The attitudes displayed by the guards in the video are never seen in adult mental institutions.  They are even stricter for children. Bolt seems to think no such protocols are necessary for children. However he calls for  even more intervention in Indigenous communities. Is it a coincidence he doesn't mention but has edited what he wants us to see in the 4 corner videos? One guard appeared to be trying to disable the CCTV  is that Bolt's protocol? It appears violence is tolerable in State institutions but not in the family home.  Remember the "context" he said was  needed for explanation that was his "context no investigation into the system is really necessary. This parent has been reduced no need to ask questions no  "don't ask any questions" because how dare children show such disrespect to authority. Should the same secrecy be  afforded our schools as well as they offer questionable safety to some? 

Why has Bolt suddenly narrowed the "yes/but " context he was calling for to don't examine the whole system of juvenile justice. Where white kids in the NT can be sentenced for "Manslaughter by negligence" and get 6 months while first offender indigenous kids get longer sentences for minor property and driving crimes. Questions and answers might just reveal a system of racial injustice and predjudice in the whole system of justice something Bolt denies exists because the only racism is against whites. Bolt  is an individual who has established and built a career on being a Racist, Ethnocentric bigot, etc etc. It  has been career of choice following personal interest rather than anything else such as cultural righteousness. However given that" doing is being" that actions speak louder than words  Bolt is a hypocrite simply asking for  empathy from the true victims of the systemic bigotry he supports.

The center of Bolt's defense is 'free speech' a cryptic meaningless concept that Bolt has never been able to explain. It has never had a place in the history of some 200+ nations nor held a place in any culture known to man. It simply makes Bolt an  extremely a-social self interested being whose claim "I'm a humanist" is denied by his own insistence there exists an absolute moral code that defines and justifies the hierarchy of power in the human species. He offers no basis for this belief other than if other cultures or people don't agree they are of a lower order and need to be dealt with.

 All this is reflected in his question Who do you "trust" the  most a question asked of his readers who he thinks are incapable of rational thought or analysis unable to think for themselves. You see Bolt a worker like the rest of us but he associates himself with a member of  the capitalist class who believe they are born to rule. He never began life like that and his working life has been particularly unentrepreneurial unproductive  in anything other than protecting the interests of the most idle class whose wealth is simply derived from inheritance rent and capital gain. Bolt keeps much of his past a secret why? We know who we don't trust intellectually and with good reason and it's Bolt a propagandist. He is simply the last person to trust. He comes across as a performer who never looks relaxed. Principles are not his nature interests are he's not a person who anyone is drawn to in fact he has no funny bone and suspicion is what dominates his family. He certainly doesn't lead by example.
