 Meanwhile, an analysis of the sentences imposed on some of the young Sudanese and South Sudanese men in Victorian courts last year showed almost all were repeat offenders.
The analysis of the cases of a dozen men aged between 18 and 25 found all but two had prior criminal convictions before they were sentenced for offenses including armed robbery, aggravated burglary, intentionally causing serious injury, theft, and affray. Their sentences ranged from four years in prison to community corrections orders.
Problems with alcohol and drugs were also common among the 12 men. In one case, in which an 18-year-old was jailed for an armed robbery at a service station, Judge Paul Grant raised concerns about the teenager's recidivism despite efforts to support his rehabilitation away from a life of crime.
Conservatives readily use skewed statistics in their political use blaming the high rate of crime among Sudanese stereotyping the community as a whole as not suitable immigrants and people to be feared simply by the actions of a minority and their visibility as Africans. Clearly, the Royal Commission on youth justice has no truth for either Turnbull or Hunt.

Can anyone detect the sexism there?

You know who is the intellectual Michellan man when Milo says "all the left want to police humour because the can't control it"  and Andrew Bolt has spent his career hating it because  he doesn't understand it. Calling the left "intellectually flabby" is a compliment coming from Butthead Bolt. Bolt's hero of Right wing humour "I hurt people for a reason,” Yiannopoulos said. “I like to think of myself as a virtuous troll.” has reduced humour to base schoolyard name calling and abuse which Bolt understands only too well as do the orcs of the other side of the political divide. The Editor of Breitbart and Bolt are in step especially when ignored and ignored is what most Australians do to Bolt. One only needs to glance at the unpublished ratings of the Bolt Report. So in response Bolt boldly yells Milo's line “If you don’t show up to debate, you lose.” desperately trying to get someone of note to turn up which is exactly what children particularly bullies do in schoolyards when the bright kids walk off knowing there is no debate present in the first place.  It might be said by some that Bolt has balls and I agree unfortunately it where you will always find his brain a little over heated and always ready to shoot blanks. What was interesting however he did say there were extremists that could also "kill with speech" and they too need to be distinguished separated out like chaff from wheat. News providing is a broad vocation too without terrorists those that are not genuine aren't anything other than terrorists that too kill with speech.

The Problem Bolt has with that is nobody is lining up to come as we are seen as a  Pacific Nation giving off the vibes that Sth Africa once did it the times of apartheid.
Maybe the Bolt's of Melbourne  have spent a lot of energy putting their message across to Islander and African kids letting them know they are not wanted. If this is fact then why is Australia so expensive it has to be for other reasons because Australia is and advanced and efficient economy yet lies 110 in the worlds rankings. Something doesn't make sense here what does is Bolt's Xenophobic approach to the economics of energy because he doesn't want Australia's political, economic battles revealed for what they are regressive and backward policies when compared with the successes of 109 other countries. Sweden being the standout and the first to ban and make illegal the burning of fossil fuels within it's borders. A country where there is no homelessness, free health, education than we have. All those social benefits that Bolt insists Australia cant afford. Stranger than fiction it seems.Solar power becoming world's cheapest form of electricity production ...

But as usual Bolt is selective in his attraction to the story because it's Muslim specific and biased against the religion. 
  Australians in general are doing the same thing if not costing us more money in Welfare and they have probably been doing it in greater numbers for a longer period  than Muslims.
 The fact that Centerlink  know and don't police it tells more about the rationality behind the system than the morals involved in polygamous relationships. Is Centerlink the moral police no but Andrew Bolt certainly is eager to be.
 Humans adjust to survive Centerlink doesn't. Muslims take second wives under strict religious conditions unlike non Muslims. If not adhered to they are Haram or living in sin. Bolt ignores the moral diferences. So if persons are breaking the strict  religious code of Muslim ethics they aren't Muslim. Nevertheless Bolt ignores that these families by the way aren't doing anything illegal. So what's Bolt's bug? Christians Australians are doing the same and claiming the maximum possible off welfare why is Bolt being Muslim specific?  Why  is he so biased? Oh yes we forgot he's just being a normal ultra racist, Islamophobic and  ultra Assimilationist. He has a long list of complaints in his little black book. Basically Andrew Bolt's a second generation Aussie who exists on the fringe of multicultural Australia with which we have and understanding.  He's a prick we don't want and he knows we think so. What can you do with someone born here who has spent over half his life feeling he doesn't belong and the other half pretending he things have changed.

To agree to a statement that says" That there is an in principle objection to a doctor deliberately helping a patient comitt suicide" and declaring there to be a universal principle is denying that reality is socially constructed and in constant change. Therefore society can be readily changed if realized that the one principle doesn't fit all is taken into account. With the longevity of life extended comes complications that no longer fit this rock solid principle.

 The idea that all doctors even agree to that principle is  a denial of reality a figment of a singular imagination. If reality is so conflicted journalists are duty bound by their methods and standards to reveal that and question all sides of the argument putting it before us. To say that the ABC doesn't do that beggars belief. Whether Bolt disbelieves it doesn't matter it is our most trusted news and information provider.

Heffernan  This kid has had a history of "acting out". Mental health patients in intensive care are often stripped naked and put in a "cold" isolation room to quieten down with anti- psychotic medication to boot. All of this has to be signed off by a doctor. They too are often restrained again signed off by a doctor. However this is not a mental health facility but  a juvenile detention center. So are we to ask Heffernan if he was actually a doctor in charge  of a mental health facility or a jailer? Either way this procedure once common in hospital's intensive care unit  is now extremely controlled under the Mental Health Act in Victoria. It appears no such controls exist in the NT nor did they exist in Grafton. The fact Voller has been treated this way since 10 years old  beggars belief he was in a juvenile prison and set upon by 3 x 16.5 stone men. Bolt seems to think this is fine and normal. He's a man ready to twist the words of a Pope in order to make his point. All this is little more than the tactics that date back to the same methods of obfuscation used by the PR specialists of Tobacco companies to distract from the issue that legalized smoking was bad for health.

Why Bolt is not Australian he struggles with the language after 57 years.
