It's called political philosophy and the idea of the Liberal Broad Church a Democratic Australia. It is a multicultural and diverse united nation. It's opposite is something that people like Bolt and Abbott the far right don't understand. Note slides over the fact that Turnbull had no financial interest in the action. The ABC simply does that by authentic journalism. The true Liberal Party boasts of being the opposite and Malcolm Turnbull while a politician first was a true Liberal who believed in that diversity of ideas as much as he believed in a Republic.

What we have here is the ultra partisan right barking at their own shadow accusing others of doing what they have been doing most of this century plotting.

It seems a very long time between drinks for Bolt as a commentator he appears to get more things wrong than right. No Bill Shorten didn't move sideways as Bolt predicted and no he didn't lose the vote. Now Morrison is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Will he try to challenge the Bill in the courts on constitutional grounds? If the PM does will he be seen as a curmudgeon? If he loses what will that do to his stocks? He has a problem a problem for declaring Doctors to be a danger to national Security and pumping the message out via the Murdoch Party and Sky News after dark. 

By the way, did Bolt see the crowds cheering the Bahraini refugee's return to Melbourne and identifying in the strongest terms that he identifies as an Australian "Allahu Akbar", and everybody smiled? We can guarantee Bolt didn't and dreamt of his retirement in Holland, and we all hoped his dream comes true.

 

The government has lost a vote on its own legislation for the first time in 90 years regarding the medical treatment of asylum seekers. The bill was voted down 75-74 on the floor of the House.

What never seems mentioned is the research that indicates that more mass or multiple killings have occurred by those not deemed terrorist. Terrorism, it seems, is a category devoted to murders by Muslims whether organized or not.  How to achieve a common good society

Let's begin with an informed and critical comment instead of those of Murdoch's Andrew Bolt.

Can you imagine, as a nation, how much more advanced we would be if we had a common purpose over the past few decades instead of the vile negativity Tony Abbott and other like-minded politicians infused us with?
The cost of it in economic and societal terms we may never find out.
This election is about:
what sort of democracy you want;
what sort of society you want to live in; and
what sort of condition do you want our planet left in.
Having said that, it is also possible that Morrison might turn it into an election based on race. I will, however, reserve judgment at this stage.

We know Andrew Bolt suffers from narcissistic personality disorder the history of his commentaries are self-evidentiary. With an "I" "I" "Me" and "My" Bolt has an inability to ever consider he's wrong and suffers if he believes he's not centre stage. Even when he's been declared guilty in our courts of lousy journalism and commentary he denies any wrongdoing. The judge was wrong, the law was wrong and the country is wrong to disagree. He thinks he's bigger than Knickers the steer on the media landscape.
 Andrew Bolt lasted two seconds at Adelaide University yet he claims to have been educated there yet there's no record of him ever having a degree. Besides he's told us he has more smarts in his pinky than all those left-wing academics with their PhDs and double degrees. Bolt's Walter Mitty fantasies generally put him at the very centre of his imaginary world. He was a minder to a belly dancer which turned out to be little more than the tall tale of someone wanting to puff himself up in the eyes of others.
The question, however, needs to be asked what are Bolt's qualifications are in the field of psychology and psychiatry? Easy he's mad as. We certainly wouldn't be wrong in suggesting he has none whatsoever. So all he's in fact doing is yelling ya dee, ya dee, na na at the other side.
The consensus among over 90% of pundits, opinionators, Liberal MPs, both State and Federal and other experts who have scrutinised the statistics and evidence all have come to the same conclusion that the conservatives within Liberal Party out of a self-interested motivation to win at all costs have put the party on the nose, lost the confidence of the party's base and the electorate as a whole. All indicated by the swing against them in their branches, by-elections and electorates. They are beyond being a turd able to be polished.
Bolt's fantasy blames one man, Malcolm who is no longer in government, had the majority support of the Liberal Party, who Bolt claims is talentless has had the skill to actually destroy or have the Liberal Party destroy itself. What Bolt is suggesting is that the moderate majority of the Australian Liberal Party that 80% plus want to self-destruct because Malcolm Turnbull is no longer PM. While the anti-Women, Homophobic, climate denying conservative Islam hating minority are the innocent victims of a left-wing Liberal Party and the ABC and if not for them would have the backing of the country.

