Is it a coincidence that News Corp, it's staff, Rupert Murdoch and the Liberal Party itself is so closely aligned with the IPA? Bolt claims he was educated at Adelaide University "but didn't finish" no reason whether it was for a week a year or why he didn't finish really. He says because he got a job. Why did mum intervene in her adult son's future? Did he fail his first year at University? Get Up isn't a membership organization in any shape or form that might be considered a secret organization like the IPA as Andrew Bolt tries to make out in his new podcast. The fact that unions openly donate to Get Up is a source of pride it's not a secret that needs to be whispered by Bolt in his newly created echo chamber. I should think as the recent Royal Commission into the Unions which discovered little or nothing in the way of corruption coupled in the 5-star rating given Industry Superfunds by the Royal Commission into Banking shows that Bolt's attempts to flag dishonest is simply a fabrication.
Bolt's efforts into whispering that the structure of Get Up is somehow corrupt simply because it's a democratic funding platform for political issues chosen and donated by individuals and organizations made up of voting individuals like unions and other bodies one clearly sees there is nothing secretive about it if compared with the IPA where little or no information is available. Get Up's alliance is with organizations made up of voting individuals of which are open to scrutiny as with the forced Public  Royal Commission into the Unions the same can't be said of the IPA if such an investigation were held and it's relationship with News Corp, it's staff, Rupert Murdoch and members of the Liberal Party which far from its title of being simply a research think tank.

He's dead now one might well ask of that dead man "who let him in" if they hadn't he might still be alive. However Manmeet doesn't fit Andrew Bolt's narrative so he makes no mention of him nor does he mention that a taxi driver who saved the lives of the 11 passengers on board that bus was an African. The Project and Waleed Aly certainly made it a center piece of their show. It shows a clear difference in who does and doesn't deserve respect when it comes to our media.

Question Bolt has 3 kids all at private schools. Why should I be subsidizing his kids to the tune of $30,000 ++ Is it simply because his wages are over and above the handout? Bolt regrets that in a non socialist country we are required to invest in children other than our own however he totally overlooks just how much we have invested in his not for education purposes but soley for the networks maintained that make who you know still more important than what you know. Does he demand the same of his doctor when he makes a diagnosis. Please explain the historic errors made in the field of medicine before predicting what's wrong with me?

Talk about lists and repetition Bolt continues collecting his list and conflating the CSIRO and Meteorology with Global Climate  Science  two entirely different endeavors. Not everything  the CSIRO does is the same as the Dept of Meteorology and neither necessarily do what is compatible with what's regarded as Global Climate Science. That explains why Bolt's demand for predictions as accurate as Newton's Laws of motion is  moronic.

Last week he was praising scientific research in the field of medicine distinguishing it from the empirical and anectotal methods of Homeopathy, Chinese Medicine and Naturopathy which he felt were closer to religious faiths. What he was praising was Scientific Method. Bolt reverses that when it comes to  Global Climate Science and declares it a religion despite the e fact that the methodology is the same. Meteorology is pretty good at predicting our short term weather but Bolt seems to suggests it's an example of the failure of the science In other words he hasn't a clue or intentionally confuses the difference. As for the CSIRO he seems to think like subs it's a waste of money we can let others do it and buy it back for half the price. Why should we be leaders in scientific  thinking anyway when others can do it for us and we can be utilitarian in what we choose.  Bolt somehow has thrown the baby out with the bath water and opted for Christian Science as the end of the spectrum that might serve us best as all truth is not always helpful economically.

How dare the ABC interview Peter Fox to damn George Pell

Bolt's appalled!! Judge Bolt mind you is appalled and he's selling us his shtik that he alone knows  credible  from incredible witnesses  as if the  the Royal Commission isn't run by professionals. Is Bolt scared the commissioners will all be influenced by others rather than Bolt himself?

All he is doing is posturing  and it always begins with "I'm appalled" 40 years in media and 10 + odd as an opinionator and we know the last thing he is is appalled. The ABC trotted out Peter Fox because he's news and news is their business unlike News Corp they are not in the business of advocacy.

Given that why the histrionics and drama Andrew Bolt? It seems Pell doesn't read the Herald Sun or the undistinguished Andrew Bolt.

In praise of the CSIRO boss

The boss of CSIRO made one off the cuff statement and apologised loudly. However the News Corp cranks will never let him forget it now and they have raised their reluctant hero on their shoulders kicking and screaming. The CSIRO boss has been directed to cut 300 scientists of their jobs. The direction where those cuts were to be made not entirely uninfluenced. Scrotum face Mc Crann is singing Hosanna "  the person who has made the greatest, boldest and, dare I say it, most “innovative” contribution to Australia so far this year?"

This is yesterdays story Bolt turns  Pell into  a Christlike figure and says he's "the most senior" person in the Catholic church.

Terror in Turkey
