Second Trump whistleblower speaks with watchdog about Ukraine

 A second whistleblower has spoken to the intelligence community's internal watchdog about US President Donald Trump's dealings with Ukraine.

Mark Zaid, an attorney who represents both whistleblowers, on Sunday said that the second whistleblower, who also works in intelligence, had not yet filed a complaint with the inspector-general but had "first-hand knowledge" that supported the original complaint.

The first whistleblower, a CIA officer, filed a formal complaint with the inspector-general on August 12 that triggered the impeachment inquiry being led by House Democrats. The complaint alleged Trump was "using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country" in the 2020 election.

The disclosure of a second whistleblower threatens to undermine arguments made by Trump and his allies against the first whistleblower: that the complaint was improperly filed because it was based on second-hand or third-hand information.

"This President needs to be impeached, just based on what he himself has said," Walsh said. "And Republicans better get behind that."

ANDREW HASTIE WARNS US AGAIN. WILL WE NOW LISTEN?

Andrew Hastie won’t be shut up. And after China’s outrageous threats over the past week, maybe the Morrison Government should stop trying.

Hastie, the Liberal MP and former SAS captain, has now written a powerful foreword to a book warning that war between the United States and China is ominously likely, if not yet inevitable.

In 12 of those 16 times, war broke out.
Hastie, now chairman of parliament’s intelligence and security committee, says Australians will “get little comfort” from this.
Nor does he want us to.
Hastie and Molan are warmongers both believe wars are man-made inevitable and necessary for peace and that climate change isn't man-made and can be ignored because it too is unavoidable and will be a progenitor for wars to come. So the planet doesn't doesn't need to unite but rather needs to prepare for their inevitable wars to come. We need to prepare the earlier, the better and they believe in a strike force. Molan in the Middle East and Hastie with China. Neither sees war since WW2 has become a business and now a man-made necessity born for profit rather than danger and particularly by one side.
Both these men are not only blind but have tarnished past records aggressors, and both have been accused of being war criminals serving under John Howard. Both part of Australian forces whose history has hardly been heroic. Molan is known as The Butcher of Fallujah and Hastie a part of the SAS currently being questioned for war crimes in Afghanistan. War is a problem when ex-soldiers become politicians who want to justify their past actions.
What's not mentioned by Andrew Bolt that over the 500 years wars change and each is different. Who began the wars why and were they really so inevitable as he seems to think. They need context and historical examination to be understood. Furthermore, would Andrew Bolt offer his sons up for war to yet another unnecessary war?
In recent years Conservatives have taken Australians to fight in Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq Syria and are currently on the borders threatening Iran. All conflicts declared necessary by the likes of Hasties, Molan's and supported by media with the mindset of Andrew Bolt and all wars that have been started and lost shamefully by us.
Bolt seems to think war is some sort of noble and inevitable fantasy act because he can point to 12 of 16 started over 500 years. Well, I just looked to the 4-5 in which Australia has started, participated in, and lost. He doesn't point out the number of times the ALP has taken us out of wars or the number of times they could have been avoided. Neither Molan or Hastie fought in necessary wars. In fact, they fought in unnecessary ones. Molan fought under John Howard, and both have been branded, international war criminals. Both in helped start conflicts that have escalated out of control where once allies became our enemies mainly due to western betrayal and interference. Hussein in Iraq was a western ally as was were the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan out of which grew today's Taliban. In other words, they were both professional soldiers who blindly followed orders, and neither were shining heroes  Nor does Bolt mention that all these wars were at the behest of the USA all a result of a blinkered view and all started by them.
Bolt's inevitable war is a war that will be started with a mindset like his whose the most likely to start a war China with one military base outside its border in the Pacific or the USA with 800 and Australia 4-5? The nation whose economy is dependant on the use of weapons it sells or the nation whose economy is dependant on trade and helping the third world to grow rather than arm it?

Remember when Bolt insisted fewer people died from heat than they do cold that warming was good. Well, Lomborg pushes that old cherry as well. However, a very substantial new study of over 2million deaths has shown the opposite to be the fact, and Andrew Bolt is fully aware of it. The bigger question then is why does he ignore it? Why does he intentionally fail to report it?
Now that's more the behaviour of a religious zealot a denialist not at all interested in the science. So Bolt is flipped back where he was 15 years ago saying the earth's cooling. Roy Spencer was his high priest back then now it's Bjorn Lomborg at least Spencer was a scientist of sorts whose figures were wrong. Is this the well-kept secret in their family closet not revealed?
Until recently Bolt himself tried to convince us all he was educated at Adelaide Uni he wasn't and with all the bruhaha about Fake News it's now mysteriously disappeared but it still leaves the question wide open has Bolt or his son earned their positions on merit ladder?
 It's difficult for Bolt to argue for privacy given he is an avid News Corp media man who works for a company that certainly doesn't respect it.

Bolt doesn't deal in trends and when the heads of both the AFP and ASIO said there isn't a significant terrorist problem in Australia Bolt certainly spent an enormous amount of energy calling them conspirators to a lie. George Brandis takes a swipe at Peter Dutton and 'right wing politics' in farewell speech

 

He observed "powerful elements of right-wing politics" had abandoned the liberal tradition in favour of "a belligerent, intolerant populism which shows no respect for either the rights of individual citizens or the traditional institutions which protect them".
Senator Brandis did not name Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton in his speech, but delivered a pointed barb at Mr Dutton's recent disparaging of "un-Australian" lawyers and "weak" judges.