Somebody is deluded and it certainly isn't the Liberal Party majority, the electorate or the bulk of political commentators. Proof, Andrew Bolt has set the record among commentators over the years in being constantly wrong in just about every aspect of Australia, it's culture, citizens and it's politics. But then again he's not paid to be correct just Right.l He claims to be more indigenous than Adam Goodes and Stan Grant and as such knows what it's really like to be a victim of Racism, Female misogyny, Religious hatred, a cross he has to bear along with privilege of being a member of the upper class of which he's merely a lackey and he thinks Malcolm Turnbull's disturbed.

  The privatized energy sector has been a disaster the gas we have has been sold and now the Liberals are calling for the state control of the gas supply. Isn't that the core value the Liberals deny the socialization of energy? Seems to me we need to socialize many more things that the Liberals  Sate and Commonwealth refuse to consider.

IT'S WHO YOU KNOW

I greatly respect Bachar Houli, but this is a poor look: "A character reference from Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and media advocate Waleed Aly persuaded the AFL tribunal that Bachar Houli was of such character that they halved his penalty for knocking out Carlton's Jed Lamb."

When Bolt was found guilty of vilification and was due to be sentenced he had the full force of News Corp behind him both financially and as a character reference as well no doubt. Waleed Aly is a member of the Richmond football club and entitled to stand up for Houli, so is Andrew Bolt it's noted that Bolt wasn't asked to provide any reference for Houli and it's clear that if asked he wouldn't have. However last year he was praising him as if he were a pet dog and telling us Houli was an exception among Muslims a well bred one a reference it wasn't because it came from Bolt. It may as well have come from Pauline or the leader of the UPF.

Now given Houli wasn't facing the judiciary but the AFL tribunal and given Turnbull knows what Houli does for the community outside of football Bolt seems extremely petty and small minded ,just point scoring knowing full well he doesn't pass the character test of most Australians. Respect is raised for those that don't stand up for him, not those that do and what a minority they are.

PYNE WAS "ALWAYS" FOR THE GAY MARRIAGE HE OPPOSED

How trustworthy is Christopher Pyne? Here is Pyne on Monday: "I’m in favor of marriage equality, I always have been." Here is Pyne in 2015: "I think that same-sex couples who are in that situation should be in a position to have some legal basis for their relationship and that’s why I’ve changed my view about (marriage equality)."

 Conflating such two disconnected issues. One same-sex marriage a human rights issue against who at this point in time should be our team leader. A tactical issue in the game of politics. With a third issue if and when a change is forced who would you prefer as leader a question of conscience. None of these have anything to do with "loyalty" after all Pyne wasn't married to Abbott or in any other way connected other than they were both members of a "broad church" Pyne fought tooth and nail to get Abbott elected and it's good to note he wasn't just his lap dog.

Abbott's Conservatives attacking their own but don't have the balls to split. It seems there are no conservatives among the young Liberals and feels as if those in the Monkey Pod apse of the otherwise broad church are the ISIS of the Liberal Party and Australia. Bolt fails to mention the massive reduction that took place in Europe in 2016 compared to 2015. Nor doe he mention these aren't permanent but asylum seekers to be assessed. Yes Bolt is crying like Chicken Little in Europe which e can't fix  or do anything about because Europe's elections were basically all won by moderates. This isn't information this is merely shit stirring in order to print that the conservatives stopped it here which isn't the case either. The boats had stopped coming under Labor  when Abbott was refusing a deal with Malaysia which became a farce executed by him with Cambodia. The world in fact turned their backs on the man down under telling them what they ought to do. Has anybody noticed that Bolt has a strong apartheid attitude when it comes to Africans a Boer Afrikaner attitude as opposed to a British one

How could Malcolm Turnbull think beating the republican drum yesterday when tomorrow could reveal not only a debt blowout but a cut in Australia's credit rating that puts us even deeper in trouble?

