Bolt's claim wise strategy has always been protecting the elderly and those with a predisposition and leave the rest to common sense and individual freedoms. Basically herd immunity as a strategy as it's trivial illness akin to the flu.  Now he's swung to claiming it's Dan Andrews fault that the hot spots are hospitals and aged centers when in fact they aren't the centres of contagion Aged care homes certainly aren't where the majority of cases are to be found 48 patients is in fact far less than the number of staff.

Calling in the army won't eradicate a medical issue. Bolt's safely locked away demanding restaurants and hospitality be opened up. If they were he'd be demanding they be shut. He hasn't offered what the consequences of getting the virus are when research has said we don't know. Polling in the lead-up to the Wentworth by-election also showed Sharma leading on a two-party preferred basis by a similar number and then came Wentworth.
If an election were held today Abbott would be gone gone gone.

The battle for Warringah given what we saw in Wentworth could be the front line for not just misogyny but rather the front-line for the very identity of the divisive conservatives in the Liberal Party. She shamed Australia back then with her extreme right  wing views and Abbott took her place. She's back not in the lower house but in the Senate with just 100,000 votes. How more severe can our anti-Asian stance be? She wants Exit from Asia but still expects economic respect. Basically she's anti-globalisation. She is pointing her witches wand not at Muslims but all Asians and all non white, non Christians who basically don't speak English . 

However  census is biased in that it lists religions when asked what religion are you rather than are you religious? Our churches do not indicate that we are a Christian nation at all. What Bolt doesn't get is our Christian churches aren't full on Sundays. Defacto de facto are increasingly more common. Because we live longer than ever  serial relationships are more comman. We holiday in Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Phillipines  and have increasingly bought homes there. We have intermarried. What Bolt and Hanson want is to stop all of that and pretend we are European when we are not to the extent they would like.

 We are a multiracial and multicultural nation in every way imaginable. What these two don't get Hanson is an aberration brought about by the political insanity the two major parties coupled with a particular  media group  that has amplified Islamophobia,Homophobia and anti-multiculturalism on us for little more than political opportunity and they have done that for the past few years. Hanson is a reflection of the shadow News Corp has put on this nation over the past few years. 

The fact that Hanson can garner 1-2 senate positions with just 100,000 votes is a testament to the structure of our electoral system more than anything else the stupidity of not being able to even open the Senate electoral paper in the voting booth is every reason to cancel and declare the Senate vote null and void.