It seems Bolt throws out a major principle of British justice "Ignorance is no defense in Law". Bolt has a preference for popular opinion his Molan character references and others from the top down are sufficient proof of innocence.  So Jim Molan was a great soldier and represented us in Iraq. He fails to mention Iraq was a debacle it's origin  based on the lies  "the Great Sunni uprising" which was a result of the bullshit great men like John Howard told the Nation , no the world, about WMDs and the necessity to invade Iraq in the first place. We started a war attacked and called it defense. Even though it was halfway across the planet. We haven't won the peace now and Jim Molan in context was no great hero just another General in a dirty war trying to mop up a mess we started. Even if he was a hero  he made a gross judgment of error based on ignorance in 2017 showing those videos which Bolt is now trying to sweep under the carpet.
The reality of the videos" well they look real to me "and that's what Molan said as well". Well, Bolt on that basis felt hard done by when Mordecai Bromberg found him guilty of publishing opinions that looked real to Bolt back then. Again Bolt's as loose with his facts now as he was then.  Those videos were declared false and discredited in the context where they actually occurred and not by just talking heads like Bolt that's why Trump apologized when he tweeted them because he was advised their explanations didn't stack up.  So Molan and Bolt are doing what Britain First attempted to do make associations that are false not the videos and they know the difference.

 How stupid is that Bolt is never wrong and the judgment of many others experts in the places where the events happened are wrong. In this case The Dutch authorities and the French. Forget Trump's apology and the advice he was given admitting his error it's Bolt's verdict which is the only one that stands. What does Bolt do he uses the same racist argument he uses in Australia Black men are most probably Muslim from Africa and if Australians look Middle Eastern to him they are. Well, he got that wrong on so many occasions when it turned out the people he was referring to were actually Christians, Pacific Islanders and in some cases Sudanese Christians too. So much so Bolt backed off calling them Muslims but he didn't call them Christians either why not?

Why is it they argue against expert analysis to support their kneejerk reactions?. For Bolt to say "some" politicians support what he is saying is far from evidence of truth or a  trend but Bolt's favorite anecdotal evidence only, which is far from the truth.  So yes he's found Kitching he could have easily found people in the LNP that think Molan is and was a klutz and was guilty of stupidity and for him not to have said sorry is the worst thing he did. Besides Kitching in Bolt's video doesn't say Molan isn't a racist she's only talking about Britain first in the clip so more BS by Bolt. Play it for yourself and judge Bolts comments below its crap. So Bolt has turned Left and is making out he's truly concerned for the plight of the Aussie workers of this "great nation of ours". No more distractions or sideshows from Bolt from now on its economics and the material things of life that count workers wages are what concerns him all the way to the election.
 Forget Islam, the Christian Sudanese, all distractions that needn't divide or fragment us anymore. Bolt never said anything to suggest otherwise in 2017, did he? Is he going to give up his dual citizenship? It's strange isn't it all that division he tried to foment disappeared with Bolt away. Now it's just him saying "I'm back" so please subscribe to Newscorp and Foxtel and watch me read an autocue. Get one idea,  half as much unoriginality, for twice the price.
Yesterday Bolt talked of plans that went awry falling out of a tree and breaking his wrist for one. I cost him thousands and he was whinging. In the same breath, he mentioned Cuba. Well if he were in Cuba his wrist and ribs would have cost him zip. As for Bolt's "plan" he owned it and it was totally his nobody to blame but his ego and Dutch pocket. Cuba, however, has the USA and it's allies to blame for its inability to execute its plan due to a 52-year embargo that was lifted by Obama and put back in place by Trump without any explanation other than the Cubans probably hadn't wanted to do business with the man. Yes, Bolt fell on his head showed his ignorance in more ways than one and had he been Cuban his Education, Medical Costs, and Egomania would have been covered. Largely because the need for "fake news" and "commentary for propaganda's sake" not considered of any value. Instead of being an intensely private and paranoid being Bolt would and could experience a life where the public would have helped prune and hold his ladder.

First but defends sharing their videos

 Jim Molan has condemned the anti-immigration group Britain First as an "appalling organization", but maintains he did nothing wrong by sharing some of their videos on Facebook. 

Last month, US President Donald Trump apologized for retweeting Britain First videos, claiming he didn't know who the group was.
Senator Molan said he had shared the clips long before Mr. Trump had brought the group to the world's attention.

There is no excuse for Molan's ignorance and he has hanged himself on his own petard and all we get is" he a distinguished soldier" from his defenders who overlook his stupidity yet certainly don't others. Adam Creighton of The Australian refuses to accept that Molan even needs to apologize to us the Australian public. Yes, it's the Murdoch media doing what it's being paid to do PR and damage control in the Anglosphere. It's for Murdoch an investment in the future for their LNP advertising profits to be made pre, during and post the next election.

New Liberal Senator Jim Molan has been accused by Labor and the Greens of being a "racist" for posting what the media Left calls "discredited" videos of Muslim violence in Europe.  Ask yourself what it is Bolt actually means when he says "Tellingly none of these outfits have been linked to these videos " Is he suggesting that Britain First never put them out in the first place? The whole world even Trump thinks differently.  Molan has pleaded ignorance and Bolt is defending that plea also accusing Molan of not having a clue. What we will be offered is "damage control " on the behalf of Murdoch media as Trump is offered by Fox News.

Their acts have destroyed Iraq, Libyia, Syria Afgahnistan and theYemen all socialist governments. These actions both that have caused the shit storm we see occurring today.  It's the policy choices our governments often hidden from view that result in the push back from some people we see today. What is strange and tragic is the distortion in Andrew Bolt selectivity pushing to prove a generalization that ISIS is the primary cause for the behavior of home grown terrorists.