In 2009-10, net debt as a percentage of GDP was 3.3 per cent. This year it is 18.9 per cent." Sloan. As you can see no mention of Abbott is made here at all. A judge of our times

Federal Court Judge Mordecai Bromberg, a former union rights activist and Labor Left candidate for preselection, has already banned two articles under the Racial Discrimination Act and banned Toyota from asking its workers to vote on changes to shifts and overtime. It is a long blog unusual for Bolt one that  seems little more than a personal attack on an Australian judge. An act of revenge by a man proved to be a liar in hands of our Australian Courts. Mordy Bromberg dispassionately and without prejudice found Andrew Bolt guilty as charged. Bolt's response is not without prejudice nor without dispassion and we smell vengence as the motive.
The fact " The Immigration Department's service standard for processing citizenship applications is 80 days." The Court decision was that the Immigration Department had failed in it's duty by taking up to 2 years in processing claims for citizenship.
This allows Bolt to segue into the decision brought down against Bolt using Kimberly Kitching's opinion  who whilst a member of the ALP was rumored to having a tryst of some kind with Andrew Bolt. However Bolt documents some cases not all suggesting political bias or controversy was involved. It's implied because Bolt tends to be gutless in instances like this. However given all Federal court  cases are by their very nature controversial and Bolt has selected  only some specific ones  heard by Bromberg any bias is all on Bolt because he's had a bone to pick with this judge acknowledged by his peers as a suitable choice to sit on the Federal court which couldn't be said of Bolt being judged to sit on any panel by his peers in media. Bolt has in fact been chosen for his extreme bias to do what he does. However this is personal and there is revenge involved. However Mordy played AFL and wouldn't have even noticed Bolt's attempted push in the back.

The Left tightens grip on Facebook

Facebook has already been attacked for censoring conservatives. Now it's hiring almost exclusively Left-wing factcheckers - led by partisans -  to decree what is "fake" news. This is ominous.

Bolt turns to  right wing digital media to givee substance to his own right wing paranoia that everything surrounding him is controlled by left. All Australia's cultural and public institutions are left wing dominated and he's under personal seige. Maybe that's why Bolt said to Mia Freedman he was relieved rather than proud of the fact his daughter passed her VCE because everybody in the education system with influence is out to get him. That's the  level of influence the left have.
 Our ABC has cancelled "Fact Check" which kept our politicians one and all from completely running off the rails like Malcolm Roberts but  according to Bolt was  left wing pointing out The Abbott government's facts were constantly at best exaggerated and normally wrong. Right or wrong the very act of criticizing Abbott was a left wing  maneuver too. The ABC in Australia is run by reds. Why is Andrew Bolt so desperate to  stop the outing  of 'fake news' and information? It's the  core  of what Andrew Bolt deals in, unverified opinion.  The world of 'free speech' is the world where nothing need be verified the world of propaganda.
Bolt has been judged in our courts as a defamer, a dealer in loose facts and a vilifier.  How often have you heard Bolt raise the past of others to condemn them. If you comitted a crime Andrew Bolt believes you ought to be judged for life and it's justified to be used against you. That is his driving force to change Section 18C of the RDA because Bolt only wants his guilty verdict expunged. The wealthy can committ crimes and if they can afford it have those crimes go unrecorded 1) by diversion programs or 2) By politically changing the law.  However that's a class opportunity not offered the poor. Bolt is simply using News Corp and his position to scrub his record. To simply point that out is to be left wing. It's why his blog is an illusion of moderated support only.
