC and that there were grounds for a case to be heard. The court found that as a journalist he had no protection, as otherwise offered, for what he'd 'written' and 'published' not what he could have said publicly under Section18D and as such was found guilty not of free speech poor facts and a tone that vilified. Bolt isn't being stopped today as he would like us to think of saying whatever he wants he is however stopped from publishing whatever he wants an action, not just speech or opinion.
 Bindi Cole can say whatever she thinks after 7 years about her life's journey and how it has changed her. But reality shows she hasn't "'joined Bolt at all. He hasn't changed one iota. He still writes his opinions, is as loose with the facts as has always been and still writes in a tone that suggests a true hate of those he regards as 'them'. In the same breathe writes absolute nonsense claiming he's more indigenous than Bindi Cole and Adam Goodes simply because he was born here and is older than them. Yes taking any reason out of the debate reducing it to no sense. 
Tell me, Bolt is the gent in a suit who claims manners and style determine the man for who he really is. Andrew Bolt can be found on an IPA podcast last December with his son James getting their rocks off, their jollies like Klansmen mocking the South Sudanese Community Beauty Contest. Bolt can be heard gagging with laughter which he insists is the right of he and his friends to do in the cause of and as a matter of hate. It was only a podcast but they were burning their cross for us all to imagine.
Bolt's banner leads us to believe Bindi Cole was on the Bolt Report she wasn't. Bolt claims he had a lovely conversation with her without any evidence of that. He went on to say she was unable to appear last night but would be on the show 'sometime in the future'. Remember James Matheson in 2016 he ran rings around Andrew Bolt so much so Bolt cut him off and said "we've run out of time" we'll have you back some time in the future James to continue this conversation he didn't. 

WE CAN'T TAKE LESSONS FROM MAHATHIR THE BIGOT

Journalists take this seriously? "Malaysia’s prime minister, Mahathir Mohamad, ... raised concern ... about the prospect of Australia recognising Jerusalem as Israel’s capital." Not mentioned is that Mohamad has accused Jews of controlling the world, claimed the Holocaust was exaggerated and banned Schindler's List.

Is Bolt suggesting that support of Israel, in fact, brings love and peace to the world? Is Israel loved because it's one of the biggest buyers and suppliers of guns in the world supplying terrorists and right-wing governments with surveillance equipment while maintaining guard over the worlds largest open-air concentration camp and blockaded Gaza the bare essentials of life of 2 million people for more than a decade? Furthermore, it's allowed 700,000 of its own to illegally occupy Palestinian land in the West Bank, Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. That by moving our embassy to Jerusalem and acknowledging the simple rule of might is right is not going to have any pushback?
 Does Bolt suggest Mahathir's advice carries with it no wisdom and giving him the bird and calling him bigot does? 
Yes, Bolt sounds more than just an Islamophobic in the region but an active agent of Israel's today an active promoter of a genocidal road. In fact, he actually sounds very much like a Right-wing Nationalist Neo-Nazi calling for the Jewish diaspora of the world to recognize and return home. Being for and loving Israel is, in fact, the new anti- Semitism. Pro Israel is ant-Semitic? Well, it's anti- Judaism for a start. In fact, there is a groundswell of Jews living outside Israel are increasingly becoming anti-Israel because for is the new ant-Semitic today.
We can take lessons from Mahathir who Bolt calls bigot because the facts are on his side. The same can't be said of Bolt whose in support of a rogue state calling itself a victim to justify committing mass murder of 2 million people mainly women and children. The ABC is legally obliged to be impartial in exchange for taxpayers' support. The ABC is there to hold everyone to account in exchange for taxpayers support. The term impartial referring to the choice of 'everyone' particularly those that govern us at any one time. ASIC was there to hold the stock exchange to account but as we have seen it didn't and now the IPA  News Corp and the Liberals turning on them for the criminal behaviour of others. The ABC is the most trusted media source in the country News Corp has never even attempted to compete on that level to make money and never will. It's increasingly been a PR merchant and not an impartial one at that. The ABC is and is not there just for Bolt's clientele.
These demands Bolt is making don't seem to have been made of members of the BCA or the IPA why is that their membership fees and donations are tax deductible professional association fees paid and subsidised to the tune of 30% by all taxpayers by the fact it's not tax collected. I'm not a member of any association or union but accept their reality just as I do the ABC. Everyone should have one.

It is difficult to draw any other conclusion than Trump is indeed crumbling.

