Songs get banned for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes not even banned but ignored for racist reasons which become the cultural norm. You don't play Black music. The fact that Bolt has now kicked up a fuss about this trivial action about a white mans' ditty, one song. "Baby it's cold outside" simply shows he's really not a deep thinker or social analyst just a protector of white male culture. He claimed yesterday the banning by a radio station was funny. Today it seems to have escalated beyond funny his comments intended to be "light and happy" have developed to the moral victimisation of his culture. As for intelligent social analysis, he's short on that too, why? Well, because banning a single white man's song isn't wrong it's a matter of outdated taste and a radio station's commercial choice trying to appeal to its audience.
 However, banning Black music was once done by the whole music industry and that reflected the racist trend and  American culture institutionalised in the US and Australian music industries where Indigenous music was rarely, very rarely heard or played unless a black artist was singing a white man's song.
 When Bolt referred to a DMX song he did more he generalised it wasn't just one song he was talking about it was Rap music today's black music and as far as he's concerned it should be banned. But pointing out that he can't say that because he becomes the instant victim of black racism, reverse racism. The fact that he can't stop its production show the music industry has changed and isn't as uniform as it once was and less a racist an institution as Bolt still is an individual.

 In Bolt's lengthy defence no mention is made of the specific study he claims is accurate and that support what he has said until now. To say he has never been a denialist is a load of crap. Bolt has been silent this year only because he can no longer say 14 consecutive months of warming and broken records isn't a sign of a trend. Bolt  however has never dealt in trends and he tends to spend his energies trying as he does all his arguments to look for exceptions in order to disprove what he claims to be false rules put forward by climate scientists.

 Has Heydon's carelessness made him appear biased or compromised the judge must have his own opinion on that given he is an ex careless high court judge. People came before him to give evidence  like Shorten and were declared  careless and suspicious for not "remembering" things that occurred years ago. That's not the case here Dyson Heydon's infraction was far more recent and in the end he's the decision maker at the Royal commission.

Lawfare is what British justice is about. It's not about opininators like Bolt heckling from the side lines it's not about party and  corporate  interests being fulfilled . It is about the due process and craft of law. Bolt kicked and screamed when he was found guilty he still does it today and has never stopped. He had the right to appeal he didn't why lawfare. His lawyers did not recommend it and told he'd lost. Any individual as a citizen has access to Australian Law if they can afford it. To systemically prevent that is turning our backs on the separation of government and the judicial system. Tony Abbott advocates that be the case that governments have the right to be the judge and jury. Imagine Abbott saying throwing out the decision in a murder trial and bringing back the death penalty. The press conference was apparently called in response to Pastor Dwight McKissic’s claims made during a speech on Saturday.

Although he usually lurks in the shadows, Lucifer made his presence known at the conference because felt that his public support would give it a boost

During the hate-filled speech aimed at America’s gay community, the insecure and gluttonous McKissic called the gay rights movement a “Satanic” effort birthed “from the pit of Hell itself,” before suggesting “the Antichrist himself may be homosexual.”
McKissic has made news before with wild and idiotic statements, like claiming that Hurricane Katrina was “the wrath of God descended on New Orleans as payment for its many sins.” Pastor McKissic did not reveal why God waited so long to act, since New Orleans has been a din of iniquity dating back to its roots as a slave market in the early 1800’s.
Satanic Press Secretary Lord Balthazar told assembled journalists before the presser that “His Majesty felt that he needed to meet these slanderous homosexual accusations head-on and nip them in the bud.”

The Values Voter Summit was deemed a great success by all those who participated, and many of the unhinged ideas spouted by the illustrious lineup of wingnut right-wing speakers will no doubt be incorporated into the 2016 Republican presidential platform.