Yet another lie by Bolt  Frydenberg isn't a Jew defending Jews at all he's defending a State that not all Jews defend in fact there is an increasing number of Jews that no longer defend the current State of Israel. We respect a Democratic ally, the USA, the only one by supporting a non-Democratic State how does that work to show we aren't just another State of the USA?
 Abbott compounds that lie because Israel is no longer a liberal Democracy the bill has been passed that Israel is a Jewish State in which Jews have priority over and above non-Jews.
James Patterson simply seems to think our foreign policy should simply not be dictated by the rest of the Western world and therefore be the opposite of not only our allies but our region. Seemingly all the way with the USA his call.
According to Andrew Hastie, we have no better friend in Israel would that be because Israel shares information with us like it's supplying aiding and abetting the terrorists we are fighting. That it shares it's information on its nuclear capabilities and the number of Mossad agents that are currently operating in Australia.
Wilson isn't shy acknowledging his constituents who he represents and not just the conservatives in the Liberal Party.
Bolt's list seems in short supply of Liberal MPs that agree with him.
Currently, Israel has spent billions of dollars lobbying for support around the world and is increasingly failing in retaining what traction they once had because PR is no longer sufficient in hiding the facts.
Bolt's relatives would have branded me a Jew and had me shipped off to the gas chambers and my mother is on the wall of the righteous here in Melbourne. I think my consideration for not supporting Frydenberg is valid and reflects an increasing global attitude.

Bolt logic anybody who says otherwise other than terrorist is a sympathiser. His whole argument hinges on them and us Randa's doesn't and is in fact the reverse. "We" rightfully and justly invaded Afghanistan because of them and Iraq because Howard said  "they" had WMDs no matter we couldn't find any. They were evil and we weren't. No matter  "they" helped "us" kick the Russians out of Afghanistan either but 'they' changed we didn't. Afghanis, who were once "us" became "them" and we have been battling them ever since and losing.
 We have now killed millions of "them" women children all simply have yes become "them" and we claim they have no right to be pissed because "we"are Humanists and they aren't.
 Randa simply refuses Bolt's simple logic the division that instantly dehumanises people and clarifies at the same time.

TURNBULL BACKS FREE SPEECH REFORMS

Malcolm Turnbull backs reforms to the Racial Discrimination Act, but leaves in a word so subjective that a Leftist judge could still ban a lot: 'Turnbull has struck a compromise deal ... expected to retain the offences of humiliate and intimidate on the grounds of race, but abolish ­“insult” and “offend” in favour of a new higher test of “harass”.'

 

Bolt can't win so he's happy to try and take crumbs and declare it as a win. However it's neither as it has to get through the Senate. Narrowing the the meaning of the Act simply will assist vilifiers rather than protect their victims and it will do nothing for 'free speech'. Bolt was charged and convicted under Section 18C because it was found he had no defense as a commentator under Section 18D of the RDA and the two go together. Bolt's tone and lies yes untruths were found not to be just casual  accidental errors but intentional instruments to boost the racial vilification of his victims.  He stood in court as the emperor with no clothes.

The fact is that less than 5% of complaints brought to the AHRC are even investigated under the Act  and the majority of those that are are found not to comply. Andrew Bolt might not have been found guilty if these changes are made because 'harass' refers to repeated acts which he could easily avoid while still a vilifier and despite failing  Section 18D .  For these reasons I believe the bill won't pass because Australians are much fairer than that.

In order that the public remain informed of the law  as ignorance is no defense the AHRC is duty bound to publicize what the law is as it stands and  that is significantly different from 'touting for business' as Bolt maintains the AHRC is doing. When confusion reigns and it is confusion that Andrew Bolt tries to bring to the table on the matter of 'free speech' the public deserve clarification   The RDA isn't a game of blind man's bluff which conservatives wish to make it with their submissions of reverse racism like Senator Leyonhjelm brought. The biggest failure Bolt faces is the fact that there has never been an example of a country where 'freedom of speech' actually existed. His whole argument has no basis in time or place he's simply reduced it to a moot point as he does when he claims he is more indigenous as most Aboriginal Australians. It is meaningless posturing with no basis in reality.

Where's Ed, the no-speech commissioner?

It is now seven months since the Turnbull Government appointed Ed Santow to replace Tim Wilson as a Human Rights Commissioner with a salary of more than $300,000 and a "primary responsibility for the Commission’s work on freedom of expression". Can anyone recall a single thing Santow has since done to argue for free speech? So why is he there?

So now we know Andrew Bolt's sources of verification are Google and Wikipedia. That's his standard of journalistic excellence. Any invetagative work that journalists do fades to nothing when set against Bolt's Google standard. 

All Bolt needed to have done to answer his question was to turn to his own News Corp masthead to find his answer. Yes it's in The Australian

MUNDINE: "STOLEN GENERATIONS" NO EXCUSE

Slippery as an eel failing history 101. History isn't just the "official" records that's why Bolt's a flop. It's why the Royal Commission into juvenile justice proves he's a flop and the guards aren't the victims. The revelations of Bindoon in WA prove the official record isn't the historical fact. So to make himself even more stupid than he is Bolt says in a condescending manner that "children are in danger" all children are and nobody left or right deny that but are Aboriginal children treated differently and if so why? Is there any real justification for that difference? Bolt's twisted evidence of Aboriginal stereotyping boils down to the fact that 87% of those in care have parents with alcohol problems.  However that's not the case of 87% of Aboriginal families or Aboriginal Culture it is the case of implied biased stereotyping which is then used to justify racist treatment of children in danger. It's this thinking coupled with archaic anthropolgy as justification that makes Bolt a racist.

Yes children do need care left right and center agree but not necessarily the care that robs them of their idenities. If Bolt's children needed care and I believe they once did what would Bolt have said if I'd had them fostered with Waleed Aly's family? Surely there is more than just removal of children that is needed to be considered? However not as far as Bolt is concerned.

He is stating the obvious and equivocating his denial of history and context is the denial of analysis and refusal to accept difference his one case fits all approach doesn't suit him when applied to himself but it does to those he deems "others".

 

BUTLER BLIND TO ABC BIAS. AND SKY SHOWS WHY

Labor frontbencher Terri Butler is deaf or dishonest: "Butler said broadcasters such as Sky News differ to the ABC as they have 'a lot of opinion mixed in with the broadcast'... She said she did not believe ABC News is biased in its reporting." In how many ways does Butler deceive?

Bolt is against comparing the ABC and Skye he's only interested in contrasting the two. In other words there is no necessity for comparison which takes into account similarities as well as diferences. Contrasting the two only focusses on the differences. So when Bolt says the ABC is biased he's saying Skye is not. When Bolt declares the Q&A panel to be politically unbalanced he's saying the The Bolt Report is. He knows  this argument won't wash so he ducks by saying "For a start, the ABC, being taxpayer-funded, has a statutory duty to be impartial. Sky News, being a privately owned subscription channel, does not."Bolt.  Which when investigated has always been proved to be the case. Even when the investigations were carried out by a panel chosen by Conservatives. The Board chose CEO's when headed by Conservatives Scott and Gutheridge aren't the radical left Bolt makes out. When Tony Abbott refused to go on the ABC he did so because the ABC were doing their job for the people and not the government. What Bolt finds threatening is the diversity of opinion presented by the ABC which in terms of the electorate is impartial because everybody is being questioned and not just the 8% who focus is anti- marriage equality etc etc

"Former ABC chairman Maurice Newman says the bias is so pervasive that the ABC may have to be scrapped or sold." Does anybody find it strange that it was Newman that fought to appoint Scott CEO? Does anybody believe the most trusted news source in the country 'will' be dismantled by even the most conservative of governments with a majority in both houses? Ask why Skye News can't attract an audience? Why are Andrew Bolt's ratings such a secret? Why is News Corp happy to allow print and Skye to bleed money?

The problem Bolt is entitled to say the dondale guards are the heros and the victims of Dylan Voller because he's Private. The ABC isn't allowed to report his opinion and question it because they are publicly sponsored. Leaving people with the argument from both sides and a question is not according to Bolt being impartial. Well without the ABC the information wouldn't be provided the arguments presented or the question asked along with the express knowledge what the presenter thinks. That's impartial laying all the cards on the table not just some as does Bolt who claims no foul no favor and here is saying  he is paid to lie when he says it.

 

The ABC safe from reform

Last week MYOB was one of the companies demanding the Turnbull Government legislate for same-sex marriage. This week its chairman - a friend of Malcolm Turnbull is made chairman of the ABC. I suspect the Left's stranglehold will not be broken.

 If Bolt starts attacking all Company Directors he just might find himself squeezed by the commercial interests of News Corp. He's finding things difficult when the power companies are calling for a carbon tax. These things were never meant to have happened.

 

 

 

WHY CAN'T TRUMP JUST BE PRESIDENT?

He won the election. Why can't Donald Trump just take that massive win and do the damn job? Why tweet wild claims and just make trouble for himself? NEW ACTU BOSS IS A BOYCOTT-ISRAEL BIGOT

New ACTU secretary Sally McManus not only thinks unions like the CFMEU have a right to break the law. She also supports a boycott of Israel, a group punishment of Jews that implies they are the prime cause of Muslim violence and unrest in the Middle East. And so this old sickness spreads.

Of course Israel is the center of conflict in the Middle East and Nth Africa. The dismantling of the Arabic Secular States was planned as far back as the 80's and has been executed over the past 2 decades. The appropriation and theft of Palestinian land has been going on for years. As a result

Anti Israel sentiment is spreading worldwide because secrets can no longer be kept  and that has nothing to do with being Jewish. Bolt's  stupidly tells us Ivanka is an orthodox Jew why because she votes Republican? Is that to make the Donald kosher and not an anti- Semite. He's put wind in the sails of more American anti-Semites than anybody before as has Andrew Bolt here. Sally McManus and BDS is not anti-Semitic but justifiably anti-Israel.

 

 

 

TOTALITARIAN GAYS TARGET IBM CHRISTIAN

On last night's radio show I asked whether the CEOs who last week backed gay marriage would tolerate dissent from their underlings. We may soon find out as same-sex totalitarians now target IBM for having a managing partner who is Christian. This fascism is now so serious that gay marriage can't be legalised without a law upholding free speech.

One thing that was spotted long ago abot Bolt the advocate of 'free speech'  and the identifier of totalitarian and fascist actions was 1) he didn't know the meaning of Fascism  that there was poofter bashing but there was no hetro bashing and 2) he is on record refusing his own sister a LGBTQI married in Canada and living in Adelaide the right of response to his comments on his Blog site. His actions are far more in line with Fascism than protesting LGBQTIs

 Bolt says he prizes family and tradition and what it represents but it seems he's struck his sister off moderated her for simply her contrasting opinions and life style. I wonder if he ever talks to any of the other members of his extended family.

 

 

 

TURNBULL APPOINTS MATE. ABC SAFE

Bolt makes no effort whatsoever to check the qualifications of the new chairman of the ABC. Isn't it Bolt who maintains we live in a meritocracy a competitive world in which the cream rises to the top. Doesn't Bolt presume to think he is a self made man? However he proves to us the opposite is true. He doesn't believe in any of that crap. It's more important who you know than what you know. Kids aren't sent to private schools for a better education but a better opportunity to network. As has always been suggested Andrew Bolt married his way to the top. That's why his father in law was so important a figure in his life. It's certainly not the quality of his work.

I really despair at the sense of the entitlement and the careless use of other people's money by so many people who should set the cultural tone. How does one of our second-tier museums manage to spend $270,000 on staff trips overseas in just four years?

 Bolt applauds the spending Donald Trump is about to do taking the US national debt from 85% to a predicted 110% of GNP. That's spending across the board and we are talking trillions not billions. Yet he is as miserly and a contradictory voice when it comes to our economy. Bolt conveniently omits the fact that the $270,000 was spent over 4 years. He omits the fact that the Powerhouse is the states major museum of world class standing. Andrew Bolt has taken time out to suggest that spending $70,000 on visiting other International museums  is a waste of time, not an essential educative tool for the state of NSW. We can assume from his penny pinching logic that all state run Museums are an unnecessary luxury as he said in the past the same of Universities , The Art Council and other similar Cultural institutions. However this seeming Philistine likes to promote himself as a learned person of the arts rather than a ex uni dropkick whose appreciation of Art only came about not by visiting private collections world wide but visiting public Museums and galleries worldwide. Their staff too it seems were careless with other peoples money travelling the world to improve their collections in order to educate buffoons like Andrew Bolt who then go about bragging about their expanded knowledge of the Arts. What an ignorant Bolt shows himself to be. 

 

Dutton was right, and Lebanese critics prove it

The  unhinged and even threatening reaction to Peter Dutton proves he’s right to raise issues with Muslim Lebanese immigration. The real scandal is that Dutton's lesson - that Malcolm Fraser imported trouble - was not learned earlier

Here we have the idiot child trying his best to support as legitimate the statistics his mate Immigration Minister Dutton used to prove Lebanese refugees resettled in 70s were a major problem  Australia wide why? Because 22 of 33  of people charged and not convicted are  their children or grand children. 22 of a population of over 250,000 . 228,000 non offenders or 99.009% regarded as insignificant and successful statistic. That this aberration hasn't even been considered  as proof of the consequence  of  the Cronulla riots that were started by the likes of white supremacists and vilifiers of  Lebanese Muslims on 2GB and further reported and continued by people like Andrew Bolt  is testament as to why we need Section 18C because events like Cronulla weren't a call to a conversation they were a call to arms.

These vilifying comments stereotyping 600,000 Lebanese were being made by Peter Dutton who as a Qld police officer served in the  Qld police force in lead by Commissioner Terry Lewis who served 11 years in jail for corruption.  Logic dictates that applying Dutton's stimatization  to himself he too like Lewis has no place being in government let alone a minister.

  

 Bolt does the same with the South Sudanese in Melbourne and stigmatizes well over 5000 people Australia wide. It wasn't long ago his stereotyping was of all black Africans. He seems to have on legal advice set aside that racial descriptive for now. It far too close and too white supremacist for this man in suit and tie to be seen for what he is. The media's extreme right wing conservative simply using identity politics to push a convenient immoral campaign tactic for political advantage knowing it will be published in the Courier Mail in Qld , Broadcast on Sky and the Steve Price Show in order to try to effect the forthcoming Qld elections. The Liberals certainly don't want Pauline Hanson stealing more ground from them so they have taken up her racist position. None of this has anything to do with critcs it's all to do with gutter politics without care for the harm it causes to people.

 Bolt's is happy to do away with Democracy or declare it legal a legal right only within within strict and narrow confines. No freedom of religion  unless  approved  like Scientology. No cultural freedoms unless approved by a plebiscite of adults schooled here. No reconsidering or the re writing of history that might disturb the current economic structures. If people are found to be outside the Bolt prescribed norms they are to be declared mutants and sentenced to re-education programs if citizens or deported if not. Being black, Asian or Tan is an instant sign of harboring mutant tendencies.Why Dutton's crime statistics don't tell the whole story

 

 

Dutton haters are what they condemn

 

If I understand Peter Dutton's critics, they're arguing two things. 1: He shouldn't say bringing in Muslim Lebanese Australians exposed us to danger because some could kill us. 2: He raised tensions by allowing critics to falsely claim he said all  Muslim Lebanese Australians were mad or bad, and his racist government hates them.  

24 Nov Here's Bolt  taking the substance out of the argument and playing with rhetoric to save Dutton.  Dutton did say 22/33 being held on not convicted of terrorist charges is a statistic that's significant and proves Fraser was wrong to bring Lebanese Muslims into the country no some not that stronger vetting was needed but wrong to bring that cohort into the country. Implication 3 generations of Lebanese Muslims ought not be here. Bolt does the same with "black" Africans and recently South Sudanese. Not some but all. He sings a softer tune on the Bolt Report and 2GB but his writing is clear. Reversing the argument is simply an act of childish flipping

 

Government departure tax defeated

 

The Turnbull Government's planned  $5 departure tax hike has been blocked by the Senate, on a day when it was boasting how it could get things done. Oddly, the tax was stopped because Pauline Hanson and another One Nation senator, Brian Burston, missed the vote, either accidentally or on purpose. Bad look for all.

 Is it any wonder Andrew Bolt's banner reads as if Turnbull was at fault rather than One Nations lack of attention.? It's what happens to Conservative Minority governments who rely on coalitions to win. Tony Abbott's governmeny passed the least number of Bills since the the 1970s and almost broke John Gorton's record. Strange isn't it Julia Gillard set a record rate of passing Bills 100 more than Abbott. She too lead a minority government but needless to say she was a supremely better negotiator than Tony Abbott.

We've been laughing at the Left's distress but Liberal MP Andrew Hastie is right to warn:  Donald Trump's win has devastated the Left but is also a warning to conservatives.  He's not our kind of guy.

Here he is jumping on Hastie's wagon and declaring Trump dangerous an unknown quantity not to be trusted or held too close. How would you like Bolt as your neighbor your parent he's as twisted as Peter Foster no as Donald Trump they'll all say anything to screw you.

Andrews Government demands CFA pay union $2m

 

There is something deeply disturbing - even disgusting - about the way the Andrews Government is destroying the Country Fire Authority to please its hard-Left union mates in the firefighter's union. The Government's demand that the volunteers hand over $2 million to the union must surely be the last straw.

Labor's Butler sued for smearing students

Labor frontbencher Terri Butler proved on the ABC that merely to be accused under the Racial Discrimination Act is enough to convince people like her that even innocent students are racists. But now Butler is being sued for repeating that lazy smear that a wicked law encourages.

Yes on any other day trivializing the law would be seen as a left wing prank. Here it's a feeble attempt to prove reverse racism extists. It's a bit like Bolt saying he was dealt unfairly by a leftist judge. Or the vicious  dog attacked me because I was kicking it. The tactic being applied by the conservatives here is not even amusing Reverse Racism does not exist. As for Butler she has every reason to believe this is and intentional set up given The Australian  is so involved in the proceedings. Andrew Bolt seems aware of what Butler only knows to be a rumor. It seems even the HRC has no knowledge of a complaint but then that would be private wouldn't it.
